Perkembangan dunia ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin hari semakin tidak terbayangkan oleh kemampuan akal manusia biasa, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang dapat mengikuti perkembangan dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sekarang ini sebagai cara untuk mengimbangi perkembangan dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut. Lembaga pendidikan formal, nonformal dan informal sebagai wahana penghasil sumber daya manusia dengan semua unsur penyelenggaraannya merupakan salah satu kunci dalam menghadapi era teknologi dan informasi. Selanjutnya tenaga pendidik wajib menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam mentrasnfer materi pelajaran kepada para peserta didik, sehingga para peserta didik belajar dalam proses pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna atau dengan kata lain paradigma mengajar akan lebih cenderung kepada “student center” bukan sebaliknya cenderung kepada “teacher center”, karena jaman yang mempengaruhi keadaan. Teknologi informasi telah menjadi fasihan pengalihan buku, guru dan sistem pengajaran yang sebelumnya konvensional. Penyebab Teknologi Informasi ilmu pengetahuan dalam tumbuh dan berkembang. Namun, TIK juga memiliki dampak positif dan negatif terhadap kehidupan, salah satu yang menonjol adalah di bidang pendidikan

The shifting paradigm in the learning process changes with technological advances and the internet. The learning process is through conventional classes with teacher center learning and is changing towards student center and experiential learning. Unika Atma Jaya's management program develops learning using IT platforms for business simulations to train students' way of thinking about business processes within the company virtually. This study wants to examine how a business simulation class student's experience impacts student business competency and learning outcomes in learning Business Simulation. The results showed that student experience through perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment affected learning outcomes mediated by student business competency.

Pengambilan keputusan terbaik yang diambil sekelompok orang merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam karya ilmiah ini diterapkan metode Fuzzy Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS) untuk menetapkan alternatif ideal dari sejumlah alternatif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu. Kasus pengambilan keputusan dalam karya ilmiah ini adalah penentuan model pembelajaran yang ideal menurut persepsi mahasiswa program magister matematika IPB. Alternatif model pembelajaran yang dipilih berada dalam ranah teacher center learning dan student center learning. Menggunakan metode TOPSIS berdasarkan data hasil kuesioner, diperoleh model pembelajaran ideal bagi mahasiswa magister matematika IPB.

ABSTRACT The objectives and targets in this study was to determine the effect of learning models and the ability dance movement toward early childhood emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize emotions, managing emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing emotions of others (empathy) and the ability to build relationships (cooperation) with other people. The research method used in this study is the experimental method. In the experiment, there are two groups of subjects namely experimental group and control group. Because the research hypothesis is the hypothesis of interaction, then the most appropriate design is factorial desig;n, factorial design used was 2 x 2 fac- torial design. Treatment variable is the learning model, are considered to be a model student center and a teacher center, while the variable attribute is the ability to dance, dance movement capabilities are classified into high and low dance movement. The results showed that there are significant learn- ing model and the ability to dance on the emotional intelligence of young children. The implications obtained in this study that the experience of dance movement with a model of student learning center is an important cornerstone in the development of emotional intelligence since early childhood. Based on the best learning implications Art Culture and Skills should give students experience in dance movement. With that in mind, the potential students will be able to develop optimally. Kata Kunci: Learning model, dance movement, and  emotional  intelligence

<p>“Metode TPS (<em>Think Pair Share</em>) adalah proses pembelajaran yang merangsang mahasiswa untuk berfikir, mendiskusikan secara berpasangan, dan mempersentasikan atau berbagi pendapat dengan mahasiswa yang lain”. Dengan metode ini mahasiswa dapat mengikuti perkuliahan dengan jalan berpikir, berkerjasama, dan melakukan kegiatan berbagi   pada sesama mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah Pengantar Bisnis pada semester yang bersamaan. Namun, kenyataannya yang ada pembelajaran di kelas yang terjadi dosen sulit melakukan pengelolaaan kelas, interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa kurang optimal, hal ini dikarenakan pada umumnya dosen dalam memberi kuliah, mengajar dengan menerangkan materi dengan bergantung pada metode ceramah, sehingga mahasiswa menjadi pasif dan lebih bersifat <em>”teacher center”. </em>Harapannya dengan diterapkannya metode TPS dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa dapat menemukan materi pembelajaran secara mandiri dengan dipandu oleh dosen, kemudian memecahkan masalah dengan berpikir, kemudian berpasasangan dengan  teman diskusi dan kemudian berbagi, maka pembelajaran di kelas akan mendorong mahasiswa lebih aktif dan tercipta pembelajaran yang <em>“student center” </em>Dengan pelaksanaan penerapan Program Penugasan dosen di Sekolah yang diterapkan di Program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi pada mata kuliah Pengantar Bisnis dengan mengguna- kan metode TPS <em>(Think-Pair-Share) </em>pembelajaran di kelas mahasiswa lebih aktif dan penuh perhatian terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Pelaksanaan metode TPS dapat   berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang direncanakan dan sudah diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran.</p><p> </p>

