Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SDN Tlambah 2, Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang. Perencanaan pembelajaran tematik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran tematik. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah guru kelas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tlambah 2, Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, menggunakan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi dalam setiap siklus. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini disimpulkan bahwa supervisi kelompok dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas di SDN Tlambah 2 Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang.   Kata kunci: kolaboratif, kompetensi, tematik     Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of increasing the competency of teachers in SDN Tlambah 2, Karangpenang Sampang District, Spreading thematic learning planning in improving the quality of thematic learning. This research was conducted with the aims to improve the competence of developing thematic learning plans in improving the quality of thematic learning in class I, II, and III in primary school Ungaran 05. Subjek research in this action research is a low-grade teacher at SD Negeri Ungaran 05. The school action researcher was conducted in two cycles, with the stages of planning, acting, observing and reflecting in each cycle. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of school action research concluded that group supervision with collaborative approach can improve the competence of lower class teachers in Elementary School Ungaran 05 in preparing thematic lesson planning.

Based on observations of the competence of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency in compiling reports on school action research, it was found that the phenomenon that the professional competence of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research (CAR) was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information on improving teacher professional competence in compiling classroom action research reports through the CLCK (Example, Exercise, Control, Independ-ent Work) coaching model in SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency. This research is a School Ac-tion Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflec-tion. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 teach-ers of SMA Negeri 1 Panga, Aceh Jaya Regency. The research data were collected using observation sheets. The data were analyzed using success rates. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring-based CLCK coaching model can improve the ability of teachers to compile classroom action research reports at SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency. Analysis of the quality of the CAR reports prepared by teachers shows that the professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports has increased from cycle I to cycle II. The professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) in-creased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

<em>The aims of this study is to improve teacher potential through Bimtek to compile the 2013 Curriculum Syllabus in Cluster 1 of Kintamani District, and Bangli Regency. This study was Regional School Action Research (PTSW) using two cycle designs and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. In collecting the data, this study used measurement techniques, in the form of tests to obtain quantitative data. The observation sheet is used to obtain qualitative data. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. There are 11 Hinduism Teachers, in Cluster 1 with less moderate and capable criteria. The teachers are ability to compile the syllabus as a classroom learning plan. The results showed that the quality of Hindu teachers in Cluster I gets enough title and the teacher who gets a good predicate is 45% so that the increase is 17% from enough to good. Furthermore, while the first cycle received a very good predicate as much as 18% in cycle 2 to 55% so that it experienced a 37% increase in the number of syllabus compilation from cycle I to cycle II. However, based on the result of this study was effective to achieve the target.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of integrated thematic instructional, through contextual learning model, for improving performance of students with mild intellectual disability. This research uses classroom action research (Action Research), included collaboration with classroom teachers. The subjects of this research are four students with mild intellectual disability in grade VIII. This study uses a cycle, in each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collected through observation, and tests. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that, integrated thematic instructional, through contextual learning model, has changed performance of the students from cycle I to cycle II. The result of cycle I showed that the performance of the four students are R = 48%, T =54%, K =63% and S =59%. In cycle II, the performance of students increasing, R = 69%, T = 75%, K = 85%, and S = 81%. It could be concluded that integrated thematic instructional, through contextual learning model, effective for improving performance of students with mild intellectual disability.

The objective of this classroom action research was to identify impact of the implementation of curriculum 2013 on science thematic learning by using school environment media to improve students’ science process skill. Classroom action research design The design of the classroom action research applies cycle model that, consists of planning, action, observation and reflection steps. Research subjects were fourth grade students in one of elementary schools in Magelang. Data analysis technique was quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis. Science process skill data of the student were described in percentage and then classified in categories to describe the achievement level of each assessment aspect. Students’ science process skills in cycle I was 84.5% whereas in cycle II was 87.1%, therefore we concluded that the implementation of curriculum 2013 on scientific thematic learning by using school environment media can improve students’ science process skill, in which it increased learning quality in “Peduli terhadap Makhluk Hidup” theme and “Ayo Cintai Lingkungan” subtheme.Keywords: scientific thematic learning, school environment media, science process skill ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembelajaran tematik menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dengan media lingkungan sekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas yang diambil yaitu model siklus, yang pada setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV di salah satu Sekolah dasar (SD) di Magelang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Data keterampilan proses dan penguasaan konsep siswa dideskripsikan dalam persentase kemudian diklasifikasikan dalam kategori untuk mengetahui tingkatan keberhasilan setiap aspek penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil penilaian keterampilan proses sains siswa pada siklus I adalah 84,5% sedangkan pada siklus II adalah 87,1%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pembelajaran tematik menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dengan media lingkungan sekolah dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran khususnya pada tema Peduli terhadap Makhluk Hidup dan subtema Ayo Cintai LingkunganKata kunci: keterampilan proses sains, media lingkungan sekolah, pembelajaran tematik saintifik

