This research is based on the Effect of Leadership and Communication Style on Organizational Performance. Taking the Object of Research at the Study Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Jembrana Bali State Polytechnic (Pilot Academy of the Jembrana Country Community). The purpose of this study is to find out more about leadership style, communication and organizational performance Problem formulation: whether leadership style and communication affect organizational performance. The theoretical foundation in research uses the Management Document. Methodology: Papulation and sampling with 35 respondents, using a questionnaire list and tabulated then analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis of Leadership Style yield: t count of 9.185 and significance of 0.000. t count 9.185 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Communication produces t count of -1.922 and significance of 0.064. t count -1.922 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted with t count 7.263 t table 0.736, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between Leadership Style and Communication on Organizational Performance. The implications of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) obtained by 75.4% indicate that the Leadership and Communication Style of organizational performance 75.4% and as much as 24.6% Leadership Style and Communication are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, discipline, motivation and performance either partially or simultaneously in East Jakarta area.This study is using quantitative method. Total population in the human resource development as the study sample counted as many as 112 respondents. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling.The variables in this study areindependent variable, consist of leadership style, discipline, motivation and performance, and the dependent variable consist. Tests proved that motivation has a positive influence on the performance of teachers. Looking at the calculationsthat have been done the coefficient values obtained is 0.416 and t-count value is 5.984 with a significance level of 0.000 which less than 0.05, means that this hypothesis accepts Ha and reject Ho, Tests proved that the style of leadership have a positive impact on teacher performance. Judging from the calculations that have been done obtained coefficient value of 0.421 and t-count value of6.446 with a significance value of 0.000, smaller than 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected., The tests proved that the discipline of work has a positive influence on the performance of teachers. Judging from the calculations that has been done obtained coefficient value of 0.151 and the t-count value of 2.055 with a significance level of 0,042 which smaller than 0.05, means that the hypothesis in this research reject Ho and accept Ha. The results showed that the leadership style, discipline, and motivation partially have significant effect on performance ofaudit quality in East Jakarta area.Leadership style, discipline, motivationsimultaneously have significant effect on performance with coefficient of determination 81.6%. The Influence of Location and Facilities Against Satisfaction of Container Unloading Service User at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.This study aims to determine how much influence the location and facilities to the satisfaction of service users. Locations have indicators: access, visibility, traffic and facilities have indicators: organizational characteristics and objectives, land availability and space and space requirements, flexibility, aesthetic factors, communities and the environment, construction and operation costs while service user satisfaction has indicators: customer satisfaction , dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend, customer dissatisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using the technique of processing descriptive data, data collecting technique with interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Sampling technique used incidental sampling. The measurement using likert scale and processed using SPSS version 23 program to calculate the validity and reliability test, calculate hypothesis test that is t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Itcan be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Survey methods are used to determine the effect of pricing policy implementation (X1), quality of service (X2), and customer loyalty (Y) on PT. Garuda Indonesia, for Jakarta-Surabaya route in 2014. With a population of 773 154 passengers and a sample of 400 respondents, the data is obtained through questionnaires using Likert scale. With a simple and multiple linear regression analyses, simple and partial correlation, with significance level at α = 0.05, it was found that, first, there is a positive relationship between pricing policy and customer loyalty. The variation that occurs in customer loyalty is determined by pricing policy. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The variation that occurs in customer loyalty is determined by service quality. Third, there is a positive influence of pricing policy and service quality on customer loyalty with the coefficient of determination ry1.22 = 0.354, so 35.4% variation happening to customer loyalty is determined simultaneously by pricing policy and service quality. The implication proves that customer loyalty can be enhanced by improving the pricing policy and service quality.

