Lending procedures undertaken by the Rural Bank Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman beginning of the loan process until the loan disbursement. The purpose of this study to understand and find out how the procedure is performed by crediting Rural Bank Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman. To support this thesis required accurate data. For that the data collected is of secondary data. For a discussion of research methods in the form of data types and sources of secondary data, while the data collection techniques with interviews, library method. The method used is descriptive method. The research location Rural Bank Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman. The object of study in this research is. Lending procedures undertaken by the Rural Bank Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman. From the research it can be concluded that the procedure for provision of loans made by the Bank of Rural Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman. Starting from permohonaan credit by the debtor, identification and credit analysis up to realization. Problems faced by the Bank BPR Jorong Tangah Kampung Padang Pariaman Branch are still many people who do not comply with loan procedures.

Abstract This article aims to reveal and describe the existence of Tarea-rea dance in Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk Kecamatan Gunung Talang  Kabupaten Solok. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument of this research is its own research and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and Handycam.  Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations and interviews. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, analyzing data, describing data and making conclusions. The results showed that Tarea-rea dance is a art carried by the ancestors of the Guguk people who inherited hereditary with the traditional system. Tarea-rea dance was originally used as a dance at the time of the decline ceremony of rice harvesting. Since 2015 This dance is increasingly popular in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk as the performing arts. The existence of Tarea-rea dance is still recognized and cultivated by the community and local people also have recognized the existence of the dance in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk. Keywords: existence, Tarea-Rea dance

Masalah penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang digunakan pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri, karena banyaknya pesantren yang telah lama berkembang namun pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan lingkungan yang sederhana dan fasilitas yang minim dapat menghasilkan santri-santri yang pandai dalam meningkatkatkan kreatifitas sehingga dapat meraih berbagai prestasi dan memiliki berbagai keahlian sehingga menjadi kebanggaan bagi pondok pesantren dan juga bagi keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan pengelola pondok dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri serta untuk mengetahui motivasi dan program yang ada dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang strategi pengembangan dipondok Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Langkah yang ditempuh dalam penelitian yaitu menentukan lokasi penelitian, metode penelitian, jenis data, sumber data, teknik pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelola pondok Al-Mu’awanah mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santrinya sehingga sebagian besar santri dapat mengikuti berbagai program dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan baik dan lancar dan menciptakan berbagai kreatifitas santri sehinga santri mendapat penghargaan dari pondok dan kebanggaan bagi keluarganya. Serta dengan motivasi yang diberikan pengelola pondok baik dengan memberikan reward, hukuman terhadap santri yang melanggar, menyelenggarakan fasilitas pondok dan menyelenggarakan berbagai program kegiatan pondok sehingga mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santri dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah. The problem of this research is to analyze the development strategies used by Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools in increasing the creativity of santri, because there are many pesantren that have long been developing but Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools with simple environments and minimal facilities but can produce santri who are clever in increasing creativity so they can achieve various achievements and have various skills so that it becomes a pride for Islamic boarding schools and also for their families. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of cottage management in increasing the creativity of santri and to find out the motivations and programs available at the boarding of Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school in increasing the creativity of santri. The method used in this study is descriptive method, because the purpose of this study is to describe, and provide an explanation of the development strategy in Al-Mu'awanah in increasing students' creativity. The steps taken in the research are determining the location of research, research methods, data types, data sources, data collection techniques, and finally analyzing. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Al-Mu'awanah cottage is able to increase the creativity of his santri so that most santri can take part in various programs at the Al-Mu'awanah boarding school smoothly and create a variety of santri creations so that the santri gets appreciation from the hut and pride for his family . As well as the motivation given by the management of the lodge both by giving rewards, punishing the violating santri, holding cottage facilities and holding various cottage activities programs so as to increase the creativity of santri boarded by Al-Mu’awanah Islamic boarding schools.

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of cottage management in increasing the creativity of santri, to find out the motivations and programs available at the boarding of Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school in increasing the creativity of santri. The method used in this study is descriptive method, because the purpose of this study is to describe and provide an explanation of the development strategy in Al-Mu'awanah in increasing students' creativity. This research is an attempt to know the courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran by Imam Nawawi. The question that is to be answered through this study is (1) how the courtesy to read Al-Quran in the book At-Tibyan, (2) How does the relevance of courtesy to read the Qur'an in the book of At-Tibyan in contemporary times? The research methods use library research. This study is conducted using data collection techniques by conducting observations on certain sources, seeking, studying books, articles, journals, theses or others related to this study. Data collection is divided into two sources, namely primary and secondary data. Then the data are analyzed using descriptive and contextual methods. The results show that courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran includes: Solemn, sincere, ethical, clean and holy State, facing the Qibla, start with Ta'awudz. While the relevance of courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran with the context of contemporary can be a solution in improving the manners of interacting with the Quran, especially in the face of today's characteristics or contemporary.

