The purpose of student administration is to regulate the activities of students from the start to enter school. The arrangement of the students' activities is directed at improving the quality of teaching and learning activities both intra and extracurricular, so that it contributes to the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of the school as well as the overall educational goals (Risnawati, 2014).This article was compiled in a way that was as efficient as possible. This article can be written with the existence of sufficient literature found so this article was created. The author hopes that with this article, it can help readers understand, add and make it easier to do things related to the theme of this article, even more so for future educators who will educate the next generation of intelligent nations in the future.Student administration is the process of organizing and services in matters relating to students in a school starting from planning the admission of new students, coaching while students are in school, until students complete their education.Student coaching is done so students know the environment in which they are learning and can adjust to the guidance of the school.

Administration is a system that helps, serves, directs or manages all activities in achieving a goal. besides that, educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, and conducting research and community service. Student administration is a process carried out by a group in an effort to manage students to achieve educational goals. The purpose of student administration. The administrative objectives of the students themselves are to regulate the activities of the students from the time they enter to graduate. The activities of these students are directed at improving the quality of teaching and learning activities both intra and extracurricular, so that they contribute to the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of the school as well as the overall educational goals. And besides that, the teacher's role in student administration is as a selection committee for new students, plays a role in making it easier for students to adapt to school confusion, recording and controlling student attendance, conducting competency tests and controlling atmosphere in the classroom.

The world faces an exceptional worldwide wellbeing and financial emergency set off by the COVID-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, the lives of a great many youngsters and their families have just been overturned. Lockdowns and school terminations are influencing their instruction, emotional well-being and admittance to fundamental wellbeing administrations. The world of education is one that has received a change in policy due to the pandemic. To solve this problem, a solution is needed to solve it. Online learning is a solution to solving problems at the same time so that education in children continues. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Google Classroom in English online learning in schools. The subjects of this research will be taken from eight-grade students at SMPN 16 Bogor. This data collection process will take place during online learning and is a descriptive study in which the researcher uses qualitative methods. This study concludes about the use of Google Classroom to simplify and improve the quality of teaching and learning activities in the midst of a pandemic.

Teachers are an essential component of education as well a determinant of the quality of education. The Teacher�s professionalism is characterized by improving the learning quality (LQ) through the utilization and optimization of learning technology. Also, the quality of teaching is also supported by a conducive working environment conditions at the school. This study reported the results of research which investigated the correlation between school climate (SC) and learning technology utilization (LTU) with LQ. Sixteen participants from geographic subject teachers at the State Senior High School (PSHS) in Palangka Raya have responded to the questionnaire and recorded their perceptions of SC, LTU, and LQ. Spearman correlation analysis was used to test their correlation. This study revealed a positive relationship between LTU and LQ. As for the SC did not give influence on the LQ at PSHS in Palangka Raya. So that improving the LQ can be done by enhancing the ability of teachers in LTU and use it in teaching and learning activities in the classroom.

The background of this research are: 1) student achievement under Criteria Complete Minimal, 2) The results of test scores of children is low, so it does not match the expectations of parents 3) School achievement is low in the academic race, 4) Not achieving the quality of schools maximum as in the vision, mission and objectives of the school that has been set.The objectives of this study are to know the complete learning management and quality management in schools, so that an upgrading in the quality of teaching and learning activities for teachers and school quality improvement of services for parents met.The results showed that: 1) Planning study completed jointly planned at the beginning of the school year at a school meeting. Extra hours of lessons, teacher consultation with headmaster and teachers plan learning activities prepared for mastery learning successfully. 2) Organizing the responsibility of headmaster with the assignment of guiding low grade and high grade guidance. 3) Learning thoroughly carried out in a systematic and planned starting from the preparation of lesson plans, learning activities, assessment, repairment and enrichment. Student involvement in the implementation of high mastery learning, and specifically the sixth grade required for implementation of the study completed two years using the zero hour of learning. 4) Monitoring by the headmaster include oversight of program implementation and supervision of organizing programs consistently. 5) The quality of school graduates performed with competence development, content standards, process standards, educators and education personnel, school facilities and infrastructure, management standards, and implementation of the assessment system.Based on the research results suggested: 1) The headmaster is able to draw up a work program of the school and the ability to provide service quality to parents, 2) Teachers can improve the quality of teaching and learning activities in the classroom and improve the quality of the use of school infrastructure

Supervision is a process of assistance for teachers in developing their abilities which include knowledge, teaching skills and teacher commitment or motivation. So the purpose of supervision with regard to cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects is to help improve and improve school management so that the best possible conditions for teaching and learning activities are achieved. Good supervision is supervision that is able to reflect the multi-purpose. Supervision is not successful if only pay attention to one particular goal by ruling out other goals. So it can be understood, that the goal of educational supervision is the improvement and development of the teaching and learning process in total, this means the goal of supervision is not only to improve the quality of teaching of teachers, but also fostering the growth of the teaching profession in a broad sense, including the procurement of facilities, leadership services and fostering good relations to all parties involved.