This classroom action research aimed to increase students� answering activity and quality of the answer to questions asked in Strategi Pembelajaran Kimia course. This research was done in two cycles each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. Instruments used in this research were observation sheet and questionnaire. Prompting questions had been designed for each meeting. Primary action given was asking prompting questions in learning. Two observers did observation and lecture was recorded with camera. Observation data from observers and camera recording were analyzed descriptively to get percentage of students who answered question before and after prompting was given as well as to get percentage of keywords in the answer given by students. The result showed that students� answering activity increased after prompting was given. The quality of the answer got better with prompting questions as well. The aid of visual media given in the next cycle showed that students dared to explain concepts they had not been familiar with. Other actions that increased students� answering activity were time and reward givings. Data from questionnaire distributed at the end of the course showed that students like prompting questions because they could understand the question and concept asked and then find the answer.

The purpose of this study was to improve students' cognitive abilities in the implementation of the mathematics learning process by using problem posing strategies. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) in collaboration with teachers in Mathematics. This research was conducted at Padangsidimpuan Middle School 7. With research subjects class VII-1, amounting to 28 people. Data collection instruments used were tests. CAR procedures start from the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle having 2 meetings. The results of this study indicate that the cognitive abilities of students of class VII-1 SMP N 7 Padangsidimpuan increased by using the Problem Posing strategy. Because the increase in students' cognitive abilities through tests given during the learning process took place from the first cycle of the first meeting from 53.57% to 57.14% the first cycle of the second meeting and the second cycle of the first meeting from 75% to 85.14% the second cycle of the second meeting . In accordance with the indicators of the action of this study the results obtained have passed the predetermined average value of the average value of 75 until the second cycle of meeting 2 which is 77.92 with the percentage of students who complete 85.72.

Similarity and Congruences is a part of geometry which is considered by students as a difficult Topic. It was detected by a low result study and incompleteness of learning achievement clasiccaly. The using of Learning Copperative Model type Jigsaw is considered as an alternative to improve learning achievement of MTs Modern Puteri Cindai Alus Students because it can make student has a responsibility on their study and make an active discussion in Solving Problem. The research method is Action Research which consists of four steps, Planning, Action, Observation dan Reflection in two cycles. The research subjects are 20 students of Class IX MTs Modern Puteri Cindai Alus. The research results shows that there ia an improving of results study from middle to good category and leaning achivement classicaly improve from less to good category.

The study aims to improve the quality of learning science in designing at PGSD students of Universitas Flores through ADDIE model with local wisdom based. The research was a classroom action research with some steps such as planning, action,  observation and reflection. The data included science learning  product with Ende-Lio local wisdom based, students activities and creativity. The result was that the product evaluation in cycle I reached 70%. In cycle II,  the percentage improved for 92%. The activities and creativity were also improved. In conclusion,  ADDIE model with Ende-Lio local wisdon based can improve students ability in designing science learning. Keywords: ADDIE Model, Local Wisdom Ende-Lio, Teaching Design

This study aimed to determine the increase in student activity in writing inspirational story texts through audiovisual media in class IX.3 in the 2nd Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year at SMPN 1 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), with four activities: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 30 students of class IX.3 consisting of 10 boys and 20 girls. Based on the findings during the study, it can be concluded that students' activity in writing inspirational story texts can be increased through audiovisual media.
