Efforts to improve the quality of education always require sustained conditions of high discipline in addition to requiring energy, costs and time to achieve the expected goals. Education lasts a lifetime, therefore education is a shared responsibility between the government, family and society. Of the three educational environments it is an integral part of achieving these objectives ranging from kindergartens to tertiary education both private and public. according to the term Indonesian is "People whose jobs (livelihood, profession) teach". While the words of supervision when viewed from etymology are from English, namely Supervition. The teaching and learning process is a process that contains a series of actions by teachers and students on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in educational situations to achieve certain goals. To achieve the goals in the teaching and learning process, the smooth running of the teaching and learning process must be fulfilled.

Efforts are being made in many educational settings to find out the most effective ways of assuring quality of the teaching and learning process. In the framework of continuous reformation of the education system in Albania, many initiatives have been taken aiming at improving the quality of the teaching and learning process WHERE?? IN THE AREA OF???? . Several ambitious projects have been piloted. One of them is related to setting the teaching and learning process in a pragmatic global context. This project was piloted in some areas of Albania. It aimed at applying some new principles of teaching and learning by simultaneously setting teaching and learning in four dimensions: that of time (present, past, future), space, problems (environment, human rights, etc.) and internal. Teaching was based on the use of interactive, all inclusive techniques and strategies. As a result, the interactive profile of the teacher is strengthened and the quality of students’ learning has improved as well. This project is supported by the Institute of Global Education in Canada This article brings a picture of the impacts of this initiative, which are related with the best student outcomes, change of values and attitudes about life, new approaches for the world and the active participation in important social roles. This pilot work has led to a new objective, namely the one of establishment of a new teacher profile in the global area and of the new roles it should take in the course of both teaching and learning. Data and thoughts of teachers and students related to such findings are described in the current article. Key words: dimensions, Global Education, new pilot, principles, quality.

This study aimed at investigating how far teachers and students really understand the existence of character education in the curriculum, especially through the teaching and learning process in the classroom by using English textbooks as a medium. There were six teachers and six students who participated in this research. A semi-structured interview with a one-on-one interview was conducted in order to see the perspective of teachers and students about character education in their textbooks.  The study revealed that both teachers’ and students’ agreed that character education is essential in creating good individuals with noble characters to tackle moral degradation. Their understanding of character education in the textbooks they were using now was satisfactory. It can be seen through both teachers and students were aware of dealing with character values in the textbooks that embedded in the teaching and learning materials which can be presented both in form of implicit and explicit but they did not know about 18 character values proposed by the government yet.

Building the quality of education continues to be done, both by the government and the school as education providers. In an effort to meet the needs and demands of society on the quality of education and simultaneously as a response to the changes of life very quickly in the era of globalization. For that reason researchers need research on improving the quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in the integrated quality management in the District Kepengawasan Cluster 05 District Magersari Mojokerto City. This research uses action research for three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting each of which consists of four stages: design, activity and observation of reflection and revision. The target of this research is Master of Kepengawasan District School Cluster 05 Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City 15 people. The data obtained in the form of the results of supervision assessment of teaching and learning process. The success of the learning process in cycle III shows that the cycle can be stopped because it has met the target of> 70%. This is evident from the average increase in teacher performance per cycle. The conclusions of this research are: The quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in integrated quality management in Kepengawasan Area School Cluster 05 Magersari Sub-district Mojokerto City has increased, it can be seen from the average of teacher performance improvement from 65,87 percent in cycle I, to 76.67 in Cycle II and increased to 82.86 percent in Cycle III.

E-learning as one of the benefits of the internet is very supportive for teaching and learning process. Therefore, the mastery ability of e-learning teacher become the key word in e-learning activity in education. The use of computers for the e-learning process using moodle and geogebra in learning mathematics plays an important role as a medium to create effective and efficient learning for teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Godean, SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Godean, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Minggir, SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Minggir, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Mlati. The existence of e-learning will facilitate teachers and students in receiving mathematics lessons and also enhance the quality of teaching and learning. The accompaniment of the implementation of IbM training using e-learning using moodle combined with geogebra was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Godean and resulted in e-learning learning media. The mentoring also resulted in an understanding with the principal that the training could be continued for other subjects.

AbstrakSeiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, proses belajar mengajar tidak hanya mengandalkan tatap muka secara langsung yang diselenggarakan didalam kelas, namun juga mengandalkan media lain, seperti media ICT yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bentuk penyebaran materi pembelajaran. E-Learning sangat potensial untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu media interakti yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran karena siswa dapat mengakses materi pembelajaran selain itu juga kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan pengajar akan terbuka lebih luas. The rules for studying from home have been implemented since the outbreak of the Corona Virus. This impacts the education sector in Indonesia, which makes the government make regulations to learn from home—in addition, making the teaching and learning process held in the context of distance learning. This study aims to analyze the learning process that applies MALL during the distance learning process and the challenges during education. The instruments used to obtain the data were self-rated questionnaires, observation checklists, and interview guidelines. This instrument was developed from the Prospective Teacher Ability Assessment Tool (APKCG) and the RASE learning design framework. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. This study indicates that English teachers have implemented MALL during the distance learning process by using several online platforms as classrooms in their activities. Several challenges arise from teachers and students in this learning process, including the lack of teacher ability in utilizing technology, unsupported student devices, and unstable student connections.

Evaluation is the result of the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers and students. Assessment serves to measure students' understanding of the material given by the teacher. Evaluation or procurement activities also play an important role in improving the quality of learning. As for the accuracy of the use of the Indonesian language rules in the class and UAS test exam questions made by Indonesian Language teachers in SMP 27 for the last two years, namely in the total of 195 questions consisting of multiple-choice descriptions, it was found that 86 questions (44%) were not effective and 99 questions (51%) are effective. The most common mistake is the alignment and unity of ideas and economics. The accuracy of the use of the operational word in this study is quite good, because only 5 questions (3%) are incorrect and 190 other questions (97%) are stated correctly.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of life including education, hence, the government issued a study from home policy. The Ministry of Education and Culture issued a Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of the Education Policy for the Emergency Period of the Spread of Covid-19 conveyed that the learning process takes place remotely or learn from home. This policy was issued as an effort to reduce the spread of the virus. This is a challenge and opportunity for the world of education nowadays. Distance learning is carried out online by utilizing technology, information, and communication. The implementation of distance history learning by utilizing technology is very helpful for school on teaching and learning process, but in its progress encountered various obstacles. Facilities and infrastructure that are not adequate, the lack of readiness of teachers and students, as well as the unstable condition of the internet network is a challenge that is often encountered. Therefore, this article seeks to provide an overview of the implementation of distance learning far done during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted using a descriptive approach qualitative. The object of research was carried out on the history learning process carried out at SMA Negeri 15 Pandeglang which is located at Jalan Raya Carita KM. 05 Labuan, Banjarmasin, Carita, Pandeglang, Banten. Data obtained through primary and secondary sources and researchers as the main instrument. Technique Data collection was done by interview, observation, and document analysis. Researchers use techniques triangulation of sources and methods and analyzed with an interactive model as a data analysis technique. AbstractThe temporary closure of all educational institutions as an effort to prevent the spread of an outbreak of Covid-19 worldwide has an impact on millions of students, including in Indonesia. Disturbances in the teaching and learning process directly between teacher and students as well as the termination of the assessment of learning have an impact on the psychological of students, causing a decrease in the quality of skills. This burden is the responsibility of all elements of education, in particular the government, in facilitating the continuity of schools for all stakeholders in education to conduct distance education.
