The article highlights issues related to the transition of Chinese organizations to digital technologies during the crisis period of the pandemic. The article deals with the development of digital platforms in education, medicine and business.The research examines the development of online platforms conducted by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Tencent and Alibaba. Special attention is paid to the development of the protection of the population from viral infections on a corporate basis.In addition, questions on the latest developments of virtual technologies in the higher education system in China are considered. Special difficulties of functioning in the period of a pandemic in the organizations of tourist and logistics directions are designated.

The Impact

Computer systems and technologies are changing our society significantly. These changes are interconnected with both social and production spheres. Innovative digital technologies have a huge impact on the labor market and professional activity, contributing to their transfer to the electronic environment. Using digital technologies, modern people set new goals and solve problems with an increasing speed of problem solving, capitalizing on the possibilities of collaborative distributed actions within networks. In this regard, new competencies of specialists are in demand. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the education system and the development of skills and thinking for learning. Methods: When conducting scientific research, economic and statistical methods were used. These methods were also used in comparative analysis, as well as in assessing data and indicators of the higher education system, taking into account the impact of the fourth industrial revolution. The analytical method was used to consider the characteristics and factors influencing the development of skills and thinking for learning in modern conditions. The abstract-logical method is used to identify problems affecting the development of the labor market under the influence of digital technologies. Results and their value: The result of the study is that conclusions are drawn about the upcoming changes. Automation and digitalization are likely to lead to significant unemployment in most countries, so adaptation innovation policies are needed to help offset unemployment due to digitalization. Governments need to invest heavily in higher education as an economic development tool for their citizens. Lifelong learning should be identified as a critical element of success in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Curricula should develop digital skills and address workforce disruptions due to automation.

On the way to higher education In recent years, under the leadership of the President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, great changes have taken place in the higher education system, as well as in all areas. Consequently, the confidence of our people in this field is strengthening, and the desire of youngsters for higher education is growing from year to year. The Presidential Decree "On approval of the Concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" states important tasks such as ‘’raising the content of higher education to a qualitatively new level, the establishment of a system of training highly qualified personnel who can make a worthy contribution to the sustainable development of the social sphere and the economy, find their place in the labor market’’.

This article provides an overview of the risks that arise in the process of digitalization of higher education. Despite all the achievements and positive aspects of the process of digitalization of society as a whole and, in particular, in higher education, a large number of different risks arise. These include the emergence of psychological problems, pedagogical-the possible loss of pedagogical ideas that do not obey the processes of digitalization, methodological – when changing various platforms and teaching methods, technical and technological – there are problems of copyright protection and information security, difficulties in mastering technology, especially for older teachers, which can lead to discrimination against teachers and other undesirable changes in the economy and society, including in the higher education system. The article shows the possibilities of digital technologies, their impact on the emergence of risks in the economy and disappointing changes in the education system.

The modern educational system has a peculiarity: acting as a user, it simultaneously stimulates the development of information and digital technologies. This characteristic is especially come out in the higher education system. At the same time, despite the objective and subjective attractiveness of modern information and digital technologies, it is necessary to realize that their adaptation is, although effective, but still an auxiliary tool in the organization and implementation of the educational process. The introduction of information technologies into the educational process makes it possible to significantly enrich the process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, to facilitate understanding of complex topics, to level the repetitive monotony in the classroom, to increase the motivation of educational activities, to intensify the activities of students in the classroom, to form a conscious attitude to the educational process, etc. At the same time, the use of information and digital technologies should be justified, logically expedient, designed to complement (and not replace) the teacher's activities in the classroom.

The current socio-political situation in India has gradually shifted the meaning of leader, power and identity in the Indian higher education system. Normalizing the diverse voices, oppression, concretizing the social categories and policing of education created a crisis of ethics. The majoritarian and populist leadership took the shape of an authentic leader, representing the identities of the groups who prejudice towards the minorities. The higher education systems such as universities have become a seat of monitoring and limiting dissenting voices and a neoliberal wave has taken over the whole system in the name of morality, nationalism and religious dominance. This article presents a critical analysis of leadership in the university settings and the way leadership processes are considered to be authentic and ethical in a cultural context.

Se pretende realizar un análisis endógeno –considerando al Sistema de Educación Superior en Argentina– y exógeno –del valor social de la Educación Superior– de dicho tránsito, y para ello se procede con un análisis del valor social que la Educación Universitaria ha tenido. De esta forma, se aborda de manera científica el estado actual del Sistema de Educación Superior en Argentina, atendiendo diferentes miradas: el contexto en que se enmarca la universidad argentina, la reforma educativa, los jóvenes universitarios y su papel como “consumidores” del abanico de oportunidades de la oferta educativa.AbstractThe described text explores how the transition of the Argentinean university has developed from the traditional perspective inherited from the Napoleonic period to the present university, immersed in a globalized society like that of present-day Argentina and the rest of Latin America. The purpose of this paper is to study the main directions of improving higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan and to develop optimal solutions that contribute to the achievement of high results in this area of the economy. In the modern period, under the influence of the processes of globalization and universal digitalization, serious qualitative changes are taking place in the world economic system, which are reflected in the development of all sectors and spheres of the economy, including the education system. Materials and methods. In this paper, methodological conclusions and fundamental provisions for the development of the higher education system are used. The information base of the research is made up of materials from official statistical sources, data from periodicals. When writing the paper, methods of analysis, synthesis, special methods of working with computer networks and computer databases were used. Results. This paper highlights the basic directions of the development of the higher education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of the global digitalization of the economy. The paper shows that in the modern period in the Republic of Uzbekistan the training of highly qualified personnel is the primary task in the development of the country. The author notes that the development of higher education is implemented on the basis of a whole set of government documents and is aimed at optimizing the higher education system in order to achieve high indicators in the world educational ranking. In addition, the paper shows that a large role in the development of higher education is played by the demands of the economic and social sphere, science, the technological complex, the labor market, as well as the predicted needs of their further development. The author also states that taking into account all interrelated factors in the development of economic, social and technological processes will make it possible to form an optimal system of higher education in a single socio-economic complex of the country. In this paper the author suggests that digital technologies are individualizing the educational process, diversify, and develop students’ independence. Thus, the quality of education improves, and it is not only the full and high-quality fulfillment of the requirements of the curriculum: classes begin to meet the personal interests and needs of students and graduate students. As one of the conclusions of this study, the author noted that the main task of modern higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan is to ensure the quality of education on the basis of maintaining its fundamentality and compliance with the current and future needs of the individual, society and the state, the effective use of the advanced pedagogical and digital technologies. Conclusion. This paper presents the results of studying the development of the higher education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, studied the best practices in this area and outlined the main directions for further improving this sector of the national economy.
