Based on the type of research is an explanatory research that is used to describe the influence of motivation, competence and Islamic leadership on job satisfaction and teacher performance at 88 teachers Colleges in District South Halmahera in North Maluku province. The results of the analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help WaphPLS Ver. 5.0 provides evidence that working conditions that support teachers to implement the learning process becomes a lever entire relationship between the variables analyzed. Motivation and competence of teachers made a significant contribution to job satisfaction and performance, significant Islamic leadership on job satisfaction but not significant on teacher performance> job satisfaction proved to contribute significantly to the performance of teachers. On testing indirect effect, there is only one proven as a mediator variable

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 144 teachers at the State Vocational High School (SMK) in North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze data is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Method with the Amos device. The results found that transactional leadership and transformational leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance and job satisfaction has a direct effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, it was found that job satisfaction mediated the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on the performance of North Aceh District Vocational School teachers. This research is essential because the lecturers’ job satisfaction as the leading factor in higher education activities requires adequate attention. Attention should be paid through measured research to produce reliable decisions. Therefore, this research aims to examine and measure the variables of leadership behavior, work environment, and individual characteristics to know the appropriate treatments to increase lecturer job satisfaction. The research utilized the survey design on the civil servant lecturers. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling without considering strata because the respondents were almost homogeneous. The instruments were based on theory and expert recognition. The measurement and testing were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM), and the data analysis technique was assisted by SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that either partially or through mediation, leadership behavior, work environment, and individual characteristics posed positive and significant contributions to lecturer job satisfaction.

Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

This research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance. The research design used a quantitative approach to causality. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. To test the mediating effect of satisfaction and the relationship between principal supervision and compensation on teacher performance, a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is used using partial least squares. Under the research results, It was found that the fact that principal supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Then compensation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The findings of the mediation effect state that job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance
