During the pandemic covid-19 era, teachers felt difficulties in adjusting their learning activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of learning at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic. Through a descriptive qualitative research approach, it was found that implementing clinical management at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic was almost the same as implementing it in standard times. What distinguishes it is the findings. In the observation process, it was found that there was a mismatch between the agreed criteria and the learning actions carried out by the teacher. In the first cycle, the majority of teachers felt less prepared in terms of facilities in teaching. Of the 20 teachers, 18 people have not mastered online learning techniques, 12 people have not compiled the learning media needed during the pandemic. In the next cycle, there was significant progress. Almost all teachers had facilitated their learning needs. They can apply online learning with the media used. In the following process, observation is focused on maximizing the learning media on the learning functions that can be achieved. After several clinical supervision cycles, teachers successfully solved their learning problems and were more motivated to improve their professional competence continuously.

Strategy Management for Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Lessons is a response to the quality of learning that still needs to be improved, by developing teacher performance, is a solution to improving the quality of learning. Focus of the problem: How to Implement Strategic Management of Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Learning. Specific objectives of this study are to identify and analyze: (1) Internal and External Environments, (2) Formulation of Strategy Formulation, (3) Strategy Implementation, (4) Teacher Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Management, (5) Strategic Steps to Overcome Problems and Weaknesses. Research methods and procedures refer to the qualitative research approach. The theories that underlie this research are strategic management theory, performance coaching theory, higher order thinking learning theory and madrasah culture theory. The main findings of this study are: (1) The principal of madrasah has not analyzed and combined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges into a strategic assumption conclusion that can be used as a basis for further strategic planning, (2) Strategy formulation is not based on strategic assumptions that maximize strength factors and minimizing the weakness factor by taking advantage of opportunities in facing challenges.

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring terhadap pengajar dan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan instrument angket likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 adalah 39,6%, artinya berada pada ketegori rendah. Beberapa kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pendemi Covid-19 adalah: pengajar kesulitan membangun komunikasi dua arah dengan siswa, terjadi miss komunikasi baik antara siswa dengan pengajar, maupun wali siswa dengan pengajar, perangkat pendukung pembelajaran daring kurang memadai, koneksi internet kurang baik, dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menurun.Abstract in englishThis study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of online learning on teachers and the quality of learning. This research method is a survey with a Likert questionnaire instrument. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was 39.6%, which is in the low category. Some of the obstacles found in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 epidemic were: teachers had difficulty building two-way communication with students, there was a miss of communication between students and teachers, as well as student guardians and teachers, inadequate online learning support devices, insufficient internet connection good, and students' motivation to participate in learning decreased.

Motivated by the problems of the quality of learning. To improve the quality of teaching carried out by teachers, through educational supervision. The research was conducted in SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli Subdistrict, Lampung which aims to describe the Principal's knowledge regarding the role of supervisor and to know the Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning. Research using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological theory. Conclusions: Principals of SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli District, Lampung have good knowledge of academic supervision as evidenced by the supervision of these schools. Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning Indonesian language teachers using individual techniques in the form of class visits begins with making a supervision program containing planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation.

