«Technical and natural sciences: problems and perspectives», an international peerreviewed journal, publishes both theoretical and experimental highquality documents of constant interest, previously unpublished in journals, in the field of technical and natural sciences, whose purpose is to promote theory and practice. In addition to the peerreviewed original research papers, the Editorial Board welcomes original research reports,modern surveys and communications in a broadly definedfield of technical and natural sciences.There is one blind verification process in the journal. All articles will be initially evaluated by the editor for compliance with the journal. Manuscripts that are considered appropriate are then usually sent to at least two independent peer reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the article. The editor is responsible for the final decision on whether to accept or reject the article. The editor’s decision is final.The main criterion used in assessing the manuscript submitted to the journal is: uniqueness or innovation in the work from the point of view of the methodology being developed and / or its application to a problem of particular importance in the public sector or service sector and / or the setting in which the efforts, for example, in the developing region of the world. That is, the very model / methodology, application and context of problems, at least one of them must be unique and important.Additional criteria considered in the consideration of the submitted document are its accuracy, organization / presentation (ie logical flow) and recording quality.

В статье рассматриваются психодидактические аспекты освоения студентами-гуманитариями содержания естественнонаучных дисциплин. Специфика обучения естественнонаучным дисциплинам студентов-гуманитариев определяется наличием у данной группы обучающихся особенностей восприятия и переработки информации. Для гуманитариев в большей мере характерно превалирование ассоциативного, образного мышления, эмоционального восприятия информации, отторжение формализованных, доказательных способов рассуждений, доминирование реального восприятия окружающего мира над абстрактным, идеализированным. Современные педагогические методики в основном ориентированы на левополушарное восприятие, именно поэтому правополушарные учащиеся оказываются в невыгодном положении. The article deals with psychodidactic aspects of mastering the content of natural sciences by humanities students. The specificity of teaching the natural science disciplines of humanities students is determined by the presence of features of perception and processing of information in this group of students. For the humanities, the prevalence of associative, figurative thinking, emotional perception of information, the rejection of formalized, evidence-based ways of reasoning, the dominance of the real perception of the world over the abstract, idealized, are more characteristic. Modern pedagogical methods are mainly focused on left hemisphere perception, which is why right hemispheric students find themselves at a disadvantage.

В предложенной статье поднята на рассмотрение общераспространённая проблематика напряженного состояния социальной инфраструктуры города на примере Москвы. Также берется к рассмотрению тот факт, что растущая инфраструктура – одна из глобальных проблем мегаполиса. Выявлены основные причины формирования дисбаланса городской среды. Предложен ряд способов возможного решения данной задачи.In the proposed article, the widespread problems of the tense state of the social infrastructure of the city are raised for consideration. Also taken into consideration is the fact that the growing infrastructure is one of the global problems of the metropolis. The main causes of the imbalance of the urban environment are revealed. A number of possible solutions to this problem are proposed.

As previously, the featured papers advocate the thematic diversity of the concerns in the field of education. Furthermore, the papers present innovative, creative and multidisciplinary approaches to researching the issues of education. Through the research results and their interpretation, the presented works offer scientific explanations and understandings as well as predictions and control of the research phenomena in the field of education. Thereby we further develop the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary direction of the Croatian Journal of Education. In this regard, we still wish you much success in your creative and innovative scientific projects, and we are looking forward to many more of your high-quality papers in 2021. --- Dragi čitatelji!Veliko nam je zadovoljstvo predstaviti vam prvi redovni broj Hrvatskog časopisa za odgoj i obrazovanje u 2021. godini. U ovom broju donosimo deset radova autora iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Hrvatske, Južne Koreje, Srbije, Španjolske i Turske. U pogledu kategorizacije radova, ovaj put predstavljamo četiri izvorna znanstvena rada te tri prethodna priopćenja i tri pregledna rada. Kao i do sada, u prikazanim radovima zastupamo tematsku različitost problematike odgoja i obrazovanja. Također, u radovima su zastupljeni inovativni, kreativni i multidisciplinarni metodološki pristupi istraživanja problematike odgoja i obrazovanja.
