The results of the analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help WaphPLS Ver. 5.0 provides evidence that working conditions that support teachers to implement the learning process becomes a lever entire relationship between the variables analyzed. Motivation and competence of teachers made a significant contribution to job satisfaction and performance, significant Islamic leadership on job satisfaction but not significant on teacher performance> job satisfaction proved to contribute significantly to the performance of teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of transactional and transformational leadership styles on teacher performance through job satisfaction. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 144 teachers at the State Vocational High School (SMK) in North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze data is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Method with the Amos device. The results found that transactional leadership and transformational leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance and job satisfaction has a direct effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, it was found that job satisfaction mediated the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on the performance of North Aceh District Vocational School teachers. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that school leaders or principals, to improve teacher performance, need to maintain the application of transactional and transformational leadership styles and give priority to increasing job satisfaction.

As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance.   Keywords:  training, competence, motivation, leadership, job satisfaction, performance

This research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance. The research design used a quantitative approach to causality. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. To test the mediating effect of satisfaction and the relationship between principal supervision and compensation on teacher performance, a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is used using partial least squares. Under the research results, It was found that the fact that principal supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Then compensation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The findings of the mediation effect state that job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance

Abstract. This cross-sectional study empirically examines the motivation and certification as antecedent welfare and performance of teachers and welfare as antecedent performance. Slovin formulation is used to take a sample of 244 teachers. Samples were taken from a population of 624 teachers who are already certified. Testing the model fit using Structural Equation Modeling. The test results demonstrate the value of χ2 = 449.163; p = 0.542; RMSEA = 0.000; GFI = 0.901; AGFI = 0.884; CMN / DF = 0.991; TLI = 1.001, and; CFI = 1.000. Results Analysis of Moment Structures / AMOS all support the model fit hypothesis. The findings of the study stated motivation and certification plays an important role in efforts to enhance the welfare and performance of teachers. Teacher performance can be predicted through the welfare of teachers. The research findings will be discussed in the context of motivational teacher certification program. Keywords: motivation, certification, welfare, performance

The results of the study indicate that employees were not satisfied with their work discipline, competence, and empowerment. Thus, job satisfaction cannot be compared to employee performance. Applying a survey method to reveal the perceptions of 376 employees of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, starting from August 2016 - August 2017, this study reveals work discipline, competence, and empowerment had implications for job satisfaction in improving employee performance. Data were analysed descriptively (weighted mean score) and inferentially (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that: (1) Work discipline, competence, empowerment, job satisfaction and performance of the civil servants at the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia were in “good” category, albeit not optimal; (2) Work discipline, competence, and empowerment simultaneously and partially had significant effect on civil servants’ job satisfaction at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia; and (3) Work discipline, competence, and empowerment both directly and indirectly (through Job Satisfaction) were simultaneously and significantly related to the performance of civil servants of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.