Abstract             His study aims to see the effectiveness of learning methods scl (student center learning) and tcl (teacher center learning) on intrinsic & extrinsic motivation student psychology UNTAG Surabaya Year 2014-2015. The research subjects took random sampling of 100 students from the class of 2014 and 2015. The intrinsic and extrinsic motivation scales used consisted of 21 valid and reliable items. The data were analyzed using Independent Sample T Test test which had previously tested normality and homogeneity. Based on the calculation result known Sig value. 0,946> 0,05 meaning that there is no difference of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation at UNTAG student of psychology class of 2014 and 2015 which received learning method scl (student center learning) and tcl (teacher center learning). Keyword: intrinsic & extrinsic motivation, scl (student center learning) and tcl (teacher center learning)

Pembelajaran yang selama ini menekankan pada model teacher-center-learning harus berubah menjadi student-center-learning dengan beriringan penggunaan teknologi dan cara-cara baru dalam perkembangan jasa pendidikan, oleh karena itu mahasiswa menjadi aspek penting dalam model pembelajaran sehingga harus diposisikan sebagai subjek penting dalam proses tersebut, hubungan dosen dan mahasiwa harus bersifat parnertship, belajar harus menyenangkan, dapat menciptakan saling kerjasama dan saling terlibat. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kualitas proses pembelajaran dan kompetensi-dosen terhadap motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan survei pada mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah teori ekonomi mikro dengan sampel 34 mahasiswa, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan multiple regression. Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kualitas proses pembelajaran (KPB) berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, kompetensi-dosen (KD) berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, dua variabel bebas juga menunjukkan bersama-sama mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Hasil lain menunjukkan kompetensi dosen memberikan dampak yang dominan dalam memotivasi belajar, dalam praktiknya perlu upaya meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kualitas proses pembelajaran, karena dengan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang baik akan menimbulkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa terdorong untuk berprestasi, peningkatan kompetensi dosen yang lebih baik dan berkualitas seiring perkembangan teknologi dan perkembangan di industri jasa pendikan.

This article aims to add to the scientific treasures of online learning strategies during the covid-19 outbreak in the PAI study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, making it easier for readers to find references about this article. The research approach in this article is descriptive qualitative with data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation in the field. The results of this study found that the online learning strategy during the covid-19 outbreak in the PAI study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, namely learning focused on online learning applications with a student center approach, teacher center and stimulus response and paying attention to 4 stages, namely determining time management, preparing technology needed, study seriously and maintain communication.

The cultivation of students' core literacy is a hot topic in the education sector at this stage. Teachers play an important role in the formation of students' core literacy. Under the core literacy concept, the society puts higher demands on teachers. Teachers also need to face the transformation of the knowledge base to the competency standard, the transition from “teacher center” to “student center”, “de-situation teaching” to “situation teaching”. A series of challenges. In order to truly develop the core literacy of students, it is necessary to establish a national core literacy standard for teachers, increase teacher training based on core literacy, and continuously learn and develop the teachers themselves to lead the professional development of teachers and develop core literacy for students. The relevant content is integrated into it.

At present, there are still many colleges that use Teacher Center Learning (TCL) based learning models. And this has resulted in the low interest of students in following the learning process. The result of the above problem is the decline in student learning outcomes. This study aims to develop a learning media based on Student Center Learning (SCL), by using an E-Task application that can improve students' results and independence in Information Systems Project Management subjects. Where in this case the student will use the E-Task application in working on assignments given by Lecturers independently or in groups, so that in terms of increasing student independence. This research uses the basic concept of system development life cycle (SDLC) system development which is described by the UML system design tool. The designed system flow is illustrated by global design, namely Use Case Diagram. The final result of this research is an E-Task application that is designed attractively so that students are expected to be able to independently carry out their duties and give their assignments to Lecturers anywhere and anytime. With this application students are able to actively work together, so that assignments given to students can be completed quickly, and this application can improve student learning outcomes.

The objective of this study was to obtain an innovative instructional material based on local culture of Perdikan Cahyana area to promote students’ competences in appreciating fiction stories. The material was developed based on the fiction aspects to meet the requirement of curriculum subject for the fifth-grade students in elementary school and followed by the need analysis results. The material was designed in printed form and it was standardized to meet good quality learning material for elementary student purposes. The results showed that the developed fiction material was categorized as very good. The material was effective to use and be able to motivate the students to appreciate fiction stories. The developed material facilitated the students to involve in the learning process actively which made the learning move from teacher center to student center learning. The significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a positive improvement and significant value of learning outcomes of the fiction stories appreciation after the use of developed instructional material.
