The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of financial ratio on corporate value with dividend policy as moderation. Population on this research is all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2015-2017. 108 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. Financial ratio used variable liquidity, solvency and profitability. The analysis method of this research is moderate regression analysis (MRA) by using SPSS 25 version. The result of this research shows that: liquidity has no significant effect on the corporate value, solvency and profitability has significant effect on the corporate value. Dividend policy has moderated relationship solvency and profitability with corporate value

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage on corporate value with dividend policy and the BI Rate as a moderating variable on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The study used a purposive sampling method for sampling, as many as 13 banks based on criteria. This study uses secondary data from company annual reports. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results showed that: liquidity had a negative and not significant effect on corporate value, profitability had a positive and significant effect on corporate value, leverage had a negative and not significant effect on corporate value, dividend policy and the BI Rate are not able to moderate the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on corporate value.</em></p>

Perolehan keuntungan maksimal atau laba yang sebesar-besarnya adalah salah satu tujuan didirikannya suatu perusahaan. Pada setiap kegiatan perusahaan ada unsur-unsur yang menimbulkan sebab akibat naik atau turunnya kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba, dan hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa faktor yang diindikasikan berpengaruh dalam naik atau turunnya kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba seperti, Likuiditas (Quick Ratio) dan Perputaran Modal Kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas (Quick Ratio) dan Perputaran Modal Kerja terhadap Return on Asset pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Logam Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Versi 16.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 perusahaan Sub Sektor Logam yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode penelitian 2011-2015. Sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Likuiditas (Quick Ratio) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada Return on Asset (2) Perputaran Modal Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Return on Asset di perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode penelitian 2011-2015.  Obtaining maximum profit is one of the purposes of the establishment of a company. In every company actions or activities there are elements which give the cause and effect of the company in generating profits, and this can be seen from some of the factors indicated in rise or decline in the company's ability in producing such profits, liquidity (Quick Ratio) and Working Capital Turnover. The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the influence of liquidity (Quick Ratio) and Working Capital Turnover against Return on Asset on metal sub sector companies enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the test of mediation variables is also done by using SPSS v. 16.0. The methods used were descriptive and verificative analysis. The population in this research are 7 metal sub sectors companies enlisted in Indonesia stock exchange period 2011-2015. Sampling method was using purposive sampling with specific criteria. Analysis method was using multi-linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this study suggest that (1) Liquidity (Quick Ratio) has negative and significant influence on Return on Asset (2) Turnover of working capital has positive and significant effect on Return on Asset in the metal manufacturing sub sector company enlisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy and debt policy on the value of the company in state-owned companies (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2018. The variables examined in this study were profitability, dividend policy and debt policy while the sample used in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The error or significance level used is 5%. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable has a significant effect and debt policy has a significant effect on firm value, while the dividend policy variables have no significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Profitability, Dividend Policy and Debt Policy. ABSTRAK     Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2018. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Tingkat kesalahan atau signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara variabel kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Deviden dan Kebijakan Hutang

Abstract: This study aims to determine Dividend Policy Influence Analysis, Profitability and Institutional Ownership Structure on Capital Structure and Firm Value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 38 companies listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia from 2010 - 2012. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using analysis method fath. The results showed Simultaneously ownership, dividend policy variable dividend policy has contributed to the company's value. Positive t value indicates that the variable dividend policy has a direct correlation with the value of the company. Keywords: dividend policy and corporate value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, dividend policy, and company growth on company value, with profitability as the intervening variable, in the finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study was all finance companies listed on IDX for the period of 2015 and 2016. The purposive sampling method was used in this study with the sample consisted of 12 finance companies. Data used were financial data sourced from the website of IDX. Data were analyzed using path analysis with two equations, i.e., the factors affecting company value and the factors affecting company profitability. Results of the study showed that debt policy, dividend policy, company growth, and profitability have no significant effect on company value. This study also found that debt policy and company growth  have no significant effect on profitability, while dividend policy significantly affects profitability. Abstract: This research aims to explanatory and analyze the influence of liquidity, solvability, effectivity and profitability on the dividend policy. Research subject at 12 Consumer Good Industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2018. This research used the purposive sampling method. Data obtained from corporation annual reports which are available on the official site of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used is the multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software IBM SPSS 26. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Liquidity, Solvability, and Effectivity has’t influence on Dividend Policy, while Profitabilty is the only one variable that has positive influence and significant toward Dividend Policy.  Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Effectivity, Profitability, Dividend Policy Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, efektivitas dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen. Subjek penelitian pada 12 perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang tersedia pada situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program statistik IBM SPSS 26. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, dan Efektivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Profitabilitas hanya salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata kunci: Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Efektivitas, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability and liquidity on dividend policy and firm value. It also examines the role of dividend policy as an intervening variable between profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by Tobin's Q, dividend policy is measured by dividend payout ratio (DPR), profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA) and liquidity is measured by current ratio (CR). The population of this study is companies registered in List of Sharia Securities consisting of more than 300 companies. Samples were taken as many as 100 companies with a purposive sampling method. The observation period is 3 years (2016-2018). To test hypotheses using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that profitability is significant and positively effect on dividend policy, while liquidity does not affect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while liquidity has no effect on firm value. Another result of dividend policy is able to be as an intervening effect on profitability of firm value but not as an intervening liquidity relationship to firm value.

The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

Recent studies are paid attention to see whether there is a difference among the factors related to stock in companies listed in stock exchange. Therefore, it is also salient to do the same research so that more evidence can be gathered. The purpose of this research is to find the differences in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the compa-nies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index and those, which are not listed in SRI-KEHATI Index. This research uses secondary data taken from public companies listed on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population consists of the companies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index to be compared with the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2013. The purposive sampling method is used in this study accord-ing to the criteria of assessment. The quantitative method is used to analyze this study. The signaling theory is the basic theory of this research. The analysis technique is using independent sample t-test. The result indicates that there is no difference in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the companies listed and those which are not listed on SRI-KEHATI index.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Third Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA). This research was conducted at SOE Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2019. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with a total sampling method. The results showed that: Third Party Funds had a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Simultaneous Third Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA).