This paper presents lessons drawn from senior fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, United Kingdom (SFHEA) with regard to leadership and mentoring. The paper integrates various elements of leadership and mentoring that needed for enhancing the quality of teaching and learning in Higher Education. In this article, I have adopted a holistic methodology to reflect my teaching and supporting learning experience (almost 35 years) in higher education as inspired from the SFHEA, UK. Evidence of my successful engagement across all five areas of activity will be provided that include firstly, design a series of teaching and learning activities to meet the learning outcomes of a module. Secondly, use a range of teaching approaches to enhancing student learning. Thirdly, use a variety of assessment for learning activities for students and providing feedback to promoting student engagement. Fourthly, develop effective learning environments and approaches to student support and guidance. Fifthly, engage in continuing professional development (CPD) in subjects /disciplines and their pedagogy, incorporating research, scholarship and the evaluation of professional practices. Moreover, I show my understanding of the appropriate core knowledge and demonstrating my commitment to the professional values. This paper contributes by providing and demonstrating a thorough understanding of effective approaches to learning and teaching support as a key contribution to high quality student learning. In addition to providing evidences of successful leadership, co-ordination, support, supervision, management and/or mentoring of others (whether individuals and/or teams) in relation to learning and teaching.

Abstract - The development of technology and information is expanded very rapid. Media in presenting suggestions and critiques in the school is needed to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities. Submission of suggestions and criticisms can use the media of teachers performance appraisal questionnaire. Data processing results from existing questionnaires are computerized but there is no special application of questionnaires that process the data. Therefore, the author used Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to solve the problem. Students can filled out the teacher questionnaire through the online questionnaire, the data will be stored in database which will be processed until generate report automatically by system. In this research, the authors have made a special application of teachers perpformance questionnaires that can facilitate students in conducting assessments of the teacher. By using the media website and report directly after the students were done the assessment of the teachers. Processing of tachers performance questionnaire was a very helpful solution to the needs of users in producing information quickly and accurately. In addition, this application can displayed teacher ratings graph to facilitate the admin in knowing the results of the questionnaire. The accuracy and reliability is the quality of the information. The more accurate and reliable, the more information it’s good quality. Similarly, a survey, the better the survey, the more accurate the information provided. Implementation of student satisfaction measurement to the process of teaching and learning activities on the quality of the implementation of important lectures in order to get feedback on the assessed variables and for future repair. Likewise in Higher Education Prog has undertaken the process of measuring student satisfaction through a distributed questioner finally disemester each class lecture. However, the deployment process questioner is identified there are 7 (seven) problems. However, the problem can be resolved by the 3 (three) ways of solving problems one of which is a system of iLearning Survey (Isur), that is by providing an online survey to students that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In the implementation shown a prototype of Isur itself. It can be concluded that the contribution Isur system can maximize the decision taken by the Higher Education Prog. By using this Isur system with questions and evaluation forms are submitted and given to the students and the other colleges. To assess the extent to which the campus has grown and how faculty performance in teaching students class, and can be used as a media Isur valid information for an assessment of activities throughout college.

<p>This research was conducted for the purpose of getting a clear and complete <br />picture conserning the quality of teaching and learning process through eveloping and implementing jigsaw type cooparative learning model for subject of Thermodynamics. The quality of teaching and learning process can be viewed by positive response of university students towards thermodynamics subject using the implemented jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The subject of this research were students of high school class X, semester II in the academic year of 2011/2012, which were listed as learning tools needed for thermodynamics of jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The learning tool which were being developed consist of teaching materials, learning plan, and student worksheet. The research prosedure consisted of developing the tools of teaching and learning process, and the followed by realization of learning in class using the jigsaw type cooparative learning approach. The research instruments were to be observation sheet and student response questionaire towards the learning process. The reseach data were analyzed using percentage statistic. Based on the refection result towards the action which was planned beforehand and also the researh result discussion, it was found that the learning process of hermodynamics which was done by implementing the jigsaw type cooparative learning model can increase student activity in his study. Implementing the jigsaw type cooperative learning can increase the learning result of students. Most of the students who partisipated in the thermodynamics class agree and give a positive apreciation towards the implementation of cooperative learning model. They believe that with the learning group can help them overcoming the learning deterrent. </p><p> </p>