AbstractDila Pangeto Dance is a work created by Indra Jaya in 2016. This research will emphasize the choreography which includes Indra Jaya as the creator, the idea of creation about the world and education, the process of creation that there is exploration, improvisation, and composition, as well as the formation of dance motion Dila Pangeto. To discuss the above problems using the foundation of Theory: Choreography using Seymour theory, the form of servings using the theory of Suzanne K. Langer, and formation of motion using the theory of Doris Humphrey. This dance research uses a descriptive method of analytic with qualitative data types through the data collection stage i.e. observation, interviews, library studies, as well as data analysis stage. The results of the study were the choreography Dila Pangeto which discusses the creators, ideas of creation, and the process of creation and the form of dance in which there is a serving structure divided into five parts, and the dance elements of Dila Pangeto include two female dancers, a parallel floor pattern, and zigzag, the stage space that has been provided by the organizing committee, dressing and clothing using West Sumbawa costumes, Dila and shawl properties, West Sumbawa Music and the addition of violin instruments, as well as Motion derived from the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao or Pencak Silat. The formation of Dila Pangeto Dance uses the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao. The formation of the dance movements of Dila Pangeto in the movement patterns such as Ngengke ‘, Palangan Telas, Nyempung, Bagerik, plump besai ‘, Bolang sweep ‘, Juluk Betak, Pio Ngibar, remove Pengkenang, Betak Jala, Sempanang, Telnyak ninting, Pusuk nyer, puntal yarn, Nesek , ninting Seleng, ente Dila, swivel dila, Jonyong, Basalunte ‘, Tanak, Ngijik, and Bajempit contains more designs using a unidirectional line design, the dynamics of gentle motion, functional rhythm or rhythm, mechanisms, and emotional The motivation of the life of West Sumbawa. This study was conducted to determine the imposition of a progressive tax rate on motor vehicle taxes based on The Four Maxims in Pasaman Barat Regency, Sumatra Barat. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study was primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine how to impose a progressive tax rate on motorized vehicle tax based on four principles of tax collection. The results show that the tax principle as still appropriate and relevant to be applied, namely the principles of tax collection proposed by Adam Smith, which are equality, legal certainty, the convenience of payment, and principles efficiency (economic of collection).

This study discusses the commodification of local wisdom in health sector as the attraction of wellness tourism in Ubud Tourism Area. This research addresses the problem about the forms of commodification of local wisdom in health sector as an attraction of wellness tourism in Ubud Tourism Area. The method used to analyse the data is descriptive qualitative method with qualitative data. Types of data used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, documentations and literature studies. Based on the results of this study it can be explained that the development of commodification of local wisdom in health sector as a health tourism attraction in the Ubud Tourism Area occurs in the form of commercialisation, profanisasi and modernisation. Commercialisation is identified in the form of place arrangement, product packaging and marketing. Then the profanisation occurs causes the decline in the sacred value of local wisdom into economic-oriented activities. Modernisation also has changed the local wisdom into modernised products.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Giro Wadiah and Mudharabah deposits on the Net Profit of BRI Syariah. Research carried out by the unit of analysis Islamic Bank BRI in Bekasi. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection approach. Studies conducted through Primary data is data obtained directly from the research subjects in this case PT. Bank BRI Syariah and secondary data is data obtained from the research literature. The results showed that: (1) changes in demand deposits wadiah significant effect on Net profit in Syariah BRI (2) Changes in deposits mudaraba significant effect on net profit at Syariah BRI (3) Simultaneously Mudharabah Deposits Demand deposits and significant effect on the net profit at Syariah BRI.

Abstract This research aims to describe and discuss the inheritance of Silek Pauh at the University of Kalumbuk subdistrict, Kuranji, Padang. The method used in this study is a qualitative deskritif method. Research instruments are self-researcher and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationary cameras. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation, interviews, documentation.  The steps for analyzing data are data collection, describing data and making inferences. The results showed that the inheritance of Silaturahmi in this college was an open devolution system. But still rigid due to some things, among them the trainer currently has not found a candidate who is intact and able to learn the Silek Pauh.  The function of Silek Pauh in addition to martial arts and performance art, Silek Pauh is also used as a means of communication and associating among Pauh people. This seems to be seen in the practice activities Pauh Silek Many students come to Pauh Silaturahmi in this college from several villages outside the village Kalumbuk. Currently, the college has remained a sociable event between youth Kalumbuak. The process of student rektrument at the college is very easy, by coming directly and convey the goodwill to be a student in the College of Hospitality, and will be able to follow every process that is at the time of practice. Keywords: devolution, Silek Pauh, silaturahmi College
