The purpose of the article is to define the specificity of the concept of "naive", to analyse the peculiarities of the works of art of this direction, their distinctive features on the basis of the visual works of Ukrainian naivists. Methodology. The research methodology is based on the art history analysis, the complex use of historical and comparative methods, system analysis, synthesis and eneralization. Results. The concept of naïve has been defined, its specificity in relation to the related, but not identical terms, such as "primitive art" and "outsider art" has been singled out, and the components of the development of the given tendency have been studied. On the example of Ukrainian naive art representatives, the characteristic features of the artists of this direction were defined. The urgency of the application of artistic images of naive in the realities of contemporary design is underlined. The scientific novelty. The category of artistic and compositional features of this kind of art in the works of Ukrainian naïve artists have been investigated, the characteristic visual techniques of this artistic direction, which are actual for the application in the modern design projects, have been determined. Practical significance. The identified features of the concept of naive, originality of creative implementation of this trend can contribute to the further research of this topical for the design of postmodern art form, and become a part of the discipline of art studies of students-designers to enhance their competitiveness in creating a visual culture of the modern society on the basis of images close to the national mentality.

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of modern Ukrainian photo books, which have become a striking example of following the trends of postmodern art. Methodology. The study is based on the integrated use of historical, comparative methods, systems analysis, synthesis, generalization. Results. The modern Ukrainian photo book is considered as a work of conceptual art of postmodernism. Certain artistic and compositional features and design techniques of Ukranian photobooks are identified; originality of form; author's presentation of textual, content and visual components of the indoor unit: inclusion of ready-made images (ready-made) and photo manipulation, use of collages, photos of utilitarian objects, etc. Scientific novelty. On the example of art history analysis of a number of well-known Ukrainian photobooks, the characteristic features of the photobook as an object of modern conceptual art is determined, the features of figurative, stylistic, artistic and compositional design solutions are systematized. Practical significance. The artistic and compositional features and design techniques used by photographers in the implementation of creative ideas have been identified, the theoretical basis of modern conceptual art have been expanded that can be useful in future creative projects of photobooks that will have both artistic and commercial value.

Purpose. Disclosure of decorative and functional features of forms of art object and analysis of their creative and aesthetic content. Methodology. In the course of the research, the purpose of field surveys and generally scientific methods of analysis, synthesis and analogies were used. Results. As a result of a theoretical study, the primary stages of art-form object formation are determined; its characteristic features and peculiarities of ideological and ideological ideas and creative language are revealed. The close relationship between form and content, which forms an imaginative, symbolic, spiritual and aesthetic art object with the emotional power of influence and impression, is considered. Scientific novelty. The article analyses and explores the peculiarities of creating an art object form to convey an artistic image and an author's idea. The features and stages of forming an art object form as a complex, multifaceted phenomenon are presented, which allows becoming more aware of its functional, material and artistic features. Practical significance. Research findings can be used as promising areas for research in design theory and practice. The main defining features and features of building an art object can be applied directly in the creative work of designers.

This article explores innovative firms’ business models during the development of the digital economy. The concept of business models has been in dynamic development for over a decade. Over the years, a significant number of publications have appeared, including results of theoretical and empirical studies. However, the distinctive features of business models of innovative firms have not been sufficiently studied. This article provides data on the attributes of business models of innovative firms and the development of their typology. For the research question, the assumption was taken that innovative business models have a moderately stable set of characteristic features, attributes that can be identified using factor and cluster analysis.In our framework, business models of 100 innovative companies were analyzed. The purpose of this study was to identify sustainable combinations of the characteristic features of business models and the development of typology of identified business models of innovative firms. The results of the study allowed us to develop a typology of business models of innovative firms based on the identification of the distinctive characteristics of business models, including technology, business solutions, and interactions with stakeholders. The results can be used in theoretical and empirical studies to further develop the typology of business models and to determine reasons for their success. The practical significance of the work is to identify sustainable combinations of attributes of business models that can be used for benchmarking, analysis of business models in the process of their transformation, and identifying key success factors in the development of the digital economy.

The twentieth century was a time of active expansion of Christian culture throughout the world. The Catholic and some Protestant churches resorted to this. This culture, becoming global, accommodated, and united a large number of cultural and religious minorities. At the same time, promoting its uniqueness, it could not always confirm her identity. One of the characteristic features of the development of the modern world is an increased scale of events, greater internationalization of social processes, and their tendency to become global. Based on all modern problems, in the sense of their understanding and solution, Christian globalism were formed as a component of the doctrine of Christian denominations, which includes a full range of different concepts and ideas that reflect the typical human problems of modern civilization. Since Christian eschatology is confessionally multivariate, it makes sense to explore both the characteristics common to all denominations and specific to some of them, as well as to identify transformational models and forms of adaptation of eschatological ideas to today's realities. The actualization of the problem of moral-ethical and social aspects of Catholic eschatology, Christological-apocalyptic visions of Orthodox eschatological teaching, and the apocalyptic-prophetic character of Protestant eschatology in their transformational manifestations was designed to impart on the paper both theoretical and socio-practical significance.

