When talking about the educational profession, then it is certainly not separated from things that exist in schools such as teachers, principals, students and teaching and learning processes that occur in it. On the other hand, in the world of education, administration is very necessary for the continuity of the teaching and learning process. All that can not be separated from the activeness of those who master the administration in schools, including the participation of teachers. In fact, if the administration is handled by people who are less skilled, then the administration will certainly fall apart. People who hold administration are people who have been trained in their fields (people who have received knowledge / training). Administration is not only in financial matters but also in order in bookkeeping. not only done in a certain time, but every day systematically. The success of education in schools must be supported by regular, directed and planned school administration services.

They are not separated from the activation of people who have mastered administration in school including the role of teachers.The success of education in schools should be supported by regular, directed and planned school administration services. Where in the implementation must follow the increasingly competitive and more modern times. Therefore, there needs to be a division of the task of the administration that is clear and programmatic in every school.

This article is a potrait of constructing frame of mind in writing, communication and human being. Communication is a process of transforming idea to the other in which the idea can be formed through encoding process to be reformed and reconstructed in decoding process by receiver. The new order framework is the new paradigm of mind. Further more, writing is an action to pour idea to be sedimented and embeded in the form of documented written. Related to writing, communication means transfering message from sender to the other either verbal and or non-verbal process. On the other hand, humaniora is a realm of meaning within human spirit to be humanized and civilized by oneself through education. Educating human being is also a teaching and learning process toward oneself-personalization. The personalization is so called humanization process.

The first theories of race were attempts to explain why the peoples of Europe (or sometimes particular peoples within Europe) had developed a higher civilization than the peoples of other regions. They attributed inequality in development to different biological inheritance, undervaluing the importance of the learning process. Between the world wars social scientists demonstrated how many apparently natural differences, and attitudes towards other groups, were not inherited but learned behaviour. They asked instead why people should entertain false ideas about members of other groups. As the twentieth century comes to an end, it is claimed on the one hand that processes of racial group formation can be explained in the same terms as those used for explaining group phenomena in general. On the other hand it is maintained that the only possible theories are those explaining why, in particular societies and at particular times, racism assumes a given form.

As a professional, teacher should find best strategies in encouraging students’ motivation in learning. Students who are learning English also believe that learning English is learning how to speak. Teaching speaking means employ some strategies, methods and approaches to encourage students’ mood and motivation to speak. In On the other hand, the comprehensibility between participants in the conversation also becomes significant.  Based on the observation during the teaching and learning process in the study programs of counceling and guidance at STKIP Bima, it was found that the students’ abilities, motivations, and curiosities in speaking English decreased. They were afraid to practice their speaking ability. Therefore, Asset Based Thinking (ABT) was proposed as in motivating the students to practice and improve their speaking ability. ABT Method is a method that focuses on how lecturer motivated the students to find their strength (potential, skills, knowledge and ability) and how they use the strength as an asset in reaching their target of learning. the participants were 30 students from Counseling and Guidance Study Program of STKIP Bima. The data were Collected by observing the students’ pre activities and post activities, and oral Interview was conducted in getting the information about the students’ speaking ability. The data were analized by using IBM SPSS Ver. 23. Through the analysis it was found that For the reason, the statistic count  < statistic table (6.00 < 152). The analysis promoted that the students’ motivation in practicing their speaking ability after taught by using ABT would significantly increase rather than students’ motivation before they were taught by using ABT.

Character education and development of Pancasila values need to be implemented ??in schools to face globalization era that will bring many changes along with acceleration of new cultures and civilizations from various nations in the world. It means the world of education in generating quality of human resources and professionals must prepare a competitive generation of characters. A concrete steps to realize together is character education from an early age. On the other hand, the teacher as the spearhead in education world can insert character implementation in every learning process. One effective step that can be done is to implement cooperative script strategy in learning process and character implementation.

Students’ engagement in completing written assignments or learning activities may, in part, serve the purpose of achieving their learning goals. Assessing student work based on clearly stated course objectives, on the other hand, helps instructors to teach effectively by reaching out to each individual student with strategies compatible to the student’s needs and learning level. Such a teaching and learning process may be viewed as coaching through assessment (Chang & Petersen, 2006). It is an essential vehicle that students use to continuously reflect on and construct their particular knowledge and skills (Chang, 2007; Chang & Petersen, 2006; MacDonald & Twining, 2002). Without it, as found by Lim & Cheah (2003), students may feel lost and detach themselves from learning.

Bogdan and Taylor (in Moleong, 2015 : 4) said that qualitative is one of the research procedures that analyzes descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and the behavior of the people observed. This research uses the literature method. Administration is an effort to create cooperation between teachers, education staff, students, the community, so that the learning process becomes effective. Because, the administration has a goal to achieve what is the goal of education. Education administration is very necessary for the ongoing process of teaching and learning in the world of education. Internet of Thing (IoT) is one of the elements that drive the development of the Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0). Therefore, IoT has become the most important agenda in the globalization era including the field of education. The IoT element has been widely engaged in higher education syllabus. However, in COVID 19 pandemic, the teaching and learning process for IoT becomes more challenging and difficult to deliver. As a solution, the Educational Kit for IoT Online Learning has been developed. This online learning kit will help students to practically learn the IoT without a face to face lecture. The objectives of the paper are to provide an overview of existing IoT education solutions and to develop IoT online learning kit. This learning kit consists of IoT development hardware and software which are equipped with a camera that connected to the online conference software. This paper will explain the development of the kit. Compared to other kits, this learning kit can directly be used for online learning and helps students to practice IoT at home, especially during a pandemic. On the other hand, IoT Online Kits is a pioneer in higher education for practical online learning.

The didactic technology is a necessary hybridization for the training of researchers. On the one hand, the didactic provides the validated processes for the teaching and learning process of the research based on the presence, experience and expertise of the researcher; and on the other hand, technology provides online statistical tools, programs for the analysis of qualitative data, which are the essential elements that new researchers of science should have. This article reflects on the incorporation of didactic technology as a branch of knowledge to face scientific research, whose responsibility is the generation and application of knowledge from the university environment. It concludes in the need to train researchers capable of the domain of investigative and competent to operate in any part of the world.

Most studies of Simone de Beauvoir situate her with respect to Hegel and the tradition of 20th-century phenomenology begun by Husserl, Heidegger, and Merleau-Ponty. This book analyzes The Second Sex in light of the concepts of becoming, problematization, and the Other found in Gilles Deleuze. Reading Beauvoir through a Deleuzian lens allows more emphasis to be placed on Beauvoir's early interest in Bergson and Leibniz, and on the individuation of consciousness, a puzzle of continuing interest to both phenomenologists and Deleuzians. By engaging with the philosophical issues in her novels and student diaries, this book rethinks Beauvoir’s focus on recognition in The Second Sex in terms of women’s struggle to individuate themselves despite sexist forms of representation. It shows how specific forms of women’s “lived experience” can be understood as the result of habits conforming to and resisting this sexist “sense.” Later feminists put forward important criticisms regarding Beauvoir’s claims not to be a philosopher, as well as the value of sexual difference and the supposedly Eurocentric universalism of her thought. Deleuzians, on the other hand, might well object to her ideas about recognition. This book attempts to address those criticisms, while challenging the historicist assumptions behind many efforts to establish Beauvoir’s significance as a philosopher and feminist thinker. As a result, readers can establish a productive relationship between Beauvoir’s “problems” and those of women around the world who read her work under very different circumstances.
