Quality of Social Service Health Service In Puskesmas In Puskesmas Wonoayu District Sidoarjo. One form of public service organized by the government is the fulfillment of public health needs through the National Health Insurance Program, the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) of Health. But in the service delivery, there are still problems that often occur such as, there are always long queues, inpatient rooms are often full, drugs are limited and there are usually additional costs. Puskesmas Wonoayu is one of the faskes that serves BPJS Health participants. Therefore the quality of health services is very important in serving patients BPJS Health. In general, this study aims to measure the quality of service BPJS Health Center at Wonoayu Sidoarjo. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is observation, interview, and documentation study conducted in approximately three months. The results showed that BPJS Health Service Quality at Wonoayu Public Health Center of Sidoarjo Regency measured using Lupioadi indicator which consist of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is good. But in direct evidence indicator there are facilities that are still in the process of revamping and there are also equipment officers are still lacking.Keyword: Indicators of Quality of Public Service, Health Services

Health centers are expected to provide quality health services that meet the needs of the customers. Health centers need to improve services in order to be able to compete, develop, and grow. This study describe the satisfaction of the customers for services provided by Kendal Health Center, Ngawi, Indonesia. The population of this study were community who utilized health services at the Kendal Health Center in 2016. The sample were selected using quota sampling. Each unit of service given a quota of 20 respondents, while auxiliary health center were quota of 10 respondents, because the customer visit at a auxiliary health center were lower. The variable was the satisfaction with services provided by health center. Data were collected by filling out questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively using spiderweb diagram. In general, the results of the study indicate that the quality of health center services was in the good category, and all service units had succeeded in exceeding the predetermined targets. Health is a fundamental thing in human life. Healthy development is an investment for the development of Indonesian communities, therefore increasing community awareness, willingness, and abilities is a must. Benchmarking of success in health development is the creation of quality public health services. Increasing challenges in health development, impacting on public health services become less optimal. The government tries to improve the quality of public health services by creating various innovations through digital technology. Andalas Community Health Center as part of the government improves the quality of health services through Ayo Ceting Program, which aims to prevent stunting in the District of East Padang. Ayo Ceting consists of three program packages namely, WhatsApp Group for Pregnant Mothers, Rumah Gizi and Digital Education: The Ayo Ceting Android-based application. This study aims to determine the implementation of Ayo Ceting innovation at Andalas Public Health Center, Padang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, where research is conducted to obtain and collect in-depth data directly from the research location regarding the use of Ayo Ceting applications. The informants in this study were health workers responsible for the stunting prevention innovation program at the Andalas Public Health Center in Padang. Based on the explanation from sources, Ayo Ceting innovation increasing people's knowledge and understanding of Stunting and it prevention and empowering the community itself to actively report their health data. Furthermore, it provides more effective and efficient public services, and finally, the community can obtain information with access and a more attractive appearance

Initial observation showed that the quality of service at Puskesmas Peneleh Surabaya was less than optimal. As a means of public health service providers, puskesmas should practice quality service that is based on ServQual concept. The purpose of this research is to know and describe about the quality of public services in Peneleh Health Center Surabaya and to know and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in public service at Peneleh Public Health Center Surabaya. Data analysis method used in this research is interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the quality of public services in Peneleh Public Health Center is not maximal overall. This is because of the five elements of public service quality in Peneleh Puskesmas, there are two elements that are less than the maximum, namely the element of responsiveness (responsiveness) and empathy (empathy). In addition, the results of the study indicate that the supporting factors of public service at Peneleh Public Health Center of Surabaya consist of: the government fully supports all health facilities in Puskesmas Peneleh so that the development of health can run maximally, there is harmony of relationship between staff Peneleh Puskesmas and patient and number doctors at Puskesmas Peneleh are considered sufficient in the need for services for patients. While the inhibiting factor of public service at Puskesmas Peneleh Kota Surabaya consist of: employees or staff of drug or pharmacy is considered less in terms of quantity, the existence of employees in the pharmacy who are considered less responsive and dexterous in providing drug services to patients and the condition of shortage of drugs in pharmacy section. Keywords: public service, community satisfaction, and puskesmas

The "one data" policy driven by the government through the Ministry of Health is believed to be able to innovate and give a new face to health services. Of course, the improvement of health services starts from the smallest and lowest layers, namely Polindes. Starting from this policy and the finding of relatively low public health service problems, the authors see a health service in Polindes, which contributes positively to improving the quality of public health services. The health service is the author's view of the communication perspective through the study of Communication in the Synergy of Public Health Services Polindes (Village Maternity Post) in Tarumajaya Village, Kertasari District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is a case study. The results of the study revealed that public health services in Polindes are inseparable from the communication process that exists in the village. The verbal communication process includes positive synergy between the communicator and the communicant. In this case, the communicators are village midwives, village officials, namely the village head and his staff, the sub-district health center, and the active role of the village cadres involved. In contrast, the communicant that was targeted was the community in the village of Tarumajaya. This positive synergy results in a marked increase in public services, namely by providing new facilities in the village, RTK (Birth Waiting Home).   Kebijakan “one data” yang dimotori oleh pemerintah melalui Kementerian kesehatan diyakini mampu membuat inovasi dan memberikan wajah baru terhadap layanan kesehatan. Tentunya, perbaikan layanan kesehatan tersebut dimulai dari lapisan terkecil dan terbawah yakni Polindes. Berawal dari kebijakan tersebut dan masih ditemukannya masalah pelayanan kesehatan publik yang relatif rendah, penulis melihat sebuah layanan kesehatan di Polindes, yang memberikan kontribusi positif dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Pelayanan kesahatan tersebut penulis lihat dari perpektif komunikasi melaui penelitian Komunikasi dalam Sinergi Pelayanan Kesehatan Publik Polindes (Pos Bersalin Desa) di Desa Tarumajaya, Kecamatan Kertasari, Kabupaten Bandung ini dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan publik di Polindes, tidak terlepas dari adanya proses komunikasi yang terjalin di desa tersebut. Proses komunikasi verbal tersebut meliputi sinergitas positif antara pihak komunikator dan komunikan. Dalam hal ini, komunikator tersebut adalah Bidan Desa, Aparat Desa yakni Kepala Desa beserta staffnya, Puskesmas tingkat kecamatan, serta peran aktif dari para kader desa yang terlibat. Sedangkan komunikan yang menjadi target adalah masyarakat di desa Tarumajaya. Sinergitas positif tersebut menghasilkan peningkatan pelayanan publik yang nyata, yaitu dengan adanya penyediaan fasilitas baru di desa, RTK (Rumah Tunggu Kelahiran).

BACKGROUND: The utilization of health services is an important policy concern in most developing countries. Many staff and students do not utilize the health services within the university system despite the availability of good quality services. This study investigated the provider-related factors related to utilization of university health service by staff and students in a privately owneduniversity in Nigeria.METHODS: The perception of the quality of a university health service was investigated among a cross-section of 600 university staff and students who were selected by a stratified random sampling scheme. A self-administered questionnaire-based study was conducted. The structure, process and output predictors of utilization of the university health facility were assessed. Data analysis was carried out using Stata I/C 15.0.RESULTS: The average age of the participants was 22.93±7.58 years. About two-thirds of them did not have opinion about the mortality and morbidity rates at the university health center. Significant proportions of the participants reported good perceptions about the structure and process quality of service indicators. Utilization of the university health center was predicted by some structure and process indicators namely; the availability/experience of staff (AOR 2.44; CI 1.67-3.58), the organization of healthcare (AOR 1.64; CI 1.11-2.41), the continuity of treatment (AOR 1.74; CI 1.12-2.70) and the waiting time (AOR0.41; CI 0.28-0.61).CONCLUSION: The utilization of university health services was predicted by availability/experience of staff, the organization of healthcare, the waiting time and the continuity of care. The structure-process-outcome approach discriminates between the students and staff who utilize the university health center and those who donot. It also suggests a complex interplay of factors in the prediction of choice of a health facility.

Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious disease that is still the world's attention, Until now, there is not a single country that is free of TB (Kemenkes 2011). Public Health Center (puskesmas) Janti is a puskesmas where the number of TB BTA+ sufferers increases every year while the number of treatment success rate at Puskesmas Janti decreases every year. In 2013 is 96%, in 2014 is 87,50% and in 2015 is 85,37%. Increasing the number of patients and decreasing the number of success rates of treatment indicates that the utilization of health services is less. This study aims to find out the relationship of Education, Health Service Access and Family Support with Health Service Utilization of BTA+ Pulmonary TB Patients at Public Health Center (puskesmas) Janti Malang. The design of this study is quantitative correlation with samples of all patients with TB Paru + BTA who are still doing treatment at Puskesmas Janti in September 2016 until April 2017. The analysis used correlation test and logistic regression test with cross sectional approach. The results of the research analysis found that there is a significant relationship between education, access to health services and family support together with the utilization of health services of patients Tb Paru BTA+. Based on the results of determination coefficient R2 (Nagelkerke) of 0.619, this means that education (X1), access to health services (X2), and family support (X3) has contributed 61.9% to the utilization of health services of patients with TB Paru BTA+ at Puskesmas Janti.Keywords: education, access, family support, health service utilizationAbstrak: Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang masih menjadi perhatian dunia, hingga saat ini, belum ada satu negara pun yang bebas TB (Kemenkes 2011). Puskesmas Janti adalah satu puskesmas yang berada di Kota Malang dengan jumlah pasien TB Paru BTA+ yang paling tinggi dan meningkat setiap tahun diantara puskesmas yang lain di Kota Malang, sedangkan jumlah angka keberhasilan pengobatan di Puskesmas Janti mengalami penurunan setiap tahun. Tahun 2013 sebesar 96%, pada tahun 2014 sebesar 87,50% dan pada tahun 2015 sebesar 85,37%. Peningkatan jumlah penderita dan penurunan jumlah angka keberhasilan pengobatan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pendidikan, Akses Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Penderita TB Paru BTA+ di Puskesmas Janti Kota Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel seluruh penderita TB Paru BTA+ yang masih melakukan pengobatan di Puskesmas Janti pada bulan September 2016 sampai dengan April 2017. Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji regresi logistik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil analisis penelitian di dapatkan ada hubungan yang dignifikan antara pendidikan, akses pelayanan kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga secara bersama-sama dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan penderita Tb Paru BTA+. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi R2 (Nagelkerke) sebesar 0,619, hal ini berarti bahwa pendidikan (X1), akses pelayanan kesehatan (X2), dan dukungan keluarga (X3) memiliki kontribusi sebesar 61,9% terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan penderita TB Paru BTA+ di Puskesmas Janti.Kata Kunci:    pendidikan, akses pelayanan kesehatan, dukungan keluarga, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan penderita TB Paru BTA+

