This study aimed to determine the effect of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games. This research is a mixed method. The population in this study were VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Sindangwangi Majalengka totaling 93 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling so that the study sample was obtained, namely students of class VIII.B, which amounted to 28 students. The research instruments used in this study were service tests and interviews about understanding service. The data analysis technique in this study is the normality test, and the hypothesis test is used to determine the effect of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games. Based on statistical calculations for service tests obtained by Z Hit (4.59)> Z daf (2.35), the Hi received means the influence of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games at a level of confidence (α) of 0.05. As for understanding service excellence, as you know, service excellence is the first attack to get points. This study concludes that there is an influence of the direct instruction model on service in badminton games. The finding is that the direct instruction model still has that is all teacher-centered instruction.

This research aimed to know the effect of direct instruction model with  contextual approach toward students concept comprehension in class XI SMA PGRI Sape. The method of this research was quasy-experimental with research design was pretest-posttest control group design. Population of this research is taken from all students in grade XI IPA. The research sample used was a class XI IPA 3 as an experimental class and class XI IPA 1 as the control class. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. The technique of data colletion used instrument test in the form of essays. Analysis of data using homogenity, normality test, hypothesis testing. Hypothesis test (t-test) students concept comprehension obtained t = 9.67 ≥ table = 2.002. This research is motivated by the students' skills in one of the basic techniques in a straight kick which is not good, especially when implementing a straight kick. This study applies the use of pyramid media which aims to determine the effect of the pyramid media on the ability of the basic technique of a straight kick on martial arts martial arts class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang. This research uses a quantitative approach with pre-experimental methods. The design used is one group pretest-posttest design. The population of the study was 262 students of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang with 262 students while the sampling technique was cluster random sampling, the sample in this study was 33 students. The data analysis technique of this study used a normality test with a pretest value of 0.234 and a posttest value of 0.126 while a Dtable value of 0.2077. Of the two groups of data has a value ≤ Dtable so that both groups of data are said to be normally distributed while the homogeneity test is obtained Fcount 1.27 <Ftable1.80 then the data has a homogeneous variant and the T test for the hypothesis test there is an increase of 42%, then seen from the results of tcount 18,173> table 2.0423 with a significance level of 0.05% which means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then it can be stated that there is an influence of the pyramid media on the ability of the basic technique of a straight kick on martial arts martial arts class VII graders of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keterampilan siswa pada salah satu teknik dasar dalam tendangan lurus yang kurang baik terutama pada saat pelaksanaan tendangan lurus. Penelitian ini menerapkan penggunaan media piramida yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media piramida terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar tendangan lurus pada materi bela diri pencak silat siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental. Desain yang di gunakan yatiu one group pretest-postest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang sebanyak 262 siswa sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik kluster random sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 siswa. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dengan nilai pretest Dhitung 0,234 dan posttest Dhitung 0,126 sedangkan nilai Dtabel 0,2077 . Dari kedua kelompok data memiliki nilai ≤ Dtabel sehingga kedua kelompok data tersebut dikatakan berdistribusi normal sedangkan uji homogenitas diperoleh nilai Fhitung 1.27<Ftabel1.80 maka data memiliki varian yang homogen dan uji T untuk uji hipotesis terdapat peningkatan sebesar 42%, kemudian dilihat dari hasil thitung 18,173 > ttabel 2.0423 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 % yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media piramida terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar tendangan lurus pada materi bela diri pencak silat siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang.

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors and work motivation on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative Karo District employees. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing, socioeconomic factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative employees in Karo District. T test results show that the socio-economic variable variable 2,819> t table 1,668 and with a significant level of 0.009 t table 1,668.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh komunikasi persuasif personal sales terhadap perubahan sikap konsumen dalam proses keputusan pembelian Al-Quran Miracle the Reference E-Pen. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini model Instrumental Theory of Persuasion yang memperhitungkan faktor-faktor komunikator dan pesan, intervening process, dan perubahan sikap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan responden sejumlah 86 orang, lalu kemudian dilakukan proportionate random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur-unsur dalam komunikasi persuasif yakni komunikator dan pesan terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan sikap konsumen yang terdiri dari perubahan kognisi, afeksi, dan konasi dalam proses keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh pesan terbukti memimiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap perubahan sikap tersebut dibandingkan komunikator. Faktor-faktor intervening yakni perhatian, pemahaman, dan penerimaan turut memberi andil dalam memberi pengaruh tersebut. AbstractThis research is focusing on how the effect of personal salespersons' persuasive communication on consumers' behaviour change in the decision process of buying Al-Quran Miracle the Reference E-Pen. The theory used in this research is the Instrumental Theory of Persuasion model that reckons the communicator and message factors, intervening process, and behavior change. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. Sampling technique uses 86 respondents, succeeded by proportionate random sampling. The data analysis technique used is path analysis following the validity test and reability test. The output of the research shows that elements in persuasive communication namely communicator and message are proven to have significant effect on the consumers‟ behavior, which consists the cognition, affection, and conation change in the decision process of buying. The message effect is proven to be greater than the communicator effect. The intervening factors namely attention, comprehension, and acceptance also contribute in giving the effect.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover on liquidity (Current Ratio) in the Property, Real Estate and Construction Sub Sector Services company. This research uses associative hypothesis research type. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study were 6 Property, Real Estate and Construction Sub Sector Services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period. Sampling with the type of nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and the partial hypothesis test (t test). The results of the research, the partial hypothesis test results (t test) can be seen the t-count of the variable working capital turnover (X) of -3,735 with a significant level of 0.001, meaning that the working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity and the significant value shows a significant effect. In conclusion, working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity because of uncertain income. The higher the liquidity value, the higher the value of current assets which will also be directly proportional to the sales results. Working capital turnover is not always directly proportional to liquidity. Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Liquidity.

This study's research background aims to determine how much influence discipline, selection, and organizational culture have on employee performance. The object of research was carried out on employees who work at PT United Rope. The population used in this study was 136 employees with a sample of 101 PT United Rope employees who were obtained using a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Samples were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The independent variables in this study are discipline, selection, organizational culture. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The data analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, data analysis with multiple linear regression, simultaneous test, and partial test. Based on the research results, discipline, selection, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study, variable field, selection, and corporate culture will improve employee performance. Employee performance will increase if employees can be disciplined in carrying out their work. The company can select employees well in occupying a position, and employees who can apply organizational culture properly will have increased performance.
