Nowadays a Social entrepreneurship is most important field in all service and public sectors. In other ways it gives all way ofthinking in a social terms like poverty and hunger. Also it is compelling life stories and it gives a progress against increasingWorld issues of poor living and sickness. This term offers the opportunities of living and money for poor people by representinghigher level of social problems. It also gives a chance of improvement by insights process of social entrepreneur’s analysis. Inthe little business these social things, usually reinvent the fact that they have to struggle for maintaining and managing sm allbusiness with comparatively other variety of business. So usually a management can be done in social entrepreneurs in rarebasis for the self fulfilment of all data, in company these issues is ahead from many years by doing isolation, these are hoppingfor complete impact in these issues for better economic growth. There are lots of challenging changes has to do to performthese management in all over World. The most important thing is done in this paper is to make a high level of quality analysis insocial entrepreneurship as on the demand of sectors. These is made so fast as it affect all others analysis like educationdepartment of tenure and recognition

Entrepreneurship has been an attractive topic for scholars over several decades. However, social entrepreneurship has remained relatively understudied in scale and scope. More specifically, the aspect of women in entrepreneurship is mostly untouched. Therefore, this chapter aims to examine the role of women in social entrepreneurship in an emerging economy such as Turkey. This research provides literature on definitions of social entrepreneurship and the differences between social entrepreneurship and business entrepreneurship by taking the historical development of entrepreneurship into account. Secondary data of four difference-maker women entrepreneurs are demonstrated through analyzing videos, newspapers, websites, and interviews of the entrepreneurs. Four different life stories of social entrepreneurs suggest that Turkish women social entrepreneurs face many challenges from their environment. The life stories indicate that they touched women's lives by improving their social status as well as economic conditions.

Social entrepreneurship (SE) could be implemented to reveal the contribution of potential business opportunity and added value creation for its surrounding community. In the context of SME and cluster development, the SE implementation is more likely to be found in the kampong area, which has a high level of kinship system. This condition makes the application of local entrepreneurship in some cases potentially forms the characteristic of kampong through the diffusion of business innovation. This research depicts how the role of social entrepreneurs is capable of creating the characteristics of creative kampong by taking the study area in Semarang City. Through the cluster business approach, the result of this research shows the entrepreneurship transformation in becoming social entrepreneurship, in line with the development of kampong to become creative kampong by the role of social entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurship transformation occurs because of the stimulation of absorbed innovation transfer massively by the community. The implementation of local entrepreneurship has indeed influenced the characteristics of kampong and in some extents, can create the identity of creative kampong in Semarang City.

Purpose Social entrepreneurship is gradually becoming a potent driving force for economic and social development in developing countries as a result of governance deficits. The purpose of this study is to examine the determinant factors of successful social entrepreneurship in the emerging circular economy of Lebanon. The objective extends to exploring the mediating role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the success of social entrepreneurship in Lebanon. Design/methodology/approach Using a cross-sectional survey design, the authors collected primary data from 389 social entrepreneurs through questionnaires in selected locations in Lebanon. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The hypotheses were tested using linear regression and structural equation modeling (SEM) for predicting the impact of independent variable on the dependent variable. The validity, progressive and various models fits were tested using root mean square of approximation, root mean square of residuals, standard root mean square residuals, incremental fit index, fitness of the extracted and non-normal fit index. Findings The SEM estimations reveal that three main factors determine the success of social entrepreneurs in Lebanon, namely, environmental factors, psychological factors and prior experience. Moreover, the results reveal that support of NGOs positively moderates the relationships between the success of social entrepreneurship and two different variables (psychological factors and environmental factors), but failed to moderate the relationships between success of social entrepreneurship and four variables (experience, education, leadership and founding team composition). Originality/value The study contributes to the entrepreneurship and circular economy literature by explicating empirically the determinant factors of successful social entrepreneurship in Lebanon’s emerging circular economy. It also provides a fact-based social awareness on the role of local and international NGOs in supporting the social entrepreneurs in driving the idea of a circular economy. The study also validates multiple entrepreneurship theories.

