Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi efektif dalam praktik kolaborasi interprofesi akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Metode penelitian Literature review ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penelusuran artikel publikasi pada EBSCO,dengan kata kunci yang dipilih yaitu interprofessional Collaboration practice, effective communication, hospital,service quality.Dari hasil penelusuran bahwa kualitas layanan yang baik tergantung pada profesional yang bekerja sama dalam tim interprofessional. Komunikasi interprofesional yang digunakan adalah SBAR (Situation-Background Assessment-Recommendation).

Abstract: The purpose of this study Literature review was to determine the effective communication in practice interprofesi collaboration will improve the quality of service. Literature review research method is done by performing a search at EBSCO publishing articles, Google Search, PubMed, Sciencedirect.com with the selected keywords that interprofessional Collaboration practice, effective communication, hospital, service quality. The search was performed by limiting the issue of 2005 - 2015. The results of the literature search that good quality services depend on professionals who work together in interprofessional teams. Communication interprofesional used is SBAR (Situation-Background-Assessment Recommendation).Keywords: effective communication, collaboration interprofesi, quality of service practices

AbstractEffective communication between health professionals is the main key in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, so hospitals must have solutions that communication is not interrupted on one side. To facilitate the communication process in monitoring the patient's medical history, every care professional is required to make a medical record. This study uses a Literature Review design with the PICO Framework. Search articles using the Google Scholar database, Garua Referral Digital (Garuda), and Proquest using keywords such as medical records, interprofessional collaboration, effective communication, and keywords with synonyms for the main keywords. The inclusion criteria are articles related to the role of medical records in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, methods used to improve effective communication in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, factors that affect communication in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, articles in Indonesian and English, and published in 2015-2020. The exclusion criteria are criteria that do not want to be raised, among others, a review of direct verbal communication between professions, a review of interprofessional readiness in collaborating. The results of the study found medical records as effective communication can integrate or compile patient health service data in a comprehensive manner as a source of information for health professionals when making a health decision and actions to patients next. The conclusion is the form of medical records that describes collaboration between health professionals is an Integrated Progress Patient Note or CPPT.Keywords: medical records, interprofessional collaboration, effective communicationAbstrakKomunikasi efektif diantara para profesional kesehatan merupakan kunci utama dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional sehingga rumah sakit wajib memiliki solusi agar komunikasi tidak terputus di satu pihak. Untuk mempermudah proses komunikasi dalam memantau riwayat kesehatan pasien, setiap profesional pemberi asuhan diwajibkan untuk membuat rekam medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Literature Review dengan Framework PICO. Pencarian artikel menggunakan database Google scholar, Garua Rujukan Digital (Garuda) dan Proquest dengan menggunakan kata kunci seperti rekam medis, kolaborasi interprofesi, komunikasi efeketif serta kata kunci dengan sinonim dari kata kunci utama. Kriteria inklusi yaitu artikel yang berkaitan dengan peran rekam medis pada pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional, metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif pada pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional, faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi pada pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional, artikel berbahasa indonesia dan inggris dan terpublikasi pada tahun 2015-2020. Adapun kriteria eksklusi yaitu kriteria yang tidak ingin diangkat antara lain tinjauan komunikasi verbal langsung antar profesi, tinjauan kesiapan interprofessional dalam berkolaborasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan Rekam medis sebagai media komunikasi efektif yang dapat mengintegrasikan atau menyatukan data pelayanan kesehatan pasien secara komprehensif sebagai sumber informasi bagi profesional pemberi asuhan sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan tindakan yang dilakukan berikutnya terhadap pasien. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah lembar rekam medis yang menggambarkan kolaborasi antara para profesional kesehatan yakni pada lembar catatan perkembangan terintegrasi atau CPPT.Kata Kunci: rekam medis, kolaborasi interprofesional, komunikasi efektif

Latar belakang: Kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan profesional dari disiplin lain untuk memberikan kolaboratif, patient centred care dianggap sebagai elemen penting dari praktek profesional yang membutuhkan spesifik perangkat kompetensi. Tujuan: Mengetahui bagaimana interprofesional berdampak terhadap keselamatan pasien. Metode: Metode kajian ini menggunakan penelusuran buku teks, buku reffeerensi, jurnal dan e.book (10 tahun terahir) dengan system literature review yaitu dengan menganalisis mengeksplorasi, dan kajian bebas dengan menggunakan kata kunci. Hasil: Sebagian besar partnership responden di RSK adalah dalam kategori baik (55,6%), sebagian besar cooperation responden di RSK dalam kategori kurang baik (50,8%), sebagian besar coordination responden di RSJ dalam kategori baik (53,0%) dan sebagian. Pembahasan: Tim pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif yang bekerja sama secara sinergis, terstruktur, dan sistematis sesuai peran dan fungsinya masing-masing, sehingga mampu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal dan meminimalisir kejadian yang akan menimbulkan kerugian dan bahaya, bahkan dapat mengancam jiwa pasien. Kesimpulan: Interprofesional collaboration dapat di laksanakan dengan baik dengan komunikasi yang baik dan efektif.

