Character education and development of Pancasila values need to be implemented ??in schools to face globalization era that will bring many changes along with acceleration of new cultures and civilizations from various nations in the world. It means the world of education in generating quality of human resources and professionals must prepare a competitive generation of characters. A concrete steps to realize together is character education from an early age. On the other hand, the teacher as the spearhead in education world can insert character implementation in every learning process. One effective step that can be done is to implement cooperative script strategy in learning process and character implementation.

Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. The more the spirit of study of the Qur'an is increasing, so the spirit of studying the Qur'an is never lost, For that, learning knowledge about the Qur'an should be given to all students, ranging from the level of childhood to they mature later. On the other hand, character education that is currently being promoted and developed by the government is an education that prioritizes the behavior of good morality. The education of this character emerges and rises to the surface is a reaction to the advancement of pedagogig (education) naturalistic and instrumentalism. al-Qur'an that in essence already covers the whole aspects of life, including also the education, so that can be interpreted by studying the Qur'an means the same as improving the character of each child itself. The phenomenon in Madrasah Diniyah in his learning process emphasizes more on religious teaching sessions, as well as the education of the Qur'an, and as the pattern of association of students, that they are in daily life more prioritizes the manners that is already one of the characteristics of has in character education . For that, at a glance the authors assume that character education is an application of education of the Qur'an that they have learned so far.

Indonesia gets demographic bonus in 2015-2035. Demographic bonus is when the number of productive population of the age of 15-64 years reaches about 70% or about 180 million people and the rest is about 30% or about 60 million people of unproductive age. The demographic bonus is like a double-edged sword. This demographic bonus becomes a profitable phenomenon on the one hand and on the other hand can be disastrous for a country. Beneficial and potential if a country is able to prepare its young generation with a quality generation and vice versa would be disastrous if the state is unable to prepare its human resources. High quality human resources both in terms of education, health, skills so as to compete in the world of work. This phenomenon is of course interesting to be studied further, especially how the opportunities and challenges for diversity in Indonesia.

The purpose of this article is to identify what are the human resources processes to be implemented in orthodontic practices to both improve the management of patients, but also the profitability of the structure in terms of both organization and financial. The work on the cohesion of the teams will create a collective commitment which depends on the one hand on the quality of the recruitment of the employees, and then on the motivation levers set up within the teams and maintained over time. In the teams the intergenerational collaboration must be managed and optimized. On the other hand, the orthodontist leader must have a clear strategy and clear objectives to be able to communicate effectively. He must also know the communication tools according to the circumstances to convey the messages he needs.

This article aims to examine the importance of character education to create Indonesian people who have knowledge, have noble morals, have personality and character. The writing of this article uses the librarian method and in-depth study of the literature. The issue of the character of students and the character of the nation is currently the most important issue for the world of education in the country. Education includes two main interests, namely the development of individual potential and the inheritance of cultural values. There are three foundations that make up the philosophy of education, namely: the ontological, epistemological and axiological foundation. A person who is studying education is required to think about essential problems regarding education. Various problems of the nation today can only be fixed by individuals of the younger generation with character: smart, quality, ethical, disciplined, honest, hard work and moral. It is hoped that the development of Indonesia's young generation can become the identity of the nation's children in the era of globalization and acculturation of world culture, and can encourage independence in an effort to increase the competitiveness of Indonesia's young generation. The back and forth of the nation's future is very much determined by the quality of human resources who are intelligent, have character, have good character, in accordance with the philosophy and goals of national education.
