Abstrak—The main meaning of decision making in a school is the action of releasing practical, tactical and operational actions as planning actions to be achieved, implementation strategies and problem solving strategis, through decisions based on the result of the selection of several alternative solutions deciding to achieve the objectives of the school. The strengths and weaknesses of the decision maker are determined in the style used by the principal. Decision making activities include problem identification, problem formulation, and alternative selection decisions based on calculations and various impacts that may arise. At the stage of implementation of decision making, leaders in school as leaders must make many routine decisions to control activities in accordance with the plans so that they can develop the quality of education or the quality of the shcool. While in the control phase which includes monitoring, inspection, and evaluation of the result of the implementation carried out to evaluate the implementation of the decision.

<p>The main meaning of decision-making by the headmaster is an act issuing a decision that is both tactical and operational such as planning programs to be achieved, implementation strategies and problem-solving strategies, through a decision based on the election results of several solution alternatives decided to achieve madrasah goals. The decision-making activities include<br />problem identification, problem formulation, and alternative selection decisions based on calculations and the various impacts that may arise. Pembuatan keputusan tersebut mencakup kegiatan identifikasi masalah, perumusan masalah, dan pemilihan alternatif keputusan berdasarkan perhitungan dan berbagai dampak yang mungkin timbul. Dalam tahap<br />implementasi atau operasionalnya, kepala madrasah sebagai pimpinan harus membuat banyak keputusan rutin dalam rangka mengendalikan kegiatan sesuai dengan rencana dan kondisi yang berlaku. Community Service Activities carried out by the Service Team are intended to achieve the output target of reducing the spread of covid-19 in the people of Laut Dendang Village. The community service team conducts outreach regarding improving the quality of health and education in this village, in this case the Village Head, Hamlet Head, and PKK women become participants in this outreach, so that further all participants can socialize the issue of the importance of preventing Covid-19 and how to do it. prevention. It is hoped that the improvement of the quality of health in this village can be a lesson for the village community to understand and implement all knowledge or rules in reducing or stopping the spread of this deadly virus. The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the productivity of the performance of an agency or organization. Therefore, competent human resources can support the level of performance, with the performance appraisal will be known that the achievements of each employee, this makes it easy for agencies or organizations to consider in determining the best employees. Decision Support System is a system that is able to manage data and provide the best alternative solutions. The selection of outstanding employees is determined based on criteria and weights, namely: the level of attendance, accuracy of work assignments, leadership, and length of service. Furthermore, the data from the employee is processed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method gives a weighting to each of the criteria used to produce the best alternative value. With this system, it is expected to be able to assist in faster decision making in high achieving employees within the TP 45 Negara Foundation.

The quality of education is influenced by the managerialization of the universities, which refers to the introduction of substantial changes in the decision-making processes of the academic institutions, and the application of renewed information systems along with new managerial methodologies to restructure the organisational strategic relationships with stakeholders. This paper proposes a questionnaire to assess the importance of facilities in universities according to their financial budget consumed value. Semi Structured Interviews were conducted with the heads of logistic and financial departments in Egyptian universities, twenty public universities and twenty-three private universities, in order to identify criteria for the most significant university's facilities and appealing infrastructure that contributes to the quality of education.

Abstract Background: The objective of this paper was to evaluate the COVID-19 vaccine registration website across UN-recognized member states for their portal quality, reliability, Ease Use and help to the general population in informed decision making.Methods: 12 UN member states (Countries) were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria mentioned in the methodology section of this paper. PPS technique was used for sampling and selection of 12 countries from 193 UN member states. Post selection of UN member states the study used 2 step evaluation techniques, Step 1 The DISCERN checklist consists of 16 questions in three sections and is aimed to assess the reliability of information and quality of information; Step 2 The QUEST tool consists of 6 items with a subitem, Authorship, Attribution, Conflict of Interest, Complementarity, Currency, Tone. The authors developed a standard set of instructions for evaluating Vaccination Portals to bring uniformity in understanding and context setting.Results: DISCERN tool overall reliability score on the Likert scale of 0 to 5 was 4 (SD ± 1.28). On Quality of information regarding treatment choices, the average score was 3.4 (SD ± 1.67). The QUEST tool on ease of use, concision, and comprehensiveness demonstrated an average score of 18.1 (SD ± 8.3) out of 28.The vaccine registration portal of the Czech Republic was found to be most informative and was able to provide a piece of scientifically valid information on safety, efficacy, long-term short effects, choice of vaccine with attributable authors details. India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, South Africa scored relatively low to missing critical information on the website. The United Arab Emirates, Republic of South Korea, Indonesia, Australia, and Argentina had minor elements missing.Conclusions: COVID-19 vaccination portals vary in the quality of information and many were found unable to provide critical information for decision making on getting vaccinated