Objectives To determine the nature and extent of governance activities by health service boards in relation to quality and safety of care and to gauge the expertise and perspectives of board members in this area. Methods This study used an online and postal survey of the Board Chair, Quality Committee Chair and two randomly selected members from the boards of all 85 health services in Victoria. Seventy percent (233/332) of members surveyed responded and 96% (82/85) of boards had at least one member respond. Results Most boards had quality performance as a standing item on meeting agendas (79%) and reviewed data on medication errors and hospital-acquired infections at least quarterly (77%). Fewer boards benchmarked their service’s quality performance against external comparators (50%) or offered board members formal training on quality (53%). Eighty-two percent of board members identified quality as a top priority for board oversight, yet members generally considered their boards to be a relatively minor force in shaping the quality of care. There was a positive correlation between the size of health services (total budget, inpatient separations) and their board’s level of engagement in quality-related activities. Ninety percent of board members indicated that additional training in quality and safety would be ‘moderately useful’ or ‘very useful’. Almost every respondent believed the overall quality of care their service delivered was as good as, or better than, the typical Victorian health service. Conclusions Collectively, health service boards are engaged in an impressive range of clinical governance activities. However, the extent of engagement is uneven across boards, certain knowledge deficits are evident and there was wide agreement among board members that further training in quality-related issues would be useful. What is known about the topic? There is an emerging international consensus that effective board leadership is a vital element of high-quality healthcare. In Australia, new National Health Standards require all public health service boards to have a ‘system of governance that actively manages patient safety and quality risks’. What does this paper add? Our survey of all public health service Boards in Victoria found that, overall, boards are engaged in an impressive range of clinical governance activities. However, tensions are evident. First, whereas some boards are strongly engaged in clinical governance, others report relatively little activity. Second, despite 8 in 10 members rating quality as a top board priority, few members regarded boards as influential players in determining it. Third, although members regarded their boards as having strong expertise in quality, there were signs of knowledge limitations, including: near consensus that (additional) training would be useful; unfamiliarity with key national quality documents; and overly optimistic beliefs about quality performance. What are the implications for practitioners? There is scope to improve board expertise in clinical governance through tailored training programs. Better board reporting would help to address the concern of some board members that they are drowning in data yet thirsty for meaningful information. Finally, standardised frameworks for benchmarking internal quality data against external measures would help boards to assess the performance of their own health service and identify opportunities for improvement.

For optimum Peripheral Health Service and implementation of various Vertical Public Health Programme Services, network of public Rural and Urban Health Centers with trained Specialists in General Practice (GP) is essential. Later such Specialist GPs will thus fulfill both comprehensive training and experience required for Health Management and Planning Service in the centre.  About 40%-50% of all Residential Trainings and Specialists are required in GP. There are further up to 100 to 150 possible specialties in which remaining doctors can be trained for Specialty Health Services. Though free Residential Training has numerous advantages, its shortage inside country is the bottleneck to provide above mentioned Health Services. Planning for health service delivery by at least trainee residents under supervision or appropriately trained specialists guides Residential Training’s regulations. Fulfillment of objective training criteria as its core focus is the concept now with the major role of Faculty as supervising residents to provide required service in the specialty and simultaneously updating themselves and their team for Evidence-Based Medicine practice. Similarly the need of Ambulatory Health Service and joint management of in-patients by specialists in hospitals has changed unit and bed divisions and requirements for Residential Training. Residents, already the licensed doctors, are thus providing required hospital service as indispensable part of its functional hierarchy for which they need to be paid. With such changing concepts and trends, there are some essential points in existing situation to facilitate free Residential Training inside country. For Government doctors, relevant amendment in their regulation is accordingly required.
