Abstract This research aims to describe and discuss the inheritance of Silek Pauh at the University of Kalumbuk subdistrict, Kuranji, Padang. The method used in this study is a qualitative deskritif method. Research instruments are self-researcher and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationary cameras. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation, interviews, documentation.  The steps for analyzing data are data collection, describing data and making inferences. The results showed that the inheritance of Silaturahmi in this college was an open devolution system. But still rigid due to some things, among them the trainer currently has not found a candidate who is intact and able to learn the Silek Pauh.  The function of Silek Pauh in addition to martial arts and performance art, Silek Pauh is also used as a means of communication and associating among Pauh people. This seems to be seen in the practice activities Pauh Silek Many students come to Pauh Silaturahmi in this college from several villages outside the village Kalumbuk. Currently, the college has remained a sociable event between youth Kalumbuak. The process of student rektrument at the college is very easy, by coming directly and convey the goodwill to be a student in the College of Hospitality, and will be able to follow every process that is at the time of practice. Keywords: devolution, Silek Pauh, silaturahmi College

Abstract This article aims to reveal and describe the existence of Tarea-rea dance in Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk Kecamatan Gunung Talang  Kabupaten Solok. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument of this research is its own research and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and Handycam.  Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations and interviews. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, analyzing data, describing data and making conclusions. The results showed that Tarea-rea dance is a art carried by the ancestors of the Guguk people who inherited hereditary with the traditional system. Tarea-rea dance was originally used as a dance at the time of the decline ceremony of rice harvesting. Since 2015 This dance is increasingly popular in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk as the performing arts. The existence of Tarea-rea dance is still recognized and cultivated by the community and local people also have recognized the existence of the dance in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk. Keywords: existence, Tarea-Rea dance

Abstract This article aims to reveal and describe the choreography of Piriang Bakencak dance at Sanggar Tuah Sakato in Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. This research instrument is self-research and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that Piriang Bakencak dance was a group-shaped creation that used the composition of the group, and was directed by a lift in the Koto Anau tradition. This Bakencak dish dance is a development of tradition with a choreography approach. In Piriang Bakencak dance There are elements of dance composition consisting of theme, motion, top design, floor design, dramatic design, music design, process, equipment and choreography group. It was concluded that Piriang Bakencak dance was directed by planning choreography by the fact. Because Piriang Bakencak dance in the start of an idea that is present from the tradition, and was directed in a form of a clear, then directed again with more new movements. Keywords:    choreography, Piriang Bakencak Dance, Sakato Classes Workshops Dance

This study aims to determine the dependence of society on natural resources in Ringinsari village, Boyolali district. To obtain a representative sample there, the qualitative method was carried out by conducting interviews with locals related to the topic of writing. Primary data collection is obtained by means of observation, namely question and answer sessions with the local community. Secondary data is obtained from agencies related to the issue. The data were analyzed by dividing into an analysis of the village environment, an analysis of the lifestyle of the locals, and an analysis of the population's dependence on nature or natural resources. The results showed that the Ringinsari village, Boyolali district is the largest village in one sub-district and has the largest population, namely 66 Family Cards (KK). Most of the locals work as factory workers, farmers and some have set up their own businesses, such as opening basic food stalls. Society is still very dependent on nature because some locals own livestock and manage plantations.

AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of dance development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang. The type of research is qualitative research by usingdescriptive method of analysis. The objects in this study were 23 students consisting of grade VII and grade VIII at SMP-SDI Silungkang. The instrument used in this study was the researchers themselves and supported by observation, documentation and interviews. The types of data in this researcher were primary data and secondary data. In data collection used secondary techniques. The technique of data collection was done by means of library studies, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the dance development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang ran well. Although, self-development activities in coaching were assisted by the teachers of Communication and Information Technology (ICT). However, the results  can be achievedwell. This was also supported by thestudents’ interest to improve their self-development of dance in the school.Keywords: Implementation, Self Development, Dance

South Tumani village is a village located in The District Maesaan South Minahasa Regency, the majority of the people work as farmers. South Tumani village has a limited production forest area of 500 hectares (Ha). Based on observations made by researchers showed that people's behavior in the utilization of forest resources that are not controlled can trigger forest destruction. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of farmers' perception of forests in The Village of South Tumani Maesaan District. For three months from August to October 2020, the data types used were primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews using questionnaires. Sampling method is done purposive sampling (determined intentionally).In accordance with the results of research on farmers' perception of forests in South Tumani Village. (1) Farmers in South Tumani Village know about the existence of forests in the eastern part of Tumani village and the types of crops in the forest. (2) Farmers know that forest resources are useful and have utilized forest resources. (3) Farmers know about the impact of forest damage and how to protect forests. (4) People are hesitant about the rules of forest protection.

Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the forms of creation of Tari Piring Lampu Togok at Lubuak Nan Tigo Studio. This type of research was qualitative research with descriptive analytical methods. The main instruments in this study were the researchers themselves and assisted with supporting instruments including stationery, photo cameras and video cameras. The type of data used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of library studies, observation, interviews and documentation. The steps in analyzing data were collecting the data, analyzing data, describing data and makingconclusions. The results of the study showed that the Tari Piring Lampu Togok was a creative dance by Lubuak Nan Tigo studio, arranged based on the dance movements of the traditional Tari Lampu Togok. The creation of the dance production resulteda quality form of work, including: (1) Motion, consists of: (a) opening motions are anta lampu,puta duduak, tagak itiak, duduak maagah piriang, pitungguang ayun piriang, then (b) core movements are ramo-ramo bagaluik, tupai bagaluik, tusuak muko balakang, usuak bawah ateh, simpia tagak, ayun rang mudo, tusuak mangayun, tupai bagaluik jantan, lenggok basamo, tusuak baganti, piriang manabeh tagak, piriang manabeh duduak, langkah puta ramo-ramo, tusuak sasampiang, simpia duduak, ayun ampek panjuru, next (c) the closing motion isputa habih. (2) Varied floor patterns, namely diagonal, triangle, letter V, letter W, circle and horizontal. (3) Accompanying music uses a musical instrument called tambua, talempong, canang, tasa, bansi, sarunai. (4) male dancers weartaluak balango, galembong pants, deta wrapped in batik cloth andsongket Silungkang and  the costumes for female dancers wear baju kurung, pants, songketSilungkang, and tanduak wrapped in songket. (5) Female dancers wear beautiful makeup and male dancers wear foundation and powder only. (6) Dancer consists of 6 people;3 female dancers and 3 male dancers.Dancers are able to express their movements by maintaining balance and compactness swiftly so that Lampu Togok stands firmly on the headduring the performance. (7) Property is Lampu Togokitself which used to be a light for the community. The lights are turned on using kerosene. The balance ofTari Piring Lampu Togoksymbolizes caution in facing opponents and living life. The research aims to describe the process of training self-development activity of Indang Dancein SMK Negeri 3 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods of analysis. The main instrument in this research is its own researchers and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation and documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data reduction, data model (data display) and withdrawal/conclusion verification. The results showed that the training of the self-development activities of Indang Dance in SMK Negeri 3 Padang goes well, in the implementation of self-development activities Dance Indang students get a variety of experiences, students are also able to establish cooperation and solidarity well. The activity of self-development of Indang Dance in SMK Negeri 3 Padang is implemented by demonstration method, drill, Tekhnik enquiries (group exercises) with an imitation approach. Competence achieved by students in the training of the activities of self-development in the Indang Dance SMK Negeri 3 Padang is good. It can be seen from the number of students who have very good competence is as many as 12 students with a percentage of 75.00%, and 4 students have good competence with a percentage of 25.00%.Keywords: training, activities, self-development, Indang Dance

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in proverty alleviation in the village of pamalaa district of kolaka district in the field of program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan (PKBL). This researcher uses qualitative research methods in accordance with natural objects, the data collected consists of primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques namely observation, interview, documentation, documents, literature books and previous reseach. The data analysis techniques used are miles and huberman data analysis models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. Researchers used the theory presented by campbell J.P (1999) in smith (2016) abaout the implementation of the sposing policy. The result showed that the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs PT Antam TBK in provety alleviation in the village of pomalaa district of kolaka district in the field of Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) when viewed from five indicators of strengthening in the effectiveness of the program it can be concluded that it cannot be said to be  effective, this is seen from three indicators, namely againts programs that are still not fulfilled.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan efektivitas dari pelaksanaan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dalam Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kelurahan Dawi-dawi Kecamatan Pomalaa Kabupaten Kolaka pada Bidang Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif sesuai dengan objek alamiah, data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data skunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dokumen-dokumen, buku literatur serta penelitian terdahulu. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan teori yang disampaikan Campbell J.P. (1999) dalam Smith (2016) tentang Implementasi Kebijakan Persampahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas dari Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. ANTAM Tbk dalam  Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kelurahan Dawi-dawi Kecamatan Pomalaa Kabupaten Kolaka pada Bidang Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) jika dilihat dari lima indikator pengukuran dalam efektivitas program maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum bisa dikatakan efektif, hal ini dilihat dari tiga indikator yaitu indikator keberhasilan program, indikator keberhasilan sasaran dan indikator kepuasan terhadap program yang masih belum terpenuhi.

The aim of this research is to find out how the Management of Village Administration Books in the Sipai River Pambakal Office Sungai Sipai Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency.This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the data digger is in the form of interviews for primary data, and observation and documentation for secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in the previous chapter, the researchers concluded that the Village Government consisted of Village heads and other Village Tools, namely Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Government Affairs, Head of Development Affairs, Head of General Affairs, and Head of RT, according to local village conditions. . In the management of village administration there are several models of village administration books, namely, general administration books, population administration books, financial administration books, development administration books, administration books for village consultative bodies, and other administrative books. The books are already filled in completely, but some are not complete. To further optimize the technical and performance of the Village Administration Book Management, it is recommended to further improve the capacity of the village apparatus and the technical management of the administration book through training and workshops so that the management of the village administration book is getting better.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Competitivences of ‘Kacang Goyang’ industry of ‘UD Berusaha’ and ‘UD Kabela’ Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi. This study was conducted over three months from July to October 2015 in Motoboi Kecil, South Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi. Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data collection is done by interview using questionnaires and secondary data derived from Dinas Pertanian. The used analysis is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result showed that consumers are satisfied with the level of the cleanliness, appearance and performance. Prices offered by the two businesses are affordable and is according to the contents of products and flavors. The consumen is satisfied with the price. Consumers’ considended that the two companies have a clean and comfortable place, but there are some aspects that should be corrected such as, location and parking. Consumers also considened that this two companies provide a good service in the aspect of speed, knowledge and friendliness, but consumers have not been satisfied in the physical aspect, dressed, and neatness.*lrr*