The purpose of this article is to present one of the most problematic issues in the Civil Code of Georgia, which is manifested in the confusion of the institution of subrogation in insurance law with such institutions as cession and the condition of regression. They are close in content to each other, and this fact makes it difficult to see differences between them. Seeing the difference in content between them has not only theoretical but also practical significance, as each institution is characterized by a different legal outcome, and in each specific case the proper qualification of the relationship is crucial. One of the most practical different legal consequences of the given institutions is revealed in the different terms of the statute of limitations. For example, until 2012, it was unknown to the Georgian court that the statute of limitation of a subrogation starts from the period when the insurer has the right to claim damages against the insurance underwriter. Before then, it was an unknown fact that, different from regression, only legal relationship is established with one obligation in subrogation. In this article, we have discussed the distinctive features of subrogation, cession, and the condition of regression, and the accompanying legal consequences. We have discussed the decisions of the Supreme Court of Georgia, which discuss the differences in the content and results of the above-mentioned institutions. As a result, it was revealed that the practice of the Civil Court of Georgia before 2012 was unknown about the institution of subrogation, which is a really significant problem. It can be said that a uniform practice of the Supreme Court has been established at the Subrogation Institute and the problems that existed before have been solved.

Purpose. Street art has exploded: it pervades our back alleys, surrounds us at bus-stops, covers billboards, competes with advertising and generally serves as urban wallpaper in most cities. But what is street art? A far cry from mere graffiti, street art has gained some social acceptance, but it remains neither officially sanctioned like public art, nor institutionally condoned, like its more traditional artistic cousins in museums. Somewhere in between these two extremes, street art has emerged, occupying a metaphysically suspect grey area between illegal activity and bona fide art. This paper explores the nature of this emerging art form. Methods. The basis of the presented research was the following methods: analysis, synthesis, system analysis, deductive method and the method of comparative law. Results. Street art in modern society is a fairly popular type of activity, but there is no legal regulation of this area directly. The question is raised about the need to improve the methods of protecting the rights of authors to modern works of art and, in particular, to street art. There is a need for regulatory legal regulation in the field of copyright protection in the field of street art. It is proposed to clarify the existing legal norms in the field of intellectual property law, and in particular in the category of copyright, or to fill in the gaps by using the general principles of civil law. The problems of the implementation of copyright on the works of street art are studied, a distinction is made between legal and illegal works of street art. Discussion. The issue of creating separate regulations governing street art is quite controversial today. Taking into account the popularization of this area every day more and more, this problem is becoming more acute, it is necessary to understand how street art figures protect their violated rights and legitimate interests

