The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of cottage management in increasing the creativity of santri, to find out the motivations and programs available at the boarding of Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school in increasing the creativity of santri. The method used in this study is descriptive method, because the purpose of this study is to describe and provide an explanation of the development strategy in Al-Mu'awanah in increasing students' creativity. The steps taken in the research are determining the location of research, research methods, data types, data sources, data collection techniques, and finally analyzing. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Al-Mu'awanah boarding school is able to increase the creativity of his santri. Motivation given by giving rewards, punishing the violating santri, provide facilities and holding various activities programs to increase the creativity of santri boarded by Al-Mu’awanah Islamic boarding school.

Masalah penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang digunakan pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri, karena banyaknya pesantren yang telah lama berkembang namun pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan lingkungan yang sederhana dan fasilitas yang minim dapat menghasilkan santri-santri yang pandai dalam meningkatkatkan kreatifitas sehingga dapat meraih berbagai prestasi dan memiliki berbagai keahlian sehingga menjadi kebanggaan bagi pondok pesantren dan juga bagi keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan pengelola pondok dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri serta untuk mengetahui motivasi dan program yang ada dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang strategi pengembangan dipondok Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Langkah yang ditempuh dalam penelitian yaitu menentukan lokasi penelitian, metode penelitian, jenis data, sumber data, teknik pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelola pondok Al-Mu’awanah mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santrinya sehingga sebagian besar santri dapat mengikuti berbagai program dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan baik dan lancar dan menciptakan berbagai kreatifitas santri sehinga santri mendapat penghargaan dari pondok dan kebanggaan bagi keluarganya. Serta dengan motivasi yang diberikan pengelola pondok baik dengan memberikan reward, hukuman terhadap santri yang melanggar, menyelenggarakan fasilitas pondok dan menyelenggarakan berbagai program kegiatan pondok sehingga mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santri dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah. The problem of this research is to analyze the development strategies used by Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools in increasing the creativity of santri, because there are many pesantren that have long been developing but Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools with simple environments and minimal facilities but can produce santri who are clever in increasing creativity so they can achieve various achievements and have various skills so that it becomes a pride for Islamic boarding schools and also for their families. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of cottage management in increasing the creativity of santri and to find out the motivations and programs available at the boarding of Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school in increasing the creativity of santri. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Al-Mu'awanah cottage is able to increase the creativity of his santri so that most santri can take part in various programs at the Al-Mu'awanah boarding school smoothly and create a variety of santri creations so that the santri gets appreciation from the hut and pride for his family . As well as the motivation given by the management of the lodge both by giving rewards, punishing the violating santri, holding cottage facilities and holding various cottage activities programs so as to increase the creativity of santri boarded by Al-Mu’awanah Islamic boarding schools.

The method used is descriptive method. The research location Rural Bank Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman. The object of study in this research is. Lending procedures undertaken by the Rural Bank Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman. From the research it can be concluded that the procedure for provision of loans made by the Bank of Rural Jorong Kampung Tangah (JKT) Branch Padang Pariaman. Starting from permohonaan credit by the debtor, identification and credit analysis up to realization. Problems faced by the Bank BPR Jorong Tangah Kampung Padang Pariaman Branch are still many people who do not comply with loan procedures.

The fishing port has an important role in supporting activities in the fishery sector which includes serving as a place of preparation, and where to land catches as well as market them. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of facilities utilization at CFP Bajomulyo using SOAR and assign the development strategy. The research was carried out in January 2021 at the Coastal fishing port in Bajomulyo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency. A descriptive method was used to analyze the condition of basic, functional and supporting facilities at CFP Bajomulyo. Data collection was carried out using survey methods and direct observations. The result showed 116% of the pier has been used (overutilized), 26% of the FAP building has been used (non-optimally), 36% of the shipping lane’s depth has been used, meaning the depth is sufficient or in accordance with the required standard, and 49% of its width has been used (non-optimally). Conclusively, the development strategies suggested include making an MoU between the government of Pati Regency and Central Java Province and always considering the availability of FRS facilities, ice factories, clean water, and ship docking around CFP Bajomulyo.Keywords:Development strategyPatiCFP BajomulyoSOAR

The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the development strategies of maharah al-kalam (students’ speaking skill) in Muhadatsah course at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kota Gorontalo, (2) problems in the development strategy of maharah al-kalam (students’speaking skill) in Muhadatsah course, (3) the solutions to overcome problems in the strategy of developing maharah al-kalam (students’speaking skill) in Muhadatsah. This is a descriptive qualitative research using an educative approach. The data collection method were observation and interview. Strategy in developing maharah al-kalam (students’ speaking skill) in Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat, Gorontalo included eight strategies and exercises. The data sources were from the teacher, students, the principal and the leader of Islamic Boarding School. But, just a few students are able to speak arabic language and mastering مهارةالكلام (speaking skill) after they have class of المحادثة (conversation). Some problems are found variously, such as: (1) less of teacher of المحادثة (conversation) and it can be solved by adding some more professional teachers. (2) less of using arabic language in the teachers’ daily life that can be solved by making some written rules and instruction for all of the teachers and staff to speak arabic language in the school. (3) Obligating the students to speak arabic language wherever they are and give punishment to whom did not do it. (4) Realizing the program “Pemberantasan Buta Bahasa Arab” and provide dormitory for the students who live outside the school. And (5) making an innovative way about language development program by involving the students’ parents.

