<p><em>Smartphones with the Android operating system are increasingly available in the market at increasingly affordable prices. The Android operating system itself is an open source operating system that can be modified according to needs. In this research, the aim is to design and implement a home lighting control system that activates and deactivates via a smartphone using Bluetooth and makes Android a multifunctional cellular device, in addition to a communication device but also as a device that is communicated to control a hardware device. Based on the results of tests conducted, the system can work properly in accordance with the goals of the lamp control application program that is made to run on the Android operating system, and can activate and deactivate the lamp driver device. Data communication between the lamp driver device and the Android smartphone runs well, the range of the control application system can control the lamp driver device depending on the specifications of the Bluetooth device used both from the receiver and sender side</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> Smartphone, Android, Full Control System, Bluetooth</em></p>

Android is an Open Source operating system that gives developers the freedom to develop applications, with the advantages of android operating system, will help many android-based smartphone users to be able to enjoy various applications, one application is the Android-Based Preview Application, the main purpose of this Application is assisting Muslims in reciting the necessary prayers in daily life effectively and efficiently. The type of data used is a secondary data type in which data is obtained from reference books and literature related to this case. There are several stages in making this application, namely analysis, design, work processes, and evaluation of the program model that has been produced. This android-based prayer collection app, can be used on android-based smartphones in the least 4.1 version in this application testing can run smoothly

This application can also be integrated with other devices to control or control system is desirable. Media remote control or wireless (LAN) is a growing need for human behavior that want to move faster and farther range of location of residence. This research will be designed and built a prototype system controlling lights at home using Arduino microcontroller connected to mobile devices based on Android. Light control is done on a mobile device that is connected to the control system via WiFi Router lights. Wifi Router has sufficient coverage so that the owners of these devices can move more comfortably without having to control the lights via a switch on the wall of the house. The house lights controller circuit can adjust the lights ON and OFF as well as the Bright and Dim the lamp 1 and lamp 2. Lighting Control Application on mobile android devices already can set the lights on the control circuit.

The standard of OSEK/VDX which used in the embedded operating system of car was analysized, and based on this, to select the open-source real-time operating system μC/OS-II as a operation system that will be loaded in the control chip. After that the kernel structure of the μC/OS-II was analysized, and modified the kernel of the system in accordance with OSEK/VDX standards, then translated the μC/OS-II system to the LPC2131 development board for the follow-up application development laid the foundation.

An age of fast-paced time is precious, be in a queue sequence is a loss. In addition to timeconsuming, the queue can also restrict other activities to do one. Likewise, when making payments at the checkout counter can be ascertained will be a queue, it needed a solution for IT ( Information Technology ) to overcome losses incurred during the waiting queue. This research is to design and create an application system that can give information about the running queue and facility reservation queue numbers to someone from anywhere via smartphones with the Android operating system. Research using the Android Developer Tools ( ADT ) Bundle suggested by the official Android developer site as a tool to help software developers build, test and debug Android applications. The design of applications using a smartphone galaxy s3 android hardware and language as a programming language as well as software eclipse helper program making. The result is a system application Queue Notifications on smartphones with Android OS, where users can take advantage of the waiting time by not waiting in line at the cash register or point of payment but the queue in the queuing system on a smartphone from anywhere while doing other activities .

The remote control system platform and the main function modules are studied and analyzed based on Android operating system. The problem of image transmission of remote control on Android equipment is solved by means of the analysis and comparison of several methods of screenshots and image compression, such as ImageIO compression and JPEGEncoder compression. Finally, we got the conclusion that the transmission efficiency can be increased by the screenshots with robot class and JPEGEncoder compression.

Sistem e-farmers merupakan sebuah sistem penjualan berbasis teknologi (e-commerce) yang dapat diakses melalui website, digunakan untuk membantu para petani menjual hasil pertanian berupa beras secara langsung ke konsumen. Namun dengan adanya kendala dalam hal kepemilikan perangkat komputer dan laptop, petani maupun konsumen yang merupakan pengakses website ladangku.id beralih menggunakan perangkat mobile. Dengan alasan ini, maka peneliti membuat sebuah sistem e-farmers yang awalnya berupa website dapat juga diakses melalui perangkat mobile dengan sistem operasi Android. Karena sistem berbasis website berbeda dengan sistem berbasis mobile, untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem e-farmer yang berbasis mobile yang akan terintegrasi dengan sistem berbasis website. Di mana metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D), yang mana mengembangkan sistem yang sudah ada dan hasil akhirnya menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa rancangan sistem aplikasi e-farmers yang dapat berkerja di platform Android.  E-farmers system is a technology-based commerce system (e-commerce) that can be accessed via a website, used for assisting farmers in selling rice product directly to consumers. However, due to the constraint in the ownership of computer and laptop, farmers and consumers as the users of the website ladangku.id now use mobile devices instead. For this reason, the researcher developed an e-farmers system that was initially only accessible via the website but now can be accessed via mobile devices with the Android operating system. Because the website-based system and mobile-based system are different, it is necessary to have a mobile-based e-farmer system design that is integrated with the website-based system. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) method by developing the existing system, and the final product was in the form of a design of e-farmer application system that can work on Android platform.


Android is one of the famous mobile operating system created by Google company. Advantages of the android operating system itself is to provide an open platform (open source) for developers to create their own millions of applications that will be used for a wide range of mobile devices (mobile devices). Needs of information technology is developing rapidly. Mobile even more Smartphone is one of the means used to obtain information more quickly and accurately, as well as being tools needed in various fields. Especially when you're enjoying a holiday somewhere and need information right away, of course it was very helpful in finding such information. While on vacation in a place we definitely want to taste the culinary place and it has become a lifestyle in today. That's what we call the culinary tour. Culinary tourism itself is an action done a lot of people in the field of dietary needs, for entertainment. Based on application compatibility testing Nyapek culinary tourism in the city of Bogor based on Android can run optimally and display interface on the phone with Minimal OS v5.0 (Lollipop) with a 5-inch screen

The paper examines the existing password managers in the Android operating system (hereinafter OS): functionality, capabilities, application problems. For the subject of research, both paid and free versions of password managers, both open source and closed, were taken. As a result of the analysis, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are made on the need for either the intro-duction of additional functions into existing solutions, or the development of a new password manager with excluded problems.

This paper presents the implementation of a 2D-lidar to a model-scale surface vessel, and the design of a control system that makes the vessel able to perform autonomous exploration of a small-scale marine environment by the use of the lidar and SLAM. This includes a presentation and discussion of experimental results. The completion of this system has involved the development of a suitable control system that merges exploration strategies, path planners, a motion controller, and a strategy for generating controller setpoints. The system was implemented on the Robot Operating System platform, which made it possible to utilize open-source algorithms for state of the art SLAM.
