The learning process at SMP N 6 Tualang is not satisfactory due to the relatively low teacher's competence. Therefore it is necessary to improve teacher quality. The improvement made is the ability to use the learning model. One of them is the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model through In-House Training (IHT) activities. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain how effective the In House Training activities for improving teacher skills in the application of the CTL model. This study involved all teachers of SMP N 6 Tualang. The researcher conducted a pre-survey to find out the learning process in the classroom. Observation, Pre-test and interview techniques were also used to collect data. Each cycle's pre-test and post-test showed better improvement in the teacher's ability to apply this model. The teacher's assessment in designing the lesson plan learning model CTL in cycle 1 shows the average teacher's ability of 75.62% (good), in the second cycle it becomes 90.57% (very good). The results of supervision from 70.05% (good) in cycle 1, to 82.40% (good) in cycle 2, and teachers felt positive benefits from IHT activities. In conclusion, IHT activities were able to improve teacher competence using the CTL learning model.

The process and student learning outcomes in science learning material properties of light is a problem faced by class IV SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. Student activity and learning outcomes have not been maximized because the teacher delivered science learning materials using the lecture method. This is the background of the researchers to conduct research with the aim of improving the process and learning outcomes of science with material properties of light with learning models Contextual Teaching and Learning. This research is a type of classroom action research conducted in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, amounting to 27 students consisting of 14 female students and 13 male students. The implementation of this study used 2 cycles. Instruments used to collect data are observation sheets, interviews, documentation and test questions. The results of this study indicate that science learning outcomes with material properties of light using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi have increased in two cycles with quite satisfactory values. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 an average value of 68.51 to 75.37 in cycle 2. In addition, there was an increase in the learning process of students in science learning carried out by teachers using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. This research was design to know the effect of learning model multimedia-based toward the students’ English ablility at senior high school of Kolaka Regency. The question of the research was “Is there an effect of learning model multimedia-based toward the students’ English ablility at senior high school of Kolaka Regency? The objective of the research was to find out the data whether the learning model multimedia-based has an effect toward the students’ English ablility at senior high school of Kolaka Regency. The significant of the research was expected the model can be used as reference learning model to improve the students’ English ablility.<strong> </strong>The design of the research was pre-experimental design. The research was conducted at the first-class students of Senior High School 1 Wundulako in Kolaka District. The data were collected by using English test which given at the pre-test and the post-test.<strong> </strong>In analysed the students’ test result, which the mean score of pre-test was 33,8806 and the mean score of post-test was 69,4058, while the t-table 18,55&gt;2,042 t-test. Its mean that the learning model multimedia-based has an effect toward the students’ English ablility. Refering to the findings and discussions of the research, it can be concluded that the learning model multimedia-based has an effect toward the students’ English ablility at senior high school of Kolaka Regency. It was based on the mean score in pre-test and post-test.Based on the conclusion of the research, the researcher suggests to the teacher, especially English teacher in Kolaka Regency to use learning model multimedia-based in teaching and learning process to improve the students’ English ability.

There is the fact that the students' learning outcome in Applied Physics course related to the application of the mining industry is unsatisfactory. Based on the results of the final score, the rate of successful students was only around 40%. Moreover, students' understanding application is also not by the desired competencies. In this research, a learning model was developed from the Contextual Teaching and Learning Model (CTL), i.e., DILA model which consists of four syntaxes (Display, Inquiry, Learning Community, and Authentic Assessment). The effectiveness of the DILA learning model was investigated to improve students’ learning outcomes in the Applied Physics course. This research employed the quasi-experimental design where the experimental class was treated by DILA model based on Contextual Teaching and Learning; whereas control class was not treated by the model. Data were obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test scores; then it was analyzed by a parametric with an independent t-test, related t-test, and the effect size. The results indicate that there was a significant increase in students’ learning outcomes in the experimental class compared to the control class. In conclusion, DILA model can improve students’ learning outcomes in the Applied Physics course effectively.Hasil belajar Fisika Terapan yang diperoleh mahasiswa yang terlihat dari nilai akhir semester dan penerapan pada industri pertambangan pada umumnya tidak memuaskan. Tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa hanya sekitar 40%. Sehingga pemahaman mahasiswa dalam penerapannya juga tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diinginkan. Model DILA merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dari Model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Model DILA terdiri atas empat sintaks yaitu: Display, Inquiry, Learning Community, dan Authenthic Assessment. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengukur efektifitas Model Pembelajaran DILA guna meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Fisika Terapan. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperiment dimana kelas eksperimen diberikan pembelajaran dengan Model DILA berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning. Data diperoleh dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dan diolah secara parametric dengan t test sample independent dan t test related serta effect sizenya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran DILA yang diterapkan pada matakuliah Fisika Terapan di Jurusan Teknik Pertambangan adalah efektif. Ini berarti model Pembelajaran DILA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Fisika Terapan.

