The aim of research is to know the influence of work motivation modernize job satisfaction and labor discipline upon teacher performance on SMKN 6 Padang. The results of research have founded (1) variable of job satisfaction have influence significant upon teachers performance of SMKN 6 Padang, (2) variable of labor discipline have significant influence upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, (3) variable of work motivation have significant influence upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, (4) variable of work motivation strenghter influence job satisfaction upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, and (5) variable work motivation strenghter influence labor discipline upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang. The results of this research gives practice suggestions to vocational high school 6 Padang in order that increases the work motivation through enhacement job satisfaction an d labor discipline of SMKN 6 Padang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence school leadership and work motivation to teacher performance. This research used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on likert scale. Respondents are teacher of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the study revealed school leadership and work motivation both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward teacher performance. Thus the teacher's performance can be improved through increased by school leadership and work motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model likert scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah  dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan peran  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja.

AbstractThe purpose of national education, as stated in the law aims to lay the foundation of intelligence, knowledge, personality, character, skills for oneself and further education. Mardiwacana Vocational School East OKU is one of the programs supporting the government, participating in the intellectual life of the nation, motivation is a driving factor that influences human behavior. While what happened at East OKU Mardiwadana Vocational High School, the motivation of teachers changes so that it affects the quality standards of students. The task of a teacher is hard, in addition to being a teacher educator it also becomes a manager that regulates everything related to the administration of learning in the classroom, thus based on the above background, the researcher takes the title Effect of Teacher Motivation on Teacher Performance To Increase Student Quality Stability in Middle School Vocational Mardiwacana East OKU. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of teacher motivation on teacher performance in order to improve the quality standards of students at Mardiwacana Vocational School East OKU. Based on the results of data processing with SPSS for simple regression analysis obtained the results of the regression equation with Y = 25.672 + 0.546X. Based on the regression equation, it can be analyzed the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, namely: (1) Constant of 25.672 meaning that if the motivation value is zero, the profitability of job satisfaction increases by 25.672%. (2) Motivation variable regression coefficient of 0.546 means that if motivation has increased by 1, then the profitability of job satisfaction will increase by 0.546. Positive coefficient means that there is a positive influence between non-material incentives on job satisfaction. (3) From the statistical analysis it can be seen that the value of R Square (R2) is 0.566. This shows that the work motivation variable affects 56.6% of employee job satisfaction, while the remaining 43.6% is the influence of other independent variables not explained by this research model. Based on the data and analysis qualitatively and quantitatively in this study, a conclusion can be drawn that there is a significant influence of teacher motivation on teacher performance in order to improve the quality of students at the Vocational High School of East OKU Mardiwacana. Keywords: Motivation, performance, quality standards, Vocational High School, East OKU AbstractTujuan pendidikan nasional, sebagai mana tercantum dalam undang-undang tersebut bertujuan untuk meletakkan dasar kecerdasan, pengetahuan, kepribadian, ahlak, keterampilan untuk diri sendiri dan pendidikan lebih lanjut. SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur merupakan salah satu program mendukung pereintah, ikut turut serta dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, Motivasi merupakan factor penggerak yang mempengaruhi tingkah laku manusia. Sedangkan yang terjadi di SMK Mardiwadana OKU Timur, motivasi guru berubah ubah sehingga mempengaruhi standar mutu siswa. Tugas seorang guru itu berat, selain menjadi seorang pendidik guru juga menjadi menejer yang mengatur segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan administrasi pempelajaran di kelas, dengan demikian berdasarkan latarbelakang di atas maka peneliti mengambil judul Pengaruh Motivasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Guna Meningkatkan Stadar Mutu Siswa Pada SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru guna meningkatkan standar mutu  siswa pada SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS untuk analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi dengan Y= 25,672+0,546X. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi tersebut dapat dianalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, yaitu: (1) Konstanta sebesar 25,672 artinya jika motivasi nilainya adalah nol, maka profitabilitas kepuasan kerja naik sebesar 25,672%. (2) Koefisien regresi variabel motivasi sebesar 0,546 artinya jika motivasi mengalami kenaikan sebesar 1, maka profitabilitas kepuasan kerja akan mengalami peningkatan 0,546. Koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi pengaruh yang positif antara insentif non material terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Dari analisis secara statistik tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa nilai R Square (R2) adalah 0,566. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa  variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 56,6% terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai,  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,6% adalah merupakan pengaruh dari variabel bebas lain yang tidak dijelaskan oleh model penelitian ini. Berdasarkan data dan analisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan yaitu Ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru guna meningkatkan stadar mutu siswa pada SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur. Kata kunci : Motivasi,  kinerja, standar mutu, SMK, OKU Timur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi di sekolah dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of organizational climate on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To determine the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. The sample in this research amounted to 55 teachers. Data analysis techniques in this research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research explain that the leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 33.27%. Organizational climate variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 43.30%. The job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance 42.34%. The variables of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 70.00%, while the remaining 30.00% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Teacher as a professional educator should has the academic qualification. Academic qualification required for a teacher is he or she at least should be educated of bachelor degree or diploma four.</p> <p>Fundamentaly, teacher performance is determined by the expertise and ability of teacher concerned. These achievement factor is so thick and so critical in its relation to competence, compensation, and also job satisfaction that may become the obstacle in the enhancement of teacher performance.</p> <p>Population in this research was the teachers of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya, amounted to 317, educated in bachelor degree or diploma four, had have service of minimal 5 years. Data analysis used the simple random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, by the assistance of PLS 2 software, conducted on 92 respondents and able to explain the effect of competence and compensation on the job satisfaction and the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The results of research indicated that: Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher job satisfaction;  Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher performance; Teacher Job satisfaction signifiacntly influential on the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The largest effect of the three variables hipothesized on teacher performance in this research was the direct relatedness between compensation and teacher performance.</p> <p> </p> Key Words: competence, compensation, teacher job satisfaction, teacher performance

The purpose of this study was  to analyze the influence of principal’s managerial skills and quality culture on teacher performance. The research method used survey method. Data collection techniques used a rating scale scale questionnaire with scores ranging from 1 to 5. Respondents are 90 teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Thus the performance of teachers can be improved through improving the principal's managerial skills and quality culture.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja guru.
