The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of organizational climate on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To determine the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. The sample in this research amounted to 55 teachers. Data analysis techniques in this research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research explain that the leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 33.27%. Organizational climate variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 43.30%. The job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance 42.34%. The variables of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 70.00%, while the remaining 30.00% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah, budaya kerja guru, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sampel dari penelitian ini keseluruhan populasi semua guru SMA Negeri I Dolok Batu Nanggar yang berjumlah 52 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lokasi penelitian untuk memperoleh gambaran suasana tempat kerja, proses kerja dan hal-hal lain yang diperlukan serta membagikan kuisioner atau angket penelitian kepada seluruh populasi sebanyak 52 orang guru SMA Negeri I Dolok Batu Nanggar. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel iklim organisasi sekolah  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru sebesar 19%. Variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru 29.90%. Variabel kepuasan kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru 61%. Variabel iklim organisasi sekolah, budaya kerja dan kepuasaan kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru  sebesar 71.20%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28.80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, job culture teachers, job satisfaction of high school to job commitment of teachers either partially or simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods, the sample of this study is the overall population of all teachers in high school 1 of Dolok Batu Nanggar totaling 52 teachers. The data collection techniques used in this study were direct observations to the research location to get a picture of the atmosphere of the workplace, work processes, and other things needed and to distribute questionnaire research to the entire population of 52 teachers in high school 1 of Dolok Batu Nanggar. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result variable of the organizational climate of school influence positive and significant to job commitment of teachers is 19%. Job culture teachers' variable influence positive and significant to job commitment of teachers is 29.90%. Job satisfaction of high school variable influence positive and significant to job commitment of teachers is 61%. Variable of organization climate of school, job culture teachers, and job satisfaction of high school influence to job commitment of teachers is 71.20%, while the remaining is 28.80% influenced by other factors not examined.

Global technological advances makes the internet as a necessity for the modern society. The development of mobile technology offers users the ease to access the desired content in social media. Social media has content that contains information, created by people who use publishing technology which very accessible in order to facilitate communication, influence and interact with others and with the general public. It is utilized by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia to create an Instagram account named @indtravel as a provider of Indonesian tourism information. In this study, the attitude of the use of technology will be measured through the perception of usability and perception of ease of use. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is 327,000 with a sample of 100 people. The results showed that perceived usefulness is on the good category, perceived ease of use is on the good category, and attitude toward using is on the good category as well. Partially, perceived usefulnesss (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) has a significant influence on the attitude toward using (Y). Simultaneously, perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) has a significant influence on the attitude toward using (Y).

Farmers' behavior indicates someone already knows good knowledge, attitude and skills in rice farming activities. the purpose of this study is the influence of socio-economic factors on the behavior of farmers in rice farming. This research was conducted on 21 September - 10 November 2019 in Sumber Kulon Village, Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency, West Java. The method used in this study is a survey with 240 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Patani activities in rice farming are started from land preparation, selection of rice seeds, rice seedbed, planting, maintenance, food and post-harvest. The results showed that the influence of socio-economic factors on farmer's behavior in the level of siginification was 0.05 with 0.006, Educational variable was 0.094, experience variable was 0.552, motivation variable was 0.034, acceptance variable was 0.096, media information variable was 0,000 and agricultural extension variables were of 0.010. This can be seen from the contribution of farmers in social factors by 27% of the behavior of farmers because farmers only depend on rice farming activities. The reasons for choosing to keep doing this activity are, among other things, a family business.

The  title  of  this  research  article  is  "giving reward  has  great  impact onjobsatisfaction  and teacher commitmentat SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember". This study aims to analyze and examine  the  effect  of  intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  on  job  satisfaction  and  teacher commitment   in   SMA   Satya   Dharma   Balung Jember.   This   research   includes   causal, quantitative  research,  because  this  study  intends  to  explain  causal  relationships  (causality) between   variables   through   hypothesis   testing   that   has   been   formulated.   The   research population  is  all  high  school  teachers  of  Satya  Dharma  Balung  Jember.  The  sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The hypothesis proposed in this study  is  that  there  is  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  influence  of  intrinsic  rewards,  and extrinsic rewards to job satisfaction and teachers commitment of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember. The  test  validity  of  research  instrument  used construct  validity.  Reliability  test was done with Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis used is path analysis and the calculation process  is  approached  with  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  had  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on theteacher's job satisfactionofSatya Dharma Balung Jember high school. Intrinsic rewards, and extrinsic  rewards hada  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  the  work  commitment  of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember teachers.  Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards hadan indirect,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  teacher  commitment,  through  job  satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that the award received in accordance with what  is  perceived,  so  that  it  appears on  job  satisfaction  and  ultimately  lead  to  work commitments.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze (1) the simultaneous significant influence of transparency, accountability and community participation in managing village fund allocation to village development. (2) partially significant influence of transparency in the management of village fund allocation on village development. (3) partially significant influence of accountability in the management of village fund allocations on village development, (4) partially significant influence of community participation in managing village fund allocations on village development. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the village of Gurung Turi, East Manggarai Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that overall the variables of transparency, accountability and community participation in the Village Fund Allocation Management had an influence on Village Development. The principles of transparency, accountability and community participation have been implemented. With the implementation of the three principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation it has an influence on village development by showing the level of development of the desert village that has begun to increase.

This study aims to explain the role of work engagement, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research is a causality research conducted by cross sectional method. The sampling technique is done by convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explained that work engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational climate play a positive role on the performance of employees at PT XYZ. These results explain that more employees feel they have a good attachment to the company, have satisfaction with the work done, and feel a conducive organizational climate that can support employees at PT XYZ to show better performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

This study aims to determine “Effect Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, And Job Satisfaction Where Performance Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat by the respondents as many as 90 (ninety) people. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to the entire population that can be used for analysis. Hypothesis testing is performed using data analysis techniques through multiple regression.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that of the three independent variables, transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction significant effect on performance (the dependent variable). The magnitude of the effect of variable Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of the performance variable (dependent variable) amounted to 60.2% or the value of R Square of 0.602 remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study model.

The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe the differences of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) Describe the difference of self-knowledge of high motivated and low motivated students in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto 3) Describe the interaction between learning together with self-learning and self-knowledge motivation in semester VII Tarbiyah High School Tarriyah Raden Wijaya Mojokerto . The type of this research is survey type research with quantitative approach. Population as object of research is student of semester VII of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto, This research is included in research of comparative explanation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis test using t test and F test. From the analysis result can be concluded as follows: 1) There is difference of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning. 2) There is no difference in self-knowledge that is highly motivated and students with low motivation. 3) There is an interaction between Learning along with self-learning as well as motivation to self-knowledge.
