<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

  The purpose of research is to know the influence of religiality, quality of service, quality of products to customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch Helper Darussalam. Sample of this research as much as 100 customers using the formula Slovin with a sample technique is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used is the primary data obtained by using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that religiusity, quality of service, the product quality is the simultaneous effect on customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch maid Darussalam. A partial factor of religiusity and quality of service, the culinary products to give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, but one of the variables (product culitas) has a level of Lower influence than the variable religiusisity and quality of service.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product availability and price perception on purchasing decisions and their implications for customer loyalty. Customers from PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia was taken as a respondent, both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Secondary data is taken from various sources such as journals, books and other data. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the target respondents. Using accidental sampling technique, the total number of respondents collected was 100 respondents. Path analysis is applied in this research. The results show that product quality, product availability and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. It was found that the quality of the product, Product availability and purchasing decisions have a significant influence on loyal consumers. At the managerial level, this research contributed to PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia, to improve product availability and product quality if you want to purchase decisions and increase customer loyalty.

<p>This study aims to determine the quality of the product in Counter Andris Reload Cellular  Madiun,  to determine  the level  of customer  loyalty  in Counter Andris  Reload Cellular Madiun, and to know is there any effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, The samples in this study using saturated sample as many 45 people without regard to existing strata in the population.  Data collection using questionnaires  and documentation. The research design used in this study was a descriptive correlational  design. In the statistical methods used to analyze the data with the regression formula and product moment  correlation. The results showed that the quality of products have influence at the same time a positive relationship to customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. It is derived from the value  of 0.724 while the value rcount and rtable 0.294 (0.724 &gt; 0.294). By this means Ha acceptable product quality has a relationship with customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, It also obtained the value of the F test, Fcount at 47,372 while Ftable  of 4.06 (47,372 &gt; 4.06). This means that there is rejection of HO which indicates that there are significant between product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. By this Ineans Ha received no difference between the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun.</p>

The problem occurred in Rumah Makan Bebek Pak Ndut based on observations conducted by researchers after conducting interviews to customers showed that customers still feel less satisfied with the price, quality of products and services. The price applied is still at a value less precise by some customers, the quality of the product is less in accordance with the expected and the service that looks less to customers who ask for orders that do not come. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of price (X1), product quality (X2) and quality of service (X3) partially and simultaneously to customer satisfaction (Y) as well as to know and analyze the most influential customer satisfaction in the Pak Ndut restaurant in Samarinda ". Primary Data is obtained by spreading the questionnaire to the customers. Secondary Data is obtained by conducting field observations. Data was analyzed using simple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS statistical version 22. The results of this study were price variables and service quality variables partially influential insignificant to the customer satisfaction variables while the product quality variables partially impact significantly on the customer satisfaction variables, price variables, product quality and service quality simultaneously influence insignificant to the customer satisfaction variables and the most significant product quality variables against customer satisfaction variables. Rumah Makan Bebek Dan Ayam Goreng Pak Ndut The price that is set by the restaurant should be adjusted again with the quality of the customer received, in terms of quality products can be done by providing training to employees in the field of condiments so that the taste is maintained and does not eliminate the characteristic and improve the quality of service.

This study intends to know the influences of service quality perspective Islamic on the satisfication and the customer loyalty of Grand Hotel Kalimas in Surabaya. In achieving the aim, this study uses quantitative approach particularly in path analysis. Questioner is used in this study as primary data source of this study, moreover the data sampling of this study taken from 30 respondents. Meanwhile, method of data collection uses probability sampling with accidental sampling approach.For the results, the writer finds that the quality of perspective Islamic gives significant impact toward the satisfication of the customer, but it does not give significant impact toward the loyalty of customer. However, the satisfication of the customer gives significant influence toward the loyalty of the customer, Islamic perspective of service quality indirect effect on customer loyalty.

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

The result or outcome of an entity for its deliberate operational success is the outcome or outcome of an institution with regard to the desired objectives and targets. Operational output the study utilizes the analytical data collection process. For analysis, though, it will use both primary and secondary information. The main statistics is information that the author gathers through surveys or questionnaires and the secondary data is the data collected from prior studies and research. The study examined the effect of change management on the quality of workers, taking into account many factors such as ethics, productivity, morale and interaction among others. The research findings have shown that the greater the integrity of workers and the better the interaction, the higher the productivity and the lower the attrition. The study analyzed the impact of change management on employees’ performance, taking into account many factors such as organizational ethics, recruitment, morale and interaction. The research results demonstrate that the higher the moral and communication standards of employees are at work, the greater the retention and the lower the turnover.

The purpose of this research is to (1) know customer responses to brand image, product quality, and customer loyalty of Cekeran Midun, (2) know how big the influence of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty are. The methods used are descriptive and verificative analysis. Data were primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to 87 customers in Cekeran Midun Cikutra branch, Bandung. Secondary data was obtained from literature texts, journals and other sources that fit the topic of research. The result of analysis and discussion showed that Cekeran Midun Bandung applied brand image in 4 forms namely, recognition, reputation, affinity and domain. Cekeran Midun also implemented 8 forms of product quality i.e. performance, durability, conformance to specifications, features, reliability, aesthetics, perceived quality and serviceability. The influence of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty was 23.32%.

This research aims to know the level of employee engagement, turnover intention, and influence employee engagement against turnover intention. The methods used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, while the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire as a primary data and international journals as well as books as the secondary data. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the regression equation is Y = 68,179-0,215X. The results showed that there were negative and significant influence between employee engagement and turnover intention is amount -0.215 and employee engagement affect turnover intention is amount 7.8%.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on buyer loyalty at Green Mart in Namrolesupermarkets. This research is quantitative. This research took place in the city of Namrole with the object of research at the Green Mart Supermarket. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research were survey and literature study. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study used regression analysis. This analysis is used to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. This implies that, if customer satisfaction increases, loyalty also tends to increase, if a customer is satisfied with the value provided by the products sold and the services received from Supermarkets, Green Mart is very likely to become loyal customers to Supermarkets. Green Mart for a long time. However, if customer satisfaction decreases, loyalty tends to decrease. Increased customer satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the product and quality of products sold by various stores and according to the market tastes of shop consumers, friendliness, speed of service, and ease of transactions.