Если в русском языке причастия исследованы довольно глубоко, то в осетинском языке система причастий, их грамматические признаки, специфика проявления в них глагольных грамматических категорий изучены недостаточно; отсутствуют специальные работы, посвященные причастиям. Определение отличительных особенностей осетинских причастий по сравнению с причастиями в русском языке является актуальным: представляется интересным сравнить особенности морфологической системы русского и осетинского языков, принадлежащих к единой индоевропейской семье языков и различающихся по степени преобладания элементов аналитизма в средствах выражения грамматических значений. Актуальность подобного сравнения обусловлена еще и тем, что в настоящее время происходит активное взаимодействие русского и осетинского языков в двуязычной среде, что не может не отражаться и на системе причастий. Научная новизна данной статьи заключается в том, что в ней специально исследуются причастия в осетинском языке как выразители значений зависимого таксиса по сравнению с русским языком; представлено все многообразие аспектуально-таксисных ситуаций в конструкциях с причастиями. Эти ситуации выделены с учетом как видового, так и лексического значения причастий, а также элементов аспектуального контекста. На основании проведенного анализа определено место осетинских причастий в функционально-семантическом поле зависимого таксиса, оно более периферийное по сравнению с причастиями в русском языке. Такой вывод можно сделать на основании гораздо меньшей регулярности осетинских причастий, меньшей их специализированности на выражении атрибутивной функции. Кроме того, значительный пласт осетинских причастий (причастия будущего времени, выражающие модальное значение целесообразности) лишен семантики реальности, поэтому определение таксисных значений для этих причастий вообще не представляется возможным. Проведенный анализ позволил также установить характерные особенности конструкций зависимого таксиса с причастиями в осетинском языке: 1) хронологические отношения между основным и второстепенным предикатами очень редко сопрягаются с отношениями обусловленности (причинно-следственными отношениями), между тем в русском языке это явление достаточно частое; 2) диапазон выражаемых причастиями таксисных значений в осетинском языке гораздо ýже, чем в русском языке.  The system of participles in the Ossetian language has not been yet comprehensively investigated. There are no special works where the categories of participles, their grammatical characteristics, their grammatical categories of aspect, tense or mood have been subjected to thorough analysis. The identification of all distinctive features of Ossetian participles in comparison with the system of the ones in the Russian language is relevant for the given article. This is due to the fact that, firstly, the Russian and the Ossetian languages belong to different groups within a single Indo-European language family and differ in the degree of predominance of elements of analyticism in the expression of grammatical meanings; secondly, in the conditions of Ossetian-Russian bilingualism there is active interaction of the Russian and Ossetian languages, which is obviously reflected in the system of participles. The scientific novelty of the research is based on the description of all the variety of aspect-taxic situations in the constructions of dependent taxis with participles in the Ossetian language in comparison with Russian. The aspect and lexical meaning of the participial forms are taken into account, and the place of Ossetian participles in the functional semantic field of taxis is identified. The analysis revealed that the participle, being the exponent of the meanings of the dependent taxis, belongs to the more distant periphery of the functional-semantic field of the dependent taxis in Ossetian as compared to the participle in Russian. This is due to the fact that they are much less regular, less specialized in the expression of the attributive function. The expression of taxis meanings for future participles expressing the modality of expediency seems not to be significant at all. The characteristic features of the constructions of dependent taxis with participles in Ossetian are determined: chronological relations between the participial action and the action of the main predicate are rarely complicated by the relations of causation, i.e. by cause-effect relationships, meanwhile, this phenomenon is quite frequent in Russian; the spectrum of taxis meanings expressed by participles is narrower in Ossetian than in Russian.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze and systematize the views of social and political thinkers of Galicia in the 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries. on the right and manner of organizing a nation-state as a cathedral. Method. The methodology includes a set of general scientific, special legal, special historical and philosophical methods of scientific knowledge, as well as the principles of objectivity, historicism, systematic and comprehensive. The problem-chronological approach made it possible to identify the main stages of the evolution of the content of the idea of catholicity in Galicia's legal thought of the 19th century. Results. It is established that the idea of catholicity, which was borrowed from church terminology, during the nineteenth century. acquired clear legal and philosophical features that turned it into an effective principle of achieving state unity and integrity. For the Ukrainian statesmen of the 19th century. the idea of catholicity became fundamental in view of the separation of Ukrainians between the Russian and Austro-Hungarian empires. The idea of unity of Ukrainians of Galicia and the Dnieper region, formulated for the first time by the members of the Russian Trinity, underwent a long evolution and received theoretical reflection in the work of Bachynsky's «Ukraine irredenta». It is established that catholicity should be understood as a legal principle, according to which decisions are made in dialogue, by consensus, and thus able to satisfy the absolute majority of citizens of the state. For Galician Ukrainians, the principle of unity in the nineteenth century. implemented through the prism of «state» and «international» approaches. Scientific novelty. The main stages of formation and development of the idea of catholicity in the views of social and political figures of Halychyna of the XIX – beginning of the XX centuries are highlighted in the work. and highlighting the distinctive features of «national statehood» that they promoted and understood as possible in the process of unification of Ukrainian lands into one state. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in further historical and legal studies, preparation of special courses.

The basis of the article lies in the creative works of G.Javid, where special attention is attracted by several types of female characters, among which the types of a traditional eastern woman are most brightly represented

For the world community UNESCO has developed international standards of media information literacy, which have been adopted by all UNESCO member countries. In Central Asia, Kazakhstan was the first to deal with these issues 10 years ago. The group of scientists of the Kazakh National University named by al-Farabi is working on studying this issue. Most of the scientific works on media education are aimed at justifying the need for media education in modern society and its value. The purpose of the article is the development of methodological materials on the formation of literacy in the field of media and information literacy for training target groups and informing the public. The authors of this article apply the methodology of comparative historical research, the methodology and technique of sociological research, the systemic and structural-functional approach in combination with comparative historical method and statistical data analysis, as well as the study of official documents characterizing the policy of international community and Kazakhstan. Also, content analysis and qualitative documents analysis, as well as comparative research methods, were used. As a result of the research, it was concluded that any conceptual design, scientific paradigm suffers to some extent with idealization and the conceptual approach of UNESCO discussion formed the basis for this review, causing positive expectations. However, media is not always socially-oriented tool. It is clear that in this scenario, it is not necessary to rely solely on the consciousness of journalists and self-censorship of editors. However, understanding the principal approaches of UNESCO and following the recommendations developed can control risks and contribute to the development of a full-fledged civil society. Practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using its results in the field of media, psychology, pedagogy, culture, history, journalists, political scientists, social engineers, teachers, students and post-graduate students of universities. The results of the research can be integrated into the educational and upbringing processes. It is necessary to train target groups for the further dissemination and training of media and information literacy and to address the issues of forming a civic position in Kazakhstan.