This research aims to test how big the influence Of Self-efficacy, Locus Of Control towards employee satisfaction of employees with organizational culture as variables Of moderate inSouth Coastal district Hajj. Samples of this study as much as 81 and using the method of analysis of double linear reigration, Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination using SPSS 2.1The results of research obtained based on partial test (Test T) obtained: There is a significant  positive influence between Self-efficacy (X1) to employee satisfaction. There is a positive but insignificant influence of the Locus Of Control (X2) against employee satisfaction. Together there is a positive and significant influence between Self-efficacy, Locus Of Control against employee satisfaction with the organization culture as a variable of moderate in the water Puskesmas Air Haji Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit. Benefits of Research: Provide information material to the management of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale and For other researchers it can be used as a reference in conducting studies or research with the same subject matter as well as input for interested parties directly with this research. The number of samples was 96 respondents, the method of collecting data was through questionnaires and documentation, the variables studied were about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the Cooperative Unit of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi partially and simultaneously on work morale and data analysis methods with multiple regression. The results showed the linear regression equation: Linear regression equation: SK = 0.558 + 0.797Kom + 0.448LK., indicating the regression coefficient of the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK), which was positive, meaning that all variables had a positive influence on work morale. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.886, which means that the relationship between the compensation variable (Kom) and the work environment (LK) on work morale is very strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785 means that the variable compensation (Kom) and work environment (LK) is able to explain 78.5% of work morale, while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The calculated t value of the compensation variable = 6.871 and the work environment = 3.273 > t table which shows a significance number of 0.000 < 0.05, then the two variables have a partially significant effect on work morale. The calculated F value = 83.058 > F table with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK) have a significant effect simultaneously on work morale. Based on the conclusion above, it is better if the Cooperative of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi needs to increase the compensation provided and the work environment to encourage employee morale so as to create job satisfaction. , Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785, it means that compensation and work environment variables are able to explain 78.5% of work spirit while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. Other factors that affect morale should be investigated from the internal and external environment.

<p><em>Purpose of this study to analyze the effects of leadership style, organizational culture on motivation and performance of senior high school techers in Wonogiri.  Job performance is very necessary for any profession. Job performance of teacher increasingly organizational performance so that purpose of company or organization can be reachable. Many factors which can increase job/activity such as leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation.How far leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance is tested in this research, by insert motivation as intervening variables.</em></p><p><em>Test utilized to analyze leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance that is path analysis,R<sup>2</sup>test, as well as statistic T test, and direct and inderct effect. Research data obtained from questionary answer propagated to the teacher of senior high school in Wonogiri. Result of research analysis express that leadership style and organizational culture has positive influence and significant to teachers job performance. And Motivation proof to be intervening variabel in relationship beetwen leadership style and organizational culture to teachers job performance.</em></p>

This study aims to: 1). To determine the effect of motivation that carried on Improved employee performance protocol Section Yogyakarta City Government. 2). To determine the effect of employee performance on the part of Yogyakarta City Government Protocol. 3). To determine the effect of leadership style on the part of the Government of Yogyakarta City Protocol. The population in this study is an employee at the Yogyakarta city government protocol of 40 people. Samples taken are all employees of the protocol section using sampling techniques, namely Saturated samples representing the entire amount of the population. Based on the results obtained by the regression equation is: Y = 0.244X1 + 0.671X2. Based on the analysis of statistical data, indicators in this study are valid and variables are reliable. In the classic assumption test, regression models multikolonieritas free, there is no heteroscedasticity, and the normal distribution. Through the results of the calculations have been done obtained t value of 2.072 with a significance level of 0.045 is the result of less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study receive and reject Ho Ha. In this test proved statistically that work motivation has positive influence on employee performance. Through the results of the calculations have been done obtained t value of 5.694 with a significance level of 0.000 is the result of less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study receive and reject Ho Ha. In this test is statistically proven that leadership has positive inflence on employee performance. The most powerful influence on employee performance on the protocol of Yogyakarta city government leadership is a variable that is equal to 0,671. The results of this study are: 1). Motivation has positive influence on employee performance. 2). Leadership style has positive influence on employee performance. 3). Motivation and leadership styles affect the performance of employees in the city of Yogyakarta government protocol. Key words: motivation, leadership style and performance.
