Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the main means for the prevention of workplace accidents, disabilities, and deaths for employees. One way to identify hazards is to use a work safety analysis or better known as the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), which can examine work methods and find hazards from the design of machines, tools, materials, environment, and work processes needed for workers to prevent interference with work safety. This study aims to analyze and determine the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to reduce the number of work accidents at PT. Geoservices Sangatta. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) (X) is used as an independent variable while Work Accident (Y) is the dependent variable. Primary data obtained through interviews directly with 5 employees of PT. Geoservices Sangatta. Secondary data obtained through data that is already available at PT. Geoservices Sangatta. The results showed that in the process of carrying out the work of PT. Geoservices Sangatta had made a policy that was committed to implementing occupational safety and health, as well as identifying hazards and prevention at each stage of the job namely by Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) at PT. Geoservices Sangatta can reduce the number of work accidents as seen from the decreasing number of work accidents that occurred at PT. Geoservices Sangatta in early 2020, although in the implementation there are still some lacking especially in the implementation of safety talk which only runs documents or administration, in practice, they are not routinely carried out. PT. Geoservices Sangatta should follow up with the socialization of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures to all employees, one of which is by conducting training on occupational safety and health so that all employees truly understand and realize how important K3 is to employee safety and health.

This design seeks to determine the PPE facilities available at the Workshop, symbols / cues about occupational safety and health, the conditions of the practice room and what percentage of PPE use by cadets during practice. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire and documentation used to determine PPE facilities available in the Workshop, symbols / cues about occupational safety and health, the conditions of the practice room and what percentage of the use of PPE cadets during practice. The conclusion is that the personal protective equipment (PPE) facilities in the workshop have been provided by the workshop and can be used by cadets or pasis and safely in accordance with government regulations, and the knowledge, understanding and application of cadets towards PPE have reached an average of 95%

The data collection tool in this research is by distributing questionnaires to 125 employees of production department. Analytical techniques used in the form of descriptive analysis techniques with quantitative approach. The result of descriptive statistical analysis for both variables shows the safety and health variables with employee productivity are in good category. Based on the results of testing on the implementation of occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees. It can be proven from the calculation t count = 6.359> t table = 1.979 with the percentage of influence of 24.7%.

Occupational safety and health (K3) is an effort to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere to achieve the highest productivity. Factors which influence to achieve the purpose of these efforts, including the company's commitment; leadership policy regarding (K3); policies for the creation of a work environment in order to create K3, delegation of authority, implementation of training and education during the project; prevention of workplace accidents; tracing the main causes of work accidents; measure program performance (K3); and continuous documentation and records of work accidents. The research design used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used proportional sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results show that there was a significant effect and the t test showed 6,665> t table (2,000), meaning that occupational safety and health had a significant effect on job satisfaction and there was a significant effect and the t test showed 6.802> t table (2,000), meaning spatial planning significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Project Constructions are unique, safety or security and protection factors at work become one of the most important factors of work productivity (Hanafi, 2017). Occupational safety and health have a contribution value of up to 20.2% on performance (Kartikasari, 2017). In the implementation of building projects by PT. XY found a lack of awareness of workers in the use of equipment and safety equipment, this is evident from the lack of use of protective fences and also signs/warning signs that are not fully installed. This research will discuss what are the dominant risks that influence the implementation of OHS management at PT. XY. Based on these dominant risks, this reaserch will create a safety execution development based on the Construction Extension to PMBOK Guide - 2016 Edition.