This study covers 2 main problems, namely, what are the types of interventions Mother language in speaking skills at the Arabic Language Center of al-Inayah Putri Islamic Boarding School Sumber Batu Pegantenan Pamekasan and what are the factors that influence these interventions. This study uses a qualitative approach and data sources in this study came from the leadership of the cottage, the head of the Language center and several Arabic language center’s students of al-Inayah Putri Islamic Boarding School Sumber Batu Pegantenan Pamekasan. The method used in data collection is observation, interview and documentation. While the method used in analyzing data is a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 types of mother tongue interventions in speaking skills at the Arabic Language Center, namely phonetic interventions, morphological interventions, grammatical interventions, semantic interventions, and repetitive interventions. Of all the factors that researchers examined previously, most of the factors that often occur are censorship weakness, language position, initial use pressure, mastery of the first and second languages, the nature of interventions inherited earlier, and lack of vocabulary retention.

AbstractDila Pangeto Dance is a work created by Indra Jaya in 2016. This research will emphasize the choreography which includes Indra Jaya as the creator, the idea of creation about the world and education, the process of creation that there is exploration, improvisation, and composition, as well as the formation of dance motion Dila Pangeto. To discuss the above problems using the foundation of Theory: Choreography using Seymour theory, the form of servings using the theory of Suzanne K. Langer, and formation of motion using the theory of Doris Humphrey. This dance research uses a descriptive method of analytic with qualitative data types through the data collection stage i.e. observation, interviews, library studies, as well as data analysis stage. The results of the study were the choreography Dila Pangeto which discusses the creators, ideas of creation, and the process of creation and the form of dance in which there is a serving structure divided into five parts, and the dance elements of Dila Pangeto include two female dancers, a parallel floor pattern, and zigzag, the stage space that has been provided by the organizing committee, dressing and clothing using West Sumbawa costumes, Dila and shawl properties, West Sumbawa Music and the addition of violin instruments, as well as Motion derived from the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao or Pencak Silat. The formation of Dila Pangeto Dance uses the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao. The formation of the dance movements of Dila Pangeto in the movement patterns such as Ngengke ‘, Palangan Telas, Nyempung, Bagerik, plump besai ‘, Bolang sweep ‘, Juluk Betak, Pio Ngibar, remove Pengkenang, Betak Jala, Sempanang, Telnyak ninting, Pusuk nyer, puntal yarn, Nesek , ninting Seleng, ente Dila, swivel dila, Jonyong, Basalunte ‘, Tanak, Ngijik, and Bajempit contains more designs using a unidirectional line design, the dynamics of gentle motion, functional rhythm or rhythm, mechanisms, and emotional The motivation of the life of West Sumbawa. This study aims to determine the skills of the kitabah through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research conducted at the Al-Quran Calligraphy School (SAKAL) in Jombang, East Java. The data sources in this study were SAKAL students and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. The data obtained were classified and analyzed by descriptive method. For the presentation in the form of descriptive narrative. The results of this research indicate that: First, learning the book through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi aims to realize a pesantren-based madrasa education model, as well as fostering students' skills, morals, intellectuals and spirituality, and building abilities, especially in the field of Al-Qur'an calligraphy. In the process of learning khat Riq'ah, two guide books/Kurrasah were used, including Kurrasah Yusuf Dzannun and Muhammad Izzat. Second, its application in learning begins with giving an example of one point from the teacher to the student, then a colon, the basic letter (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) followed by the letter mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا) after all the letters are finished, continue with murajaah or repeat all the letters that have been learned in one deposit. After the murajaah is finished, it is continued by imitating the sentences in the book. So that by using this method, students' book skills have increased significantly. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di Sekolah Kaligrafi al-Quran (SAKAL) yang berada di Jombang Jawa Timur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru SAKAL. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh diklasifikasikan dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Untuk penyajiannya dalam bentuk deskriptif naratif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Pembelajaran kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi bertujuan untuk merealisasikan model pendidikan madrasah berbasis pesantren, serta pembinaan keterampilan, moral, intelektual dan spiritual siswa dan membangun kemampuan khususnya bidang kaligrafi Al-Qur’an. Dalam proses pembelajaran khat Riq’ah memakai dua buku panduan/kurrasah, diantaranya kurrasah  Yusuf Dzannun dan Muhammad Izzat. Kedua, Penerapannya dalam pembelajaran diawali dengan pemberian contoh titik satu dari guru kepada murid, kemudian titik dua, huruf asasiyah (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) dilanjutkan dengan huruf mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا)  setelah semua huruf selesai dilanjutkan dengan murajaah atau mengulang semua huruf yang telah dipelajari dalam satu kali setor. Setelah murajaah selesai dilanjutkan dengan menirukan kalimat yang ada di kitab. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode ini, keterampilan kitabah siswa mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. This study aims to determine the pattern of development strategy Boarding School in Malangke. Pattern or strategic used by the container or place in order to process a change of plans that require the support of all parties to develop and improve educational quality. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research and data sources through interviews with the leadership of the cottage. Boarding school development opportunities in the North Luwu, belonging to the sub-national education system in Indonesia that aims to educate the nation, making the man who is faithful and devoted to God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative. In addition, the boarding school New Belawa As'adiyah, considered successful because students-students directly involved in the community, for example in the Holy month of Ramadhan, these students were sent to be Imam in every mosque in Malangke. But beyond the success, there are some some of the barriers faced by Islamic Schools As'adiyah New Belawa (Malangke) include: 1) a more modern curriculum system, so that schools lag far from public schools, 2) Lack of funds and sources of funding due to lack of students. 3) the majority of parents are not keen to send children in school boarding school.

The objective of the study was to analyze the role of islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism in Rejang Lebong regency. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection was done though interview, documentation and observation. The result showed that in playing the role, islamic boarding school recently became the target of people's distrust: this was the place of radicalism and terrorism. According to the analysis, there was no school found as the place of radicalism and terrorism. Some schools even actively prevent radicalism and terrorism effectively. In conclusion, the role of islamic boarding schools in Rejang Lebong to prevent radicalism and terrorism through the tight control was effective.
