The leadership pattern of the head a madrasah is very influential in improving the quality of education in an educational institution. This research was conducted at the ma muhammadiyah lamongan 10 palirangan solokuro formulation with the following problems: (1) what is the pattern of leadership of the madrasa heads in improving the quality of education at ma muhammadiyah 10 palirangan solokuro lamongan? ; (2) what is the achievement of quality education at ma muhammadiyah 10 palirangan solokuro lamongan? ; (3) what are the supporting factors and obstacles to the pattern of leadership of the madrasa leaders in improving the quality of education at ma muhammadiyah lamongan 10 palirangan solokuro ?. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research and collection of data through observation techniques, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. As for the results of this study is the leadership pattern of the head of the madrassa by using an autocratic pattern has succeeded in improving the quality of education.

The purpose of this study is to see how the form of empowerment of school committees in improving the quality of education especially in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings The existence of a school committee is an important element in improving the quality of school education services, its existence with all the tasks and functions it has can play a role in realizing better quality education services. Efforts to empower school committees are carried out in various ways although they are still not ideal as stated in the regulations related to school committees. In principle, so far the participation of school committee members and the form of empowerment of school committees is still limited to routine meetings and the fulfillment of supporting facilities for student learning facilities that are done voluntarily by school committees. Based on this, the efforts to empower school committees have been made but are still limited to routine agendas that are not yet optimal as the actual duties and functions of school committees.

The head of the madrasa is a leader who has a big responsibility to be able to improve the quality of education in an educational institution. The quality of the institution's education will be able to improve if the head of the madrasa is able to carry out tasks and work properly in accordance with the principal functions of leadership. The leadership function that must be possessed by the head of the madrasa includes Idealism, intellectual, caring and charisma. Improving the quality of education is one of the efforts that can be made to develop human resources for national development. Quality education institutions can be seen from three things, namely input (resources owned), process and output (graduates). Therefore from formal education in schools it is expected that students can develop optimally all the potential that exists in them. So that the school will be able to print graduates who have competency and have high competitiveness.

The problem that is the subject of the study in this study is the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education, and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the instruments used in data collection by researchers include interviews, observation and documentation. The informants from this study are the Heads, Waka, Teachers and Students. The technique used to check the credibility of the data is the extension of the presence of the researcher, in-depth observation, triangulation, detailed description and analysis of negative cases. The results of the study show that the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of management of Islamic education institutions is to use several methods, which are varied and some of the approaches taken by the head of the madrasah which can then improve the quality of education in this educational institution, then the other is to use an approach individuals, group approaches, educational approaches, religious approaches or religious approaches, fulfillment of school facilities and infrastructure, appreciation of student learning and so on. While the factors that influence the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions are positive factors which include the existence of adequate human resources, student awareness, and also the existence of cooperation between existing education practitioners, complete facilities and infrastructure, then the teacher's creativity in teaching.

This is possible through regular improvement of the educational process, introduction of new pedagogical technologies, and improvement of teachers pedagogical skills.The main directionsfor improving the quality of the educational process are work in the audience and work in the outside audience with students, as well as the activation of their scientific activities. It is possible to improve the quality of education by increasing the interest of students in the profession they are learning, so they will have internal motivation for better mastering the material and activating their educational and scientific activities. But to do this, the teacher must use modern pedagogical techniques and constantly develop himself. The article is written on the basis of the author’s own pedagogical experience. The article systematizes the directions of quality assessment, which can be used both for the organization of mechanisms for internal and external assessment of the quality of the educational process. Examples of experience in organizing the educational process are given.

This of the strategies developed in improving the quality of education in educational institutions is one with the establishment of integrated quality management. one model of improving the quality of education is based on integrated quality management theory. integrated quality management in the context of philosophy of education is a continuous improvement methodology that can provide a set of practical tools for every educational institution in fulfilling the absolute needs of customers for these improvements, there is continuous improvement, containing an understanding of continuous improvement that is shaken in the educational world. Meanwhile, everyone wants quality education. Understanding and views on the quality of education so far are very diverse. There are people who think that quality education is one that has quality and many students become human resources that can improve the nation and the country in the future and are seen with evidence of national and international levels. Quality schools are schools that provide foreign language subjects for their children.

The acceptance of new students (PPDB) using the zoning system was first implemented in Yogyakarta in 2018/2019. This zoning system aims to equalize education and improve the quality of education. This research was conducted to find out how the zoning system policy in Yogyakarta city under the auspices of the Yogyakarta City Education Office. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. The results of the study showed that the zoning system in Yogyakarta has changed from the previous year. In 2019/2020 the zoning system provides a 10% chance of superior seeds, 30% of school zones, 10% of poor learners, 40% of quality pathways, 5% of out-of-school zoning pathways, and 5% of special pathways such as prospective learners whose parents moved from other regions to Yogyakarta. With this zoning system, the whole community has the opportunity to get a good quality education.

Leadership or often called leadership according to the literal meaning is days lead or the quality of the leader.  The leadership is an activity or art to influence the behavior of people who are led to be willing to work together towards one goal that is set or desired together.  While the development of human resources is an effort to develop existing in an educational institution.  The focus of this research is to explore the leadership pattern of a madrasah head in order to develop human resources, in this case educators and educational staff. This research uses a descriptive method carried out through data collection in the field giving an overview of madrasah head leadership, this research approach uses qualitative approach  This research data in the form of quotes, words, phrases, and story sentences.  Data sources in this study were observations of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng Tanggulangin.

Principal's strategy is the art and knowledge gained by a principal in formulating, implementing, evaluating cross-functional decisions that facilitate the organization in achieving goals. Teachers are the key to the success of an educational institution. Good and bad behavior or teaching procedures for teachers will greatly affect the image of educational institutions. This study aims to examine and discuss in-depth the principal's strategy in developing teacher competence at MA Tarbiyatul Islam Gending Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The model that can be used to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out their duties is through In-service education or In-service training programs. (2) The strategic steps of the principal's leadership in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education are the first formal strategy, namely the teacher is assigned by the institution to attend education and training, the second non-formal strategy, namely the teacher on his own desire and effort to train and develop himself related to work or position.

The demand of quality education the more days pass more gain strength. This phenomenon appear along with the condition of peoples needs growing rapidly. That indispensable priscipal professional, were able to establish that the quality of education quality and considered superior public interest. The focus of this study are three things, that is: a) principal behavior in the build quality of education. b) strategy principals in building the quality of education. to answer the focus of the study, the researchers used a qualitative approach, nid of case studies. Methods of data collection use include: a)  deep interview. b) oservation. c) study documentation. Data from the three techniques are organized, interpreted, and analyzed repeatedly. To avoid mistakes, then held data validity checking using the method of: a) triangulation between data sources, comparing data from interviews. b) checking the accuracy of information to the informant. c) discuss and consult data by the competent authorities. The results of this study found: 1) behavior of the principals in building a quality of education that is: a) motivate. b) establish good communation and warm. c) in volve all members of the school, and example to the school community in an effort to build the quality of education. 2) strategy principal in building the quality of education that is: a) build a strong team work and soulid. b) build a family. c) to support and facilitate teachers in the development of quality and competene. d) the division of duties and performance to match the capabilities of each subordinate. e) working closely with other agencies. f) to collaoration with the mass media. g) having a clear quality targets.
