Di Indonesia, jumlah beauty vlogger terus mengalami peningkatan yang pesat semenjak 2015. Bahkan, sebagian besar dari mereka menjadikan kegiatan beauty vlogging sebagai pekerjaan tetap. Kemunculan dan perkembangan profesi ini juga menjadi sebuah bukti dari perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna yang terbentuk dalam diri para pegiat beauty vlogger yang diarahkan melalui teori fenomenologi Schutz. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi kepustakaan. Sementara teknik validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beauty vlogger memaknai profesi mereka menjadi tiga makna, yaitu upaya aktualisasi diri, sebagai mata pencaharian, dan sebagai panutan.Kata Kunci: Makna, profesi, beauty vlogger, pengalaman komunikasi In Indonesia, the number of beauty vloggers continues to increase rapidly since 2015. In fact, most of them make beauty vlogging activities as a permanent job. The emergence and development of this profession is also a proof of the development of information and communication technology. This study aims to determine the meaning that formed in the beauty vlogger through Schutz's phenomenological approach. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenology as the type of study. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and literature studies. While the data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of this study showed that the beauty vlogger interpreted their profession into three meanings: self-actualization efforts, livelihood, and role models.Keywords: Meaning, profession, beauty vlogger,communication experiences

The learning process is inseperable from the application of information and communication technology in order to maintain the quality of learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of information and communication technology-based learning in the Fine Arts Expertise Program at Vocational Senior High School (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan/SMK Negeri 5 Yogyakarta. This research use qualitative approach with case study. Data collection is taken through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively using the interactive analysis techniques of the Miles and Huberman models with the steps of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclution / verification. The data validity technique is triangulation technique. The results figured out that the Fine Arts Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 5 Yogyakarta had implemented Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based learning using multimedia presentations, computer equipment, laptops and LCD projectors, and learning resources from the internet.

The number of virtual teams has increased in recent years due to globalization of business, advanced information and communication technology and increased need for innovation and competitiveness. In this article, two different virtual team arrangements that are successful in meeting their current competitive needs are reported. Data collected using in-depth interviews were analyzed and several key patterns that support strategic sourcing and strategic supporting emerged. Accordingly, the organization with “virtual teams in an organization (VTO)”structure indicated support for strategic supporting whereas the organization with “Organization as Virtual Teams (OVT)” structure indicated patterns that support strategic sourcing. The authors envisage that there is an opportunity for HRM to leverage on strategic opportunities when overlap of VTO and OVT structures is considered.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengefektifkan pemanfaatan media berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada mata pelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif. Berdasarkan indikator pengukuran efektivitas Media Pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menurut Smaldino bahwa dari kesemua indikator hanya 50 % yang efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan temuan peneliti dilapangan membuktikan bahwa indikator pengukuran efektivitas Media berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) seperti ; keterlibatan siswa, ketepatan dalam pemilihan media, mampu membantu siswa memahami hal-hal yang bersifat abstrak, ketersediaan media, dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berarti belum efektif. Adapun kendala dalam mengefektifkan Media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya yaitu kendala yang berasal dari luar dikarenakan kurangnya ketersediaan media sehingga pemakaiannya terbatas serta listrik yang tiba-tiba mati. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based learning media in increasing student understanding of Islamic education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya and the obstacles faced by teachers in making effective use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based media in the eyes. PAI lessons. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing students' understanding of Islamic Education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya has not been fully effective. Based on indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Learning Media (ICT), according to Smaldino, of all indicators only 50% are effective. This is evidenced by the findings of researchers in the field proving that indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Media such as; student involvement, accuracy in selecting media, being able to help students understand abstract matters, the availability of media, can provide a meaningful learning experience that has not been effective. The constraints in making ICT-based learning media effective in improving students' understanding of the PAI eyes at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya are constraints that come from outside due to the lack of availability of media so that their use is limited and the electricity suddenly goes out. The aim of the research is to explain ; first, the basic argument for household muslims to domesticate information and communication technology. Second, the process of domestication of information technology. The third implication of the domestication of technology and information. This study used descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The goal is to understand the meaning behind the action naturally. The results of this study are: First, Domestication of the information and communication technology rests on reasoning awareness, that leads to understanding the meaning and function of information and communication technology for them (Purposeful actions). Second.The existence of kampoeng cyber as instrument of the process of domestication of information and communication technology.  Was apparently able to bring parents and children together in cultural negotiation space. The result is a process of aproriation, objectification, incorporation and conversion which accelerate the domestication of information and communication technology. Third, Moslem family awareness of the positive and negative impact that the process of domestication of information and communication technology influences their religious and social interactions. Therefore, the Cyber Kampoeng developed is used a medium of the construction awareness and values inheritance in the next generation.

Authentic leadership and school culture are essential factors influenced the acceptability of information and communication technology (ICT) for school management. This study aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership on the acceptance of ICT for school management. This study was conducted using a casual survey with proportional random sampling technique. A total 191 respondents were agreed to join in this study. Data were analyzed using path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study showed that authentic leadership has a positive and significant impact on ICT acceptance. In conclusion, authentic leadership influenced directly and indirectly perceptions of ICT use, easy use, attitude to use, and actual ICT.