In the teaching and learning process, teachers are required to be able to carry out their role to the fullest as a motivator and initiator in an effort to maintain and at the same time increase the enthusiasm of students to learn. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation which requires educational institutions to carry out online learning. This study aims to discuss the teacher's role as a motivator and the teacher's role as an initiator in improving the quality of student learning in online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Condro Jember. This research uses qualitative research methods and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate: 1) The teacher's role as a motivator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: providing opportunities for students to play an active role in learning, providing reinforcement, praise or verbal appreciation, teachers listening to students' concerns and wishes to bond. good relationship between teachers and students. 2) The role of the teacher as an initiator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: utilizing information and communication technology such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet and Google Form. Keywords: Teacher Role; Quality of Learning; Online Learning Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru dituntut untuk mampu melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal menjadi motivator dan inisiator dalam upaya menjaga dan sekaligus meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Terlebih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang peran guru sebagai motivator dan peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatan kualitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Condro Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Peran guru sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, pujian atau apresiasi secara verbal, guru mendengarkan keresahan dan keinginan peserta didik agar terjalin ikatan yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. 2) Peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet dan Google Form. Online learning was applied during the COVID-19 pandemic in almost all universities in Indonesia. Online learning needs to be evaluated for its effectiveness, especially regarding the responses from students. This study examines the effect of e-Service Quality on e-Trust and e-Satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted on 1,212 students who have participated in online learning by distributing online questionnaires. The analytical tools used are SPSS and WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality has a significant positive effect on e-trust, e-service quality has a significant positive effect on e-satisfaction, and e-trust has a significant positive effect on e-satisfaction.

Improving the quality of education is the responsibility of all stake holders, especially teachers during the process of learning in the classroom. Therefore, there is a need for teacher competence development that is influenced by various factors such as the principal's efforts. Based on this, the author wants to conduct a research entitled efforts of the principal school in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education in the Public Senior High School in Banda Aceh which aims to determine the factors that can affect, the constraints faced and the efforts of principals in developing teachers’competency to improve the quality of education at SMA Negeri Kota Banda Aceh. Population and sample in this study were all principals of Public Senior High School in Banda Aceh as many as 16 headmaster are taken as sample (total sample). This is a descriptive research method with qualitative approach. data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentaries. Data was analyzed using simple statistics that is by tabulating the data in the table, calculating frequency and percentage then drawing conclusion. The results showed that the factors that affect teachers’ competence and the quality of education is the effort of the principal, training attended by teachers; learning facilities; teaching experience, health condition and educational background. Constraints faced against pedagogical and professional competence. The principal's efforts to develop highly effective and efficient teacher competencies can be done through MGMP empowerment, academic and clinical supervision and workshops or training with peers in schools. Students’ learning achievement can be increased by giving extra class in the afternoon, enrichment, remedial, and regular try out.

Universitas Islam Nusantara (UNINUS) currently manages the Faculty Teacher Training and Education Science (FKIP), with increasing number of  students each year. However, the increase in students has not been fully supported by an increase the quality of learning. This study aims to know about e-learning and quality of learning, and also to analyze was there any influence from e-learning to quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS at Bandung City. The method used is descriptive and verification. The sample was 100 college students of FKIP UNINUS at Bandung City. The sampling technique used simple random sampling (SRS). Analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the e-learning is in the high category, while quality of learning is in the medium category. In addition, the obtained findings that e-learning has positive and significant impact on quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS Bandung. Thus, e-learning needs to be improved because it has proven to be able to increase the quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS Bandung.

As online learning resources increase exponentially on the World Wide Web, online students have difficulty choosing the most suitable and relevant learning material that meets their learning needs due to information overload. Online learning recommendation system is used to predict the preferences or ranking of learners' targets on learning objects for the purpose of generating recommendations. However, the Recommendation system is considered to lack the ability to resolve semantic interoperability issues with heterogeneous sources of information. The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of ontology in the development of recommendation systems in the online learning domain. There are four electronic journal databases selected as references, namely IEEE, Science Direct, Springer Link, and ACM Digital Library. This study obtained 9 articles that were synthesized to answer research questions. This study shows that the involvement of ontology for knowledge representation in the recommendation process can improve the accuracy and quality of recommendations and at the same time help to overcome the weaknesses associated with conventional recommendations.

The article presents using the van Hiele theory of geometric thinking for the organization of mixed training of students of the pedagogical Department of the N.I. Lobachevsky Institute of mathematics and mechanics KFU on the basis of SPOC course «Elementary mathematics: Plane geometry». Training includes the use of various IT-techniques and tools that can improve the quality of learning and form the necessary professional competence of the future teacher of mathematics. The course implements the technology of project-modular and inverted learning.
