The sample in this research is 67 students. The test of the instrument was analyzed by using validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique used in this study is the descriptive statistics, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The classical assumption test consists of, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis test use the determination test, F test, and t test. The results showed that, motivation partially has an insignificant positive influence on invest interest stock in the Islamic Capital Market. Knowledge partially had a significant positive influence on invest interest stock in the Islamic Capital Market. Meanwhile, simultaneously based on the results of the F statistical test, the independent variables of motivation and knowledge together have a significant and positive influence on the dependent variable invest interest stock. The predictive ability of these two variables on invest interest stocks is 46.0%, while the remaining 54.0% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Ijarah financing variables and Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO) on the profitability of ROA (Return on Assets) at Bank Syariah Mandiri. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using partial t test, F test simultaneously with a significance level of 5% and the coefficient of determination test. In addition, classical tests are also carried out which include the normality test, the heteroscedasticity test, the autocorrelation test and the multicollinearity test. The conclusions obtained are based on the results of the calculated hypothesis testing, showing the variable Ijarah and BOPO significantly negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA) in the period 2006-2015. Meanwhile, the results of the statistical F test, the independent variables Ijarah and BOPO together have a significant effect on the dependent variable ROA with a probability value of less than 0.05. The predictive ability of the two variables on ROA is 24.7%. While the remaining 75.3% was accepted by other factors outside the regression model. Kata kunci: Pembiayaan, Ijarah, Pendapatan, Profitabilitas

The objectives of this study was to examine the relationship between work motivation, organizational culture toward lecturers professional attitudes. The research was conducted at study program of Pakuan University. The applied research methods are survey method and data analysis technique using the correlation and simple linier regression as well as correlation and multiple linier regression statistical. This research can be classified into correlation research which consist of two independent variables namely work motivation, organizational culture and one dependent variable namely lecturers professional attitudes. This research involved samples of 166 permanent lecturers which were selected by proportional random sampling. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is conducted on 0.05 significance level. Results emerged that there is a positive relationship between all variables tested in the study. First, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -1.79 + 1,04X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.997. The contribution of the work motivation toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Second, there is a positive and significant between correlation the organizational culture with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -3,06 + 1,02 X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.997. The contribution of the organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Third, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with organizational culture combined with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -2,634 + 0,528X1 + 0,505X2 and correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,998. The contribution of the work motivation and organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,8%. Based on the results above it can be concluded that the lecturers professional attitudes can be improved through a high working motivation and the organizational culture

This research uses associative hypothesis research type. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study were 6 Property, Real Estate and Construction Sub Sector Services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period. Sampling with the type of nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and the partial hypothesis test (t test). The results of the research, the partial hypothesis test results (t test) can be seen the t-count of the variable working capital turnover (X) of -3,735 with a significant level of 0.001, meaning that the working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity and the significant value shows a significant effect. In conclusion, working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity because of uncertain income. The higher the liquidity value, the higher the value of current assets which will also be directly proportional to the sales results. Working capital turnover is not always directly proportional to liquidity. Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Liquidity.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games. This research is a mixed method. The population in this study were VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Sindangwangi Majalengka totaling 93 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling so that the study sample was obtained, namely students of class VIII.B, which amounted to 28 students. The research instruments used in this study were service tests and interviews about understanding service. The data analysis technique in this study is the normality test, and the hypothesis test is used to determine the effect of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games. Based on statistical calculations for service tests obtained by Z Hit (4.59)> Z daf (2.35), the Hi received means the influence of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games at a level of confidence (α) of 0.05. As for understanding service excellence, as you know, service excellence is the first attack to get points. This study concludes that there is an influence of the direct instruction model on service in badminton games. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of understanding of holy life according to 1 Thessalonians 4: 1-8 on the sexual behavior of GPdI youth/adolescents in the South East Sentani Region, to find out which dimensions affect the understanding of holy life according to 1 Thessalonians 4: 1-8 towards sexual behavior of youth/adolescents in GPdI Sentani Middle East Region, and to find out which background factors have the most influence on sexual behavior in youth/adolescents in GPdI Sentani Middle East Region. In this study the population was youth/adolescents in the Middle East Sentani Region GPdI totaling 123 people. This research will use a quantitative (positivist) approach. The research method used is a quantitative research design with a survey method, which is explanatory-confirmatory. The data collection methods and tools used in this study are questionnaire methods. Normality test shows the probability value 0.32> 0.05, then the data distribution proved normal. ANOVA test or F test, Fcount of 724.395 with sig. = 0.000 <0.05 means that the relationship between variables X with Y is positive. Simple linear regression test results through the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program, obtained a simple regression equation that is equal to = Y = -47,727 + 0.864X. This shows that there is a positive influence. Hypothesis test results, understanding of holy life according to 1 Thess. 4: 1-8 (X) has a positive effect on the sexual behavior of GPdI youth/adolescents in Sentani Middle East (Y). This is indicated by the value of t arithmetic (26,915)> t table (1,979) which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
