The article is devoted to one of the current problems in pedagogy – the implementation of facilitation interaction in distance education of pedagogical universities. The analysis of the literature showed that Ukrainian professional educational organizations in more than 50% of cases use the educational platform Moodle, which allows to implement individual learning direction of students, create a single user interface for all participants in the learning process, while actively using forums, glossaries, automatic interactive testing, etc., focused on the implementation of optimal facilitation interaction of the subjects of the educational process, taking into account the specifics of the pedagogical university. In the article the essence of the concept of «facilitation interaction» is defined as subject-subject interaction, within which pedagogical support and initiation of various forms of activity of students of pedagogical universities at all stages of the educational process, within which personal formation and development every future teacher as a subject of educational and professional activity. Based on the analysis of scientific papers and taking into account the specifics of the organization of distance education at the Pedagogical University, the main tasks in the implementation of facilitation interaction at a distance are: technical understanding and experience of using online tools by the teacher-facilitator; anticipate and possibly adjust online tools to really make it easier for participants to work interactively and engagingly (during skype / zoom / meet communication). In the course of the research it was proved that the facilitator must master the skills – to create the effect of inclusion and presence here and now, regardless of time zones, cultural differences, sometimes – language, to ensure facilitation interaction in distance education.

Most of the educational institutions in Ukraine were forced to switch to distance learning, which is why there arose the question about the availability of technical means to ensure the fullness of educational process. The article investigates modern systems of testing students' knowledge in the process of distance education. Currently, there are quite a few LMS (learning management systems) that can optimize the learning process of distance education. The works of scientists related to the problems of organizing effective learning and the complexity of the transition to distance learning are considered. This article assumes the method of testing not on-ly as a tool to assess the level and quality of learning, but also as a means to obtain recommen-dations for improving the learning process in the whole. Based on the results of the analysis, a comparative description was created and an assessment of the suitability for intermediate control of knowledge of primary and secondary school students, the most common at this stage of school distance learning online knowledge testing tools. Thus the advantages and disad-vantages of these tools are revealed. As a consequence the most universal systems that can fully provide the learning process in terms of distance education and the most convenient tools for assessing knowledge are identified.

The purpose of the work is to explore the potential of online learning in modern conditions and to assess the possibilities of its use at different stages of the educational process. The reason for the mass appeal to this form of education is that the entire education system from primary to higher level underwent a transformation during the period of isolation associated with the spread of COVID-19. Practice has shown that in the current conditions, the existing resources of educational institutions can effectively transform formal education into online education with the help of virtual classes and other key online tools. Today, taking into account the unstable epidemiological situation in the world, online training continues to be relevant for various educational organizations and is used today along with the traditional form of training. For this reason, the study of the potential of this form of education will not lose its relevance for a long time. The use of online learning technologies places high demands on teachers.

The article explores the problem of teachers’ reflexivity, its influence on the educational process and the specifics of teachers’ professional activity. The research purpose is a theoretical and empirical study of teachers’ reflexivity and its developmental specifics. The main forms of reflexivity development are lecturing, training, analysis, self-analysis and testing. To improve the personality traits which are important for reflexivity development (self-awareness, communication skills, empathy, identification of professional and personal value guidelines, etc.), a teacher may also use different games and tasks, along with various methods of analyzing the lessons and his/her own contribution to them. All these resources should be included in the annual plan of an educational organization. The results of the study allow concluding about the effectiveness of the declared measures for teachers’ reflexivity development. Within the changing domestic education system, one of the key challenges is training teachers who meet the requirements of the modern professional standard. A possible solution to this problem can be systematic work in an educational organization to improve the teacher’s underdeveloped qualities. One of these characteristics, which can influence the improvement of the teacher’s professionalism and ensure the compliance with the professional standard, is reflexivity. Along with the fact that reflexivity is among the most important components of the pedagogical activity, it is necessary to recognize the poor criterial basis for the professional reflexivity of teachers working in educational organizations, namely the applied aspects of its development within teachers’ methodological activity.

Due to the collapse of the Sovietsystem ofmilitary professional orientation it has become necessary to review the work with pre-conscription youth oriented toward military service; the work, includes, among other things, expanding a network of cadet educational organizations. The main goals in forming the military-professional orientation of pre-conscription youth are achieved by providing resources for the educational process, service and extracurricular activities. Motivational and value-based attitude toward military service is developed throughout the entire educational period; this contributes to the formation of cadets’ readiness to become career militaryofficers and choose military service as a priority type of professional activity. Having analyzed psychological and pedagogical literature,we came to the conclusion that the system of military orientation of pre-conscription youth currently implemented in cadet corps, will contribute to the effective development of young people’s orientation toward military service.

