This study aims to financial distress predict and the level of accuracy using the Springate model in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The population of this study is all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period, so the population of this study managed to find 66 companies. Samples were selected based on predetermined purposive sampling criteria. The sample selected according to the specified criteria is 37 companies. The data analysis technique used the Springate S-Score discriminant analysis technique. The results of the bankruptcy analysis using the Springate method, namely in 2019 before the onset of covid-19 there were 27 property and real estate companies in financial distress and 10 companies in healthy condition (non-financial distress). In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were additional companies that were in financial distress, namely 34 companies and only 3 companies that remained in a healthy condition (non-financial distress). Based on the results of the analysis of the Springate method in predicting bankruptcy in property and real estate sector companies, it has an accuracy rate of 62.2%.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the condition of Financial Distress in retail companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 using the Ohlson Model, Fulmer Model, CA-Score Model and Zavgren Model. The data used in this study was secondary data derived from the financial statements of retail companies found on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used was inferential statistics and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study indicated that Ohlson's model is best at predicting Financial Distress in retail companies in Indonesia with an accuracy rate of 83.33%, CA-Score Model with 30% accuracy rate, as well as the Fulmer Model and Zavgren Model with an accuracy rate of 0.00 %

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and salesgrowth on partial financial distress on property, real estate and buildingconstruction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The research period is 3 years in 2015-2017. The population of thisstudy covers all sectors of property, real estate and building constructioncompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017.The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based onpredetermined criteria obtained 50 samples of the company. Type ofdata which is secondary data obtained from the site Burssa EfekIndonesia. Data analysis used is regression data panel. The resultsshowed that liquidity had a positive effect on financial distress andnegative leverage on financial distress while sales growth did not affectfinancial distress.

This study aims to identify and analyze the potential for financial distress in airlines at Indonesia. The object of this research is the airlines listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), namely PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk and PT. AirAsia Indonesia Tbk. The data used is in the form of financial reports that have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the website (www.idx.co.id) in the first quarter of 2020 – third quarter of 2020. The data analysis technique uses the Altman Z Score in predicting potential financial distress. The results of the study found that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk and PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk were in financial distress or in an unhealthy financial condition, and were classified as companies that have the potential to experience bankruptcy. Research shows that PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk has a higher potential for bankruptcy than PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk.

This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence about the difference performance of companies in LQ45 indexed companies and non-LQ45 companies. This research was conducted at non-financial companies on LQ45 indexed companies and non-LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample of this study is chosen using purposive sampling technique and 45 non-financial companies were obtained for each LQ45 and non-LQ45 indexed group of companies, so the number of observations in this study was 270 observations. The data analysis technique used is the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results showed that the LQ45 indexed group of companies had a higher average liquidity and profitability compared to non-LQ45 companies, while in terms of average the leverage value of LQ45 companies was lower compared to non-LQ45 companies. Iyan Ayuba, 2018 the effect of knowledge and attributes of products to customer friendly shopping at pt. hasjrat abadi cabang limboto.            The purpose of this study was to determine how attributes influence consumer knowledge of the product and purchase intentions in PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto and the population in this study are all consumers who never make purchases at PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. Samples were taken using purposive sampling sample size of 50 people . Data analysis technique used is multiple regression . The results showed that : 1 ) . Product attributes significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. 2 ) . Consumer knowledge significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

This study aims to determine how the differences in environmental disclosure in conventional banking with Islamic banking using the GRI index. This study found that conventional banking has a higher environmental disclosure than Islamic banking. In addition, the results of this study state that the disclosure of the Islamic banking environment is more representative when using the ISR index when compared to the GRI index. The data used are in the form of annual reports and sustainability reporting of conventional banking companies and Islamic banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. This study aims to know the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable in Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used were 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique is done by using PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.