This study sought to investigate the prominent barriers to effective communication and stakeholder management in project teams. Specifically, this study examined the role of management frameworks currently utilized by organizations and their efficiency in supporting team collaboration, conflict management, and stakeholder management in project environments. The study utilized a two-prong research methodology to identify and to analyze current literature related to the scope and objective of this study. The study first deployed an exploratory and unstructured literature review and then a structured literature review to identify the pool of relevant articles and content. A systematic review was then performed to reduce the body of literature down to the critical few that could serve as the basis for the study's analysis. The results revealed the inadequacies of management frameworks in promoting healthy relationships between project managers and stakeholders. Furthermore, the study exposes a gap between formal communications planning, the actual execution, the implementation of the plan, and the poor implementation of organizational processes. The results also show the common types of conflict, the positive and negative effects that these have on project environments, project success, and the critical success factors in stakeholder management. In addition to identifying barrier and shortcomings, this article sheds light on improvement areas that will have the most significant effect on project success. The literature synthesis reveals the importance of soft skill in communication management. The results suggest that much work remains to be done by the organization to train and prepare managers in building relationships and developing soft skills. The literature has demonstrated that perception, values, team cohesion, the willingness to share, trust, and healthy relationships are most influential in project success, but in practice, the latter is not applied. In conclusion, this area needs improvement and further investigation.

Abstract Background Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are increasingly being used internationally as a cost-effective and efficient way to provide care for patients in rural and remote settings, often referred to as telemedicine. There have been various studies that have examined the effectiveness of telemedicine implementation on patient outcomes, and the factors that enable successful telemedicine program implementation. The purpose of this narrative literature review was to explore a different side of the issue, with the objective to examine the factors that affect interprofessional collaboration when communicating through the use of ICTs in telemedicine settings.   Methods and Findings A total of 56 papers were included in this review. Using a narrative review design, analysis of the papers revealed several factors that act as facilitators and barriers to interprofessional collaboration when communicating through the use of ICTs. Facilitators included training and planning; ICT system supports; establishing good rapport and communication patterns; patient-centredness; willingness to adapt to and accept the technology; and key individuals providing leadership and administrative support. Barriers included technical issues; coordination and organizational challenges; and problematic relationships.   Conclusions From the facilitators and barriers, recommendations have been compiled for stakeholders involved in telemedicine initiatives to consider on how to support interprofessional collaboration in telemedicine.

Abstract—Interprofessional collaboration is a collaboration in health services between health professionals from diverse backgrounds. One of the most important aspects of collaborative practice in health services is the communication between health professionals. Lack of communication can cause a delay in treatment and medical errors. Ineffective communication can also represent a lack of coordination. SBAR method is an effective communication technique for health professionals. The SBAR method is useful to improve team communication in general, improve communication skills in certain situations, and also helpful during shift handover.  Keywords: interprofessional collaboration, communication, SBAR method Abstrak—Kolaborasi interprofesional merupakan suatu kerja sama dalam pelayanan kesehatan antara profesional kesehatan yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan berbeda. Dalam pelayanan kesehatan, salah satu hal terpenting dari praktik kolaborasi yaitu komunikasi antara tenaga kesehatan. Kurangnya komunikasi dapat menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan dalam melayani pasien dan kesalahan dalam menangani pasien. Komunikasi yang kurang efektif juga dapat menggambarkan koordinasi tenaga kesehatan yang kurang baik. Teknik komunikasi efektif yaitu SBAR ditetapkan sebagai standar komunikasi antara tenaga kesehatan yang berfokus terhadap pasien. Metode SBAR bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan komunikasi tim secara umum, meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi saat situasi tertentu, dan juga berguna pada saat operan dinas. Analysis of leadership and communication on employee performance has the objective to find out what leadership and communication can improve employee performance. The method used in writing this literature review uses the method of systematic literature review (SMS), which is sourced from ecogen sources and some proceedings, it cannot cover all existing journal and conference databases. In addition, we only get categories of articles in Indonesians. With the problem of the past 10 years. Based on 21 literature searches, I found that leadership that can improve employee performance in both goverment agencies and the business and industry world is democratic leadership, as well as communication that can improve employee performance both in goverment agencies and the business and industri world is effective communication both communication vertical, horizontal and diagonal. So democratic leadership and effective communication can improve employee performance both in goverment agencies as well as business and industry. Keywords: leadership, communication, performance