The low of student’s achievements were indicated because the students were not active and the teacher’s lack of skill. This condition needs a further research in order to improve the student’s achievement through cooperative learning type SAVI in impulse and momentum subject. The specific purposes of this research are to describe: 1) teacher’s skill, 2) the student’s achievements; 3) the students’ participation in the classroom; and 4) the students’ responses. These research were classroom action research that consists of 3 cycles. The instruments were used Lesson Plan, Worksheet, Evaluation Sheet, affective scoring sheet, teacher’s skill and student’s participation observation sheet, and the students’ response observation sheet. The data were acquired by the observation results, questionnaire, and documentation. The results of this research were: 1) The teacher’s skill was improved from 99.21% to 96% and 99.28%; 2) the students’ achievements including cognitive and affective aspects were improved from 81.46% to 88.1%, and 90.96%; 3) The participation of students in teaching and learning process were also increased from 63.67% to 84.43%, and 85.5% in cycle III, 4) the students’ responses during teaching and learning process were very good. According to the results, it can be concluded that the achievements of XI IPA-1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Jorong in learning impulse and momentum were improved after the treatment of cooperative learning model type SAVI.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the improvement of student learning outcomes with the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model at Senior High School of Model Terpadu Bojonegoro in Civics subjects. The experimental study used a factorial design using pre-test and post-test. Collecting data using observation, documentation, and test methods. The research sample was carried out in class XI of Bojonegoro Model Terpadu Senior High School, a total of 120 students were in 4 (four) classes, each class consisted of 30 students. The technique used to check the validity in this study is triangulation and review of informants. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model can improve Civics learning outcomes for XI grade students at Senior High School of Model Terpadu Bojonegoro. Increase in student learning outcomes by 7.08% in the second cycle.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model for class VIII students in FIQIH subjects at MTs. Exemplary Gebang. To find out how to improve student learning outcomes for class VIII FIQIH subjects at MTs. Exemplary Gebang. To find out whether the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students in FIQIH subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. Learning outcomes are something that cannot be separated from learning. Based on the observation activities that have been carried out, the background of this research is that students are less active in the learning process, students are less confident in expressing opinions, students are more focused on their own activities when listening to the explanation given by the teacher, so this has an impact on student learning outcomes in Fiqh lessons is still low, in class VIII students, totaling 32 students at MTs Teladan Gebang, it is known that the learning process is less than optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model to improve student learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes for class VIII FIQIH subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on student learning outcomes. Class VIII Fiqh subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. The type of research used is classroom action research with the design used is pretest and posttest. This research was conducted in class VIII MTs Teladan Gebang. Data collection techniques used observations, tests and interviews, then analyzed using hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average score obtained by class VIII at MTs Teladan Gebang in the Pre Test was 58 with 7 students' completeness (21.87). %). In Cycle I, the average student score was 71.34 with a completeness of 20 students (62.5%). In Cycle II the average score of students is 85 with student completeness as many as 32 people (87.5%). This proves that there is a significant effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on student learning outcomes for Fiqh Class VIII MTs Teladan Gebang..

Background: One of the causes of students' lack of understanding of a concept is teacher-centered learning and a lack of motivation from students in following the learning process. Then we need an innovative learning model that can help students in the learning process. To achieve learning objectives, teachers are required to be able to choose suitable learning models to be applied at an educational level. Method: This research was conducted from January 14 to February 14, 2020 using descriptive methods, student learning outcomes are seen through the final value that is seen based on cognitive aspects (LKS), affective and psychomotor and pre-post test scores. Measurement data were analyzed using the t test formula. Results: Based on the t test, obtained the results of tcount 1.573 and ttable 2.010, tcount <ttable, the hypothesis (H1) was rejected and (H0) was accepted. Conclusion: There is no difference in the learning outcomes of students taught using the Problem Based Learning model and Group Investigation on the material of the human digestive system in class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Ambon, but there is an increase in learning outcomes after teaching and learning using the Problem Based Learning and Group Investigation models so the results of the t-test show that tcount <ttable (1.573 <2.010).