<p>Tasmania, one of the first locations to have communities connected to the national broadband network (NBN), provided the context within which to ask significant questions about the implications of the NBN for all levels and sectors of education. This paper reports findings from a research project that developed innovative methodology to explore the issues with 21 respondents categorised as "leaders" in the field of information and communication technology in education. The aim of the research was to conduct an audit of actual and planned implementation of new technologies in classroom teaching through in-depth interviews, to assess challenges faced in implementation and to facilitate dialogue between leaders in disparate education areas through provision of forums online and face-to-face. In this way the action research both contributed to an understanding of issues and acted as a change agent in stimulating the sharing of new approaches to what turned out to be a set of highly complex "wicked" problems. Resulting models using a causal layered approach demonstrate that whereas the NBN did not become the immediate solution to connectivity for these leaders, it provided the motivation to consider what a connected educational environment could be like.</p>

Technology has invaded our lives and the lives of our children. In every single aspect of their lives, social, educational, and vocational, technology has a role. Change, nowadays, for the 21st century school leaders means tech-implementation into K-12 settings. This is where tech leadership emerges; if school leaders are not competent in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field, then they cannot expect teachers to welcome this kind of change. The purpose of our study was to find out the perceptions of K-12 school leaders about the problems they faced during the introduction or facilitation of technology, and solutions they proposed, and then provided them with implications to bridge the gap between the problems and solutions. We followed a qualitative approach to collecting and analyzing the data in our research. Thirty school leaders agreed to be part of the study, all randomly selected schools were K-12 schools. Findings indicated that Lebanese school leaders still have a long way to go to properly incorporate technology into their schools.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on buses and at major bus terminal in large cities in Indonesia is needed for sustainable transportation. Based on the existing condition of buses and major bus terminals, ICT implementation cannot be completed at one go, but needs to be done in different stages. The aims of this study are identification of existing ICT implementation, to determine the necessity and priority of ICT implementation based on passengers’ needs and to provide stages of ICT implementation on buses and at major bus terminals in Indonesia for the purpose of sustainable transportation. Case studies are carried on Trans-Sarbagita buses and at Mengwi major bus terminal in Denpasar, Bali and on Surabaya-Yogyakarta buses and at Purabaya major bus terminal in Surabaya, Indonesia. Five hundred and sixty-six passengers and the terminal authority are involved in this study. Data collecting method is questionnaire and interview. Important performance analysis is used in analysis. Results indicated that the stages are: 1) maintenance of existing ICT daily operations, i.e. CCTV and online-ticketing, 2) dissemination of existing and future ICT facilities to the society, 3) effort to implement ICT needed by passengers, 4) effort to implement ICT based on passengers’ priority, and 5) implementation of other advanced ICT in the future with financial support and the firm effort of local government, national government and industry, consistently and continuously.

This article aims to describe the innovation of Bantaeng Local Government in the Disaster Preparedness Brigade program (BSB) and investigating the existence of local wisdom values on the program. The informants in this research included the Head of Innovation and Development Subdivision of the Regional Development Planning Board, the Head of Culture Division of the Education and Culture Office, Doctors assigned by the Health Office to the program, Traditional leaders and people who have benefited from the program. The data analysis includes data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The techniques of data collection used were in-depth interviews, direct observation, literature review and documentation. The results of this research indicate: (1) that integrated services of the BSB innovation program in Bantaeng Regency equalize health services between those who live in urban areas and in remote villages, (2) Decentralization  (3) Cooperation involving three government agencies and foreign parties, (4) Involvement of community members, and (5) Use of information and communication technology. Furthermore, the local values existing on the local government innovation in the BSB program in Bantaeng Regency include (1) Honesty, (2) Obedience, (3) Intellectual Value and (4) Tenacity.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang inovasi pemerintah daerah dalam program Brigade Siaga Bencana (BSB) serta mengetahui eksistensi nilai lokal pada inovasi pemerintah dalam program BSB tersebut. Informan dalam artikel ini ialah Kasubag Inovasi dan Pengembangan Bappeda, Kabag Kebudayaan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, dokter yang ditugaskan oleh Dinas Kesehatan pada program BSB, Pemangku adat, serta masyarakat yang pernah merasakan manfaat dari program BSB tersebut. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan: (1) Bahwa layanan terintegrasi program inovasi Brigade Siaga Bencana di Kabupaten Bantaeng menyetarakan pelayanan kesehatan antara yang tinggal di perkotaan dan di pelosok Desa, (2) Desentralisasi (3) Pemanfaatan kerjasama yang melibatkan tiga instansi pemerintah serta pihak asing, (4) Pelibatan anggota masyarakat, dan (5) Pemanfaatan Teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Kemudian, eksistensi nilai-nilai lokal pada inovasi pemerintah daerah dalam program inovasi Brigade Siaga Bencana di Kabupaten Bantaeng terlaksana berdasarkan nilai yang ditemukan, yaitu: (1) Nilai Kejujuran, (2) Nilai Kepatutan, (3) Nilai Cendekia dan (4) Nilai Keteguhan.

During the current pandemic, the development of information and communication technology is very much needed in online learning. The problem in this study is how to describe the level of problem-solving abilities carried out by students in solving math problems on number material during online learning. This study aims to identify the difficulties of seventh grade students of SMP Nurul Chotib Wringinagung in learning mathematics on numbers. The type and approach in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study were tests, interviews and questionnaires, while data processing used the percentage formula P = × 100%. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the difficulty of grade VII students of SMP Nurul Chotib Wringinagung in number material was the lack of understanding of students in solving problem solving problems, often incorrectly using formulas in solving problems, as well as difficulty distinguishing between planning and implementing plans.   Keywords: difficulties problem solvig, numbers, online learning