The article explores the central role of the entrepreneur in neoliberalism. It demonstrates how a displacement and a broadening of the concept of the entrepreneur occur in the neoliberal interpretation of the entrepreneur compared to Schumpeter’s economic innovation theory. From being a specific economic figure with a particular delimited function the entrepreneur is reinterpreted as, on the one hand, a particular type of subject, the entrepreneur of the self, and on the other, an ism, entrepreneurialism, which permeates individuals, society, and institutions. Entrepreneurialism is discussed as a movement of the economic into previously non-economic domains, such as the welfare state and society. Social entrepreneurship is an example of this in relation to solutions to social welfare problems. This can, on the one hand, be understood as an extension of the neoliberal understanding of the entrepreneur, but it also, in certain interpretations, resists the neoliberal understanding of economy and society.


This article presents a causative approach to the field of connection between social entrepreneurship and democracy. The background of social entrepreneurship appearance and improving of democratic norms in the developed countries are shown. The impact of democracy on social entrepreneurship is described by paying attention on the following issues: (1) Analyzes of different scientists views on the essence of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur. (2) The role of democracy development for forming creative society with free people and freethinking. (3) Situation in the Ukrainian society in the sphere of social entrepreneurship promoting and further strengthen of democratic norms. Introduction of the paper briefly displays the importance of social entrepreneurship increase for society enhancements and growing democratic initiatives. Part I discusses the democratic development and social entrepreneurs activities as main factors for future prosperity of the country. In Part II, the attention is concentrated on social entrepreneurship promoting in Ukraine and its impact for further society development as real example with its peculiarities due to the political and economic situation in the state.

This chapter examines the role of social enterprises/entrepreneurs from the perspective of the COVID-19 outbreak and discussed the importance of social entrepreneurship. In this context, answers to the following questions are sought: Did social enterprises/entrepreneurs stand out during the COVID-19 era, particularly the social value they created? Do social enterprises/entrepreneurs perform studies especially for groups experiencing social exclusion during the COVID-19 era? The study based on qualitative research reveals that by producing innovative, fast, and effective solutions social initiatives have won the approval of society. The headlines of leading media outlets published between December 2019 and June 2020 and discourses from social actors confirm the rising critical value of social entrepreneurs.

There is no doubt about the relevant role of social entrepreneurs as social transformers and there seems to be broad consensus on the factors that characterize it, such as: a sustainable social orientation, the intensive use of innovation, and the aim of creating social value. This chapter offers an updated vision of social entrepreneurship around the world, showing the main advances made in recent years and analyzing the main challenges and opportunities for the near future. It includes a reflection on the concept of social entrepreneurship, since today there's not a single definition of that term, and a review of the evidence on good practices in this field, which could serve as a model for future initiatives.

Self-employment in Russia characterized by a high level of shadow employment. The special tax regime was designed to carry out this activity from shadow. In this case, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the taxpayers behavior and their tax culture. The purpose of the article is to study the tax culture, factors influencing its demonstration in the taxpayers behavior, as well as to identify the features of tax culture in the field of self-employment. The information base of the article composed documents regulating the activities of self-employed, statistical data on the quantity, structure and dynamics of self-employment in the Russia and other countries, sociological surveys of self-employed. The main difference in the interpretation of tax culture is associated with the definition of its subjects. Therefore, the role of subjective factors in the taxpayers behavior is often overestimated. It is concluded that it is necessary to consider the issue of the tax culture of the self-employed not only from the point of view of their mentality, but first of all from the point of view of the external conditions of their activity. Low and irregular incomes, lack of social guarantees and financial support lead to the formation of the self-employed tax culture in the conditions of «survival». In this regard, actions to improve the tax culture by influencing internal factors are ineffective.