The article discusses the problem of organizing classes in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» with the use of distance education technologies, which is a result of the insufficient development of the methodological base, and the procedure for organizing training sessions in the distance form. The subject of the research is the use of distance education technologies in physical culture and sports training sessions. The purpose of the research is to study the experience of work with the use of distance learning technologies, develop methodological support and make recommendations for organizing training sessions in the discipline «Physical culture and sport». The methodological basis of the research was formed by methods of studying and generalizing advanced pedagogical experience, pedagogical observation, and modeling. As a result of the study, the structure of the organization of the educational process in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» with the use of distance education technologies, methodological recommendations and the procedure for organizing training sessions have been developed. The results of the study will add to the methodological base for organizing training sessions in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» not only in educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, but also in educational institutions of other departments. The obtained results of the research will be useful for lecturers, lecturers-methodologists of educational departments of educational organizations, teachers, inspectors for service and combat training in organizing the educational process. The results of studying individual components of communicative competency among teachers of preschool educational organizations are presented. The deficiencies in its development are highlighted and the possibilities of the educational process in a higher educational institution and methodological support in a preschool educational organization in the development of this competency are shown.

 Introduction. The problem of leadership in scientific research is given a lot of attention. However, this problem remains relevant for a large number of scientific areas. The formation of leadership qualities of a person is interested in the pedagogical composition of power higher educational institutions.Materials and methods. The main methods of research were: analysis of literature on the problem of research, systematization of the data obtained, conducting an empirical study of the influence of various factors on the formation and development of leadership qualities of future officers of the Russian Guard.Results. The article presents the experience of studying the leadership qualities of university cadets of the National Guard troops receiving the specialty of a military psychologist. There is a positive dynamics of leadership qualities throughout the entire period of study at a military university, as one of the most important conditions for readiness for professional activity, and a conclusion was made about the stability of the main management style in the fifth year.Discussion and Conclusions. During the study, it was established that in order to develop the leadership qualities of the future officer of the National Guard troops, it is now necessary to solve the following tasks in the educational process of a military university: development of awareness of his/her purpose as an officer, perseverance in realization of assigned tasks, steady desire to be a leader, self-confidence, readiness to make decisions and take responsibility, consistency, perseverance in realization and fulfillment of assigned tasks, awareness of own strength, faith in achievement of the goal. The specifics of professional burnout of teachers engaged, in addition to their direct pedagogical activities, in the administration of their educational organizations are studied. The relevance of the raised research problem is determined by the significant socio-economic and political changes taking place in the modern education system: its intensive modernization and the introduction of innovative technologies in education have an impact not only on the content side of the educational process but also on its organization. The implementation of these innovations falls on the shoulders of the administrative and managerial personnel of schools, demanding huge emotional, intellectual and mental costs from the latter. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of professional burnout and its symptoms in administrative and managerial personnel of educational organizations in relation to the severity of their psychological defenses and personality motivational profile. The sample was composed of 75 teachers (54 women, 21 men) in the position of school deputy director for studies and educational work. Their administrative work experience in an educational organization ranged from 1 to 23 years, the average age was 37.5 years. The study used a set of valid and reliable psychodiagnostic methods, including The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) Questionnaire by Ch. Maslach and S.E. Jackson (adapted by N.E. Vodopyanova), The Life Style Index (LSI) by R. Plutchik, H. Kellerman and H.R. Conte (adapted by E.S. Romanov and L.R. Grebenshchikov) and Diagnosis of the Motivational Structure of Personality by V. Milman. The correlation analysis revealed that among teachers who additionally occupy in an educational institution, professional burnout is interconnected with the manifestation of psychological defenses of suppression, projection and intellectualization. Also, a relationship was established between professional burnout and a decrease in motivation for communication, general activity, creative activity and social usefulness of activities. The revealed specifics of professional activity and burnout of school deputy directors as well as the characteristics of their strategies for overcoming crisis situations in professional activity under conditions of changes and uncertainties open up opportunities for us to develop and implement programs on preventing professional burnout in this category of teachers and providing psychological support for their professional activities.

The article analyses the features of the pedagogical competence of a teacher who performs his / her professional activity under conditions of distance education. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the professional competence of a teacher who operates in the framework of distance education. The achieving of the goal involved solving a number of tasks: to determine the characteristics of the pedagogical competence of a teacher and its components, to highlight the key characteristics of distance education and analyse its impact on the system of teacher competencies, to consider tutoring as an optimal model for meeting the requirements of distance teaching / learning. To achieve the purpose and goals of the article, the author used theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, generalisation and systematisation of approaches which enable defining the professional competence of the teacher and determining the features of distance learning). The terms "competence" and "competency" have been compared. The main components of the teacher's professional competence are highlighted. The components of the competence under study as well as their role in ensuring a high level of educational process have been analysed. The main features of distance learning as one of the today’s main educational trends have been described. Some assumptions about potential transforming of the competence system of a teacher, operating within the framework of distance education, have been made. The essence of how the conditions of distance learning effect each component of the teacher’s pedagogical competence has been determined. The system and interrelation of the components of the teacher’s pedagogical competence have been indicated. Some features of the competence in the field of information and communications technology (ICT competence) and its components have been analysed. The necessity of including the ICT competence in the system of the teacher’s pedagogical competence under conditions of distance education has been assumed and substantiated. The phenomenon “tutoring”, its types and functions have been described. It is concluded that the introduction of tutoring is able to satisfy the requirements to the pedagogical competence of a teacher operating within distance education. Some assumptions regarding the possibility of applying the principles of tutoring and implementing its mechanisms for revealing a full potential of distance education have been made.