So that the formulation of this problem is 1) How is the application of the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model through the Torso Props Class V at SDN Muara Bumban 1, Murung District, Murung Raya District. 2) Is there an increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the fifth grade CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model at SDN Muara Bumban 1, Murung District, Murung Raya Regency. This study aims to determine: 1) The application is carried out using the CTL (contextual taching and learning) learning model using torso props in the fifth grade natural science subjects at SDN Muara Bumban 1, Murung District, Murung Raya District. 2) To find out the increase in student learning outcomes after using the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model class V at SDN Muara Bumban 1, Murung District, Murung Raya Regency. This study uses a mixed methodology (mixed methodology). The  population and sample data in this study were 15 students. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, objective tests (pre-test and post-test) and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The application is carried out using the CTL (contextual taching and learning) learning model using torso teaching aids that students tend to be active during learning and listening to what is explained and conveyed by the teacher. 2) There is an increase after is 43,733 receiving treatment (treatment) with an average post-test value that is equal to 87.2 and N-gain value of 0.767 with moderate criteria.

The problem in this study is the lack of student activity because of the lack of conformity to the learning model with the science learning process, causing a lack of student activity in science learning. This research is to increase the activity of class IIIB students in Pekanbaru. Elementary School in science learning by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model. This study uses classroom action research. The data in this study are quantitative. This can be seen from the percentage of student activity in the initial visual observations on student activities paying attention to the teacher with a 42.8% increase. In the activity of observing the experiment with an increase of 86.1%. In oral activities on the activity of issuing opinions with a 66.6% increase. In students, activities ask with an increase of 19.4%. On listening activities, when listening to teachers with an increase of 42.88%. On the activity of hearing the results of group discussions with an increase of 80.5%. In writing activities, the activity of writing experimental results with an increase of 50%. In the activity of evaluating with an increase of 49.91%. Drawing activity with 41.6% increase. In the metric activity, the activity of choosing tools and materials with a 75% increase. The activity carried out experiments with an increase of 72.2%. From the explanation above that by applying the Contextual Teaching and learning model can increase the activity of students in science learning students of class IIIB SD Negeri 191 Pekanbaru.

<p class="abstrak">Learning is interpreted as a process of obtaining behavioral changes as a result of getting knowledge and experience in doing interaction with the environment. The problem found in Islamic Elementery School 1 Pasaman (MIN 1 Pasaman) was the way the teacher tought the students and the teacher never create the innovative environment to make the students to be able to construct their ideas in learning. The teachers were still not familiar with the name and the application of constructive innovative learning models in order to create the fun learning for the students. The situation impacts to the student’s development and achievement during teaching and learning process. It leads the team to do the community service research to the application of constructive - innovative models to improve the quality of teaching and learning in MIN 1 Pasaman. The result of this community service shown that the teachers already able to comprehend the constructive -inovative learning model in teaching and learning process, and the teacher can apply various types of learning model as well as able to design a good lesson plan about constructive and innovative model in the classroom.</p><p class="abstrak"><em>Belajar diartikan sebagai proses perubahan perilaku sebagai hasil dari mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam melakukan interaksi dengan lingkungan. Masalah yang ditemukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 1 Pasaman (MIN 1 Pasaman) adalah cara guru mengajar siswa dan guru tidak pernah menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inovatif untuk membuat siswa dapat membangun ide-ide mereka dalam belajar. Para guru masih belum tahu dengan nama dan juga cara menerapkan dengan model pembelajaran konstruktif- inovatif agar pembelajaran menyenangkan bagi siswa. Situasi ini berdampak pada perkembangan dan prestasi siswa selama proses belajar mengajar. Keadaan ini mengarahkan tim untuk melakukan penelitian pengabdian masyarakat pada penerapan model inovatif - konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di MIN 1 Pasaman. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru sudah mampu memahami model pembelajaran konstruktif-inovatif dalam proses belajar mengajar, dan guru dapat menerapkan berbagai jenis model pembelajaran yang konstruktif serta mampu merancang rencana pembelajaran yang konstruktif dan inovatif di kelas.</em></p><p class="abstrak"><strong><em>Kata Kunci: </em></strong><em>pembelajaran, konstruktif- innovative, model</em></p>
