Motivasi dan kinerja sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu permasalahan kompleks suatu instansi pemerintah maupun swasta dalam melaksanakan loyalitas kerja. Hal tersebut, merupakan hambatan perusahaan dalam mencapai kemajuan. Permasalahan tersebut, berkaitan dengan lemahnya tatakelola dan sistem manajerial suatu perusahaan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15-25 Juli 2017 yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia di Rumah Sakit Putra Waspada. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Explanatory research cross sectional. Populasi seluruh SDM yang ada di Rumah Sakit Putra Waspada jumlah sampel 93 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple Random  Sampling. Pengolahan data dianalisis dengan uji statistik regresi logistic multivariat. Dari hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa ada analisis Implementasi Good Corporate Governance  Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja sumber daya manusia di Rumah Sakit Putra Waspada dengan nilai Pvalue = 0,000 dan α 0,05 yang berarti P < 0,05. Perlu penerapan tatakelola Good Governance Corporate oleh manajerial untuk mewujudkan keterbukaan serta pengawasan dalam instansi perusahaan.

Corporate governance is concerned with the running of an organization in a way that guarantees that its owners or stockholders receive a fair return on their investments while the expectations of other stakeholders are also met. The study sought to examine the relationship between corporate governance practices and performance of sugar producing companies in Kenya. The study intended to establish the corporate governance practices adopted by the companies and the influence of these practices on their performance. Through a cross-sectional survey of 11 companies, data were gathered using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate that all the studied companies practice some form of corporate governance although the degree of adoption differ across them. The study also revealed that board decisions are not influenced by founder members and that it was not common for board members to engage in financial transactions with the companies. The results of regression analysis show that overall, there is a positive and statistically significant influence of corporate governance practices on performance of the sugar producing companies. The study draws a conclusion that a combination of good corporate governance practices is responsible for a large percentage of good performance achieved by the sugar companies. Individual corporate governance practices acting on their own do not always lead to improved performance. The study offers support for theories that anchor performance implications of good corporate governance as well as findings of previous similar studies. Based on the findings of the study, recommendation for policy and practice are made as well as suggestions for further research.

The indicator that can be used to measure of status health mother in certain region such as using number of maternal mortality (Angka Kematian Ibu / AKI). AKI is one of indicator that sensitive about quality and an access to facility health service. One of factor that contributed to maternal mortality is factors that complicate of process handling emergency such as TIGA TERLAMBAT. It used to press AKI, the government made programs. The program is Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) and Kediri was held program Gerakan Menekan Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi (GEMAKIBA). The aim of this research is to know the relationship of motivation performance cadre at GEMAKIBA’s program at Sukorame district Kediri city region performance of clinic Sukorame. The research design is survey analytic. The approach is cross sectional, the population is 45 persons of cadre. The sampling uses simple random sampling with 41 respondences of cadre that fulfil of inclusive criteria. The instrument used questioner to assess of motivation, checklist to assess of performance and recapitulation sheet to make a note the result of data. Then the data was analyzed with correlation spearman rank that showed there is a relathionship between motivation and performance cadre at GEMAKIBA’s program. Based on the result of the research above it should be became a material to maintain and enhance motivation for more comprehensive program’s outcomes.

This article examines the relationship between company cultures with Good Corporate Governance (GCG). It used survey method and correlational technique by distributing questioner with two instruments, namely company cultures and GCG. The respondents were employees of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk consisting of 100 persons for which 87 persons were selected determined using Sugiyono books formula. The sample were determined using simple random sampling. The study used simple linear regression and simple cr relational technique. The results show that there is a strong correlation between company culture and GCG. It means that the stronger of company culture implementation the more intention to implement GCG.

Good Corporate Governance is corporate governance that explains the relationships between various participants in the company that determine the direction of the company's performance. Good corporate governance is corporate governance that explains the relationship of the parties participating in the management and performance of the company. Implementation of good governance principles is considered to have a positive impact on the company. Seeing the many achievements achieved by PT. Unilever Indonesia is primarily an award for GCG so researchers are interested in examining how it is applied and the constraints experienced. From the results of this study it can be seen that the application of GCG principles in the internal environment of PT. Unilever Indonesia has been going well, although sometimes it collides with changes that occur in the internal environment so that there are adjustments that must be made by all employees. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive writing is writing that seeks to explain the current problem solving based on data, present data, analyze and interorete.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini memakai metode pengambilan sampel secara probabilitas random sederhana (simple random sampling). Sampel diambil dari 40 perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2015 - 2017. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Didapat bahwa pengaruh good corporate governance yang memoderasi corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan adalah sebesar 18.8%.  Kata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, dan Kinerja Perusahaan   Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Performance with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. This study uses a simple random sampling method. Samples were taken from 40 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. Test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. It was found that the effect of Good Corporate Governance that moderates Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm performance is 18.8%. Factors forming Good Corporate Governance, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence and Fairness, support the performance of Employees of PT.Pupuk Kujang Cikampek and whether there are simultaneous factors that form Good Corporate Governance that are positively open to Employee Performance at PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were taken using the Simple Random Sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents from 135 employees. The results of this study can be concluded that Is a Factor Forming Good Corporate Governance on employee performance.

Corporate governance has become a popular topic in the international scene. The recent financial scandals (Enron, Parmalat, Tyco, and WorldCom) have increased the interest on the relationship between Corporate Governance and performance, due to its apparent importance for the economic health of companies and its effect on society in general. The paper aims to verify a possible relationship between the corporate governance of Italian listed companies and their financial performance. Creating a quality index for corporate governance, called CGQI, we will try to understand if a good corporate governance can lead to better firm results. The target population is composed of all Italian companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, in the year 2012. The cross-sectional regression highlights two important results: the negative correlation between Tobin’s q and CGQI, and the positive correlation between Return on Equity and CGQI. It is possible to extend the analysis both temporally and spatially, with a comparison between different countries, considering that our index is constructed on the basis of corporate governance guidelines of different countries

In order to achieve the vision and mission, every hospital must implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Its implementation aims to optimally improve performance of employees that will finally improve organizational performance. This study aimed to analyze the relation between principles of GCG and performance of civil servants of the Natuna Field Hospital in Anambas Islands District. This analytical descriptive study using cross sectional design involved 56 civil servants as samples. Data was collected in 2012 using a structured questionnaire. This study used chi square and logistic regression tests. Multivariate model was simplified by eliminating the confounding variables using backward stepwise method. This study found two variables significantly related to performance of civil servants, namely implementation of fairness and transperancy principles. Both were the most related variables to the performance of civil servants.AbstrakDalam rangka mencapai visi dan misi, setiap rumah sakit harus menjalankan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance/GCG). Penerapan GCG sendiri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara optimal, yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) Rumah Sakit Umum Lapangan Natuna Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain potong lintang pada 56 PNS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tahun 2012 dengan kuesioner terstruktur. Digunakan analisis dengan uji kai kuadrat dan regresi logistik, dan untuk penyederhanaan model dilakukan eliminasi terhadap faktor perancu dengan menggunakan metode backward stepwise. Penelitian ini menemukan dua variabel yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja PNS, yaitu penerapan prinsip fairness dan penerapan prinsip transparancy. Keduanya merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil.

Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) adalah sekelompok sindrom yang berkaitan erat yang disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangan antara kebutuhan oksigen miokardium dan aliran darah. Pada umumnya faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner adalah hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan tekanan darah dengan kejadian penyakit jantung koroner di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI periode Januari-Desember 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional di bagian ilmu penyakit dalam Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI dan Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang dengan cara pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Dari 200 subjek penelitian, penyakit jantung yang mempunyai hipertensi sebanyak 100 dan yang tidak hipertensi sebanyak 100. Hasil analisis didapatkan jumlah pada subjek hipertensi yang terkena penyakit jantung koroner sebesar 64(64%) sedangkan pada non hipertensi yang terkena penyakit jantung koroner didapatkan sebanyak 32(32%). Rasio prevalensi didapatkan adalah 2,00 dengan interval kepercayaan 95% antara 1,450-2,758. Hasil analisis chi-squeare didapatkan nilai X2 didapatkan hasil 19,251 dan nilai p: 0,000 yang artinya ada hubungan faktor risiko antara hipertensi dengan penyakit jantung koroner dengan taraf significant sangat bermakna. Hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko untuk terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner, penderita hipertensi berisiko 2 kali lebih besar terkena penyakit jantung koroner.

<p>Merokok adalah perilaku penggunaan .Wabah tembakau atau rokok telah meracuni dan membunuh 4 juta penduduk dunia setiap tahunnya.  Berdasarkan laporan WHO tahun 2008 ditemukan 24,1% remaja pria Indonesia adalah perokok. Konsumsi rokok di Indonesia meningkat lebih cepat dibandingkan negara-negara lain. Pada kelompok umur 10-14 tahun, jumlah perokok meningkat dari 0.3% menjadi 1.4% dalam kurun waktu 18 tahun (1995-2013), dan pada kelompok umur 15-19 tahun terjadi peningkatan dari 7,1% ke 18,3%.  Hasil Riskesdas 2013, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 30,3% perokok aktif di Sumatera Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok didalam rumah Kelurahan Tarok Kecamatan Payakumbuh Utara Tahun 2014.Penelitian menggunakan desain <em>cross sectional</em>. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga  perokok yang berada di Kelurahan Tarok Kecamatan Payakumbuh   Utara   dengan   jumlah   sampel   162   responden   dan   dipilih menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat (Uji Chi-Square).Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan sebagian besar (89,5 %)  responden mempunyai perilaku merokok, 62,3% responden memiliki sikap negatif, terdapat 51,2% responden memiliki <em>perceive behavioral </em>yang tinggi, dan 56,8 % responden memiliki peran ibu rumah tangga yang tidak optimal. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran ibu rumah tangga (p = 0,032 ; OR = 3,6), tidak ada hubungan sikap (p = 0,958 ; OR =1,18) dan <em>perceive behavioral </em>(p = 0,152 ; OR = 2,5) dengan perilaku merokok didalam rumah.penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan peran ibu rumah tangga terhadap perilaku merokok. menjalin kerjasama dengan tokoh masyarakat   dalam memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada warga berupa penyuluhan kesehatan tentang merokok agar dapat menghentikan kebisaan merokok didalam rumah.</p>
