In this era of digitalization, there are many companies that have problems in delivering information. This makes the data management process slow, as well as providing information when needed, which hinders the process of selling or releasing goods. There are still many large companies in Indonesia that have not applied technology to be one of the reasons for the author to create a web-based inventory design application to facilitate the delivery of the required information, especially in information regarding reports of goods in and out, final stock reports and all problems related to stock. By designing the system towards a better direction, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML modeling language and applying the Rapid Application Development model. Implementation is in the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of a web-based information system that can make it easier for users to process data.

Sharing knolwedge merupakan komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas. Namun dalam pelaksanaan di Badan Nasional Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BNP2TKI), sharing knowledge menjadi bermasalah ketika yang digunakan masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan bertatap muka dalam pelaksanaannya sehingga, menyebabkan kesulitan bagi pegawai maupun TKI dalam mengimplentasikannya selain itu terdapat redudansi data dalam setiap responnya dan publikasi knowledge yang tidak teratur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Knowledge Management System (KMS) yang dapat membantu pegawai dan TKI dalam melakukan sharing knowledge agar memperoleh data atau informasi sesuai kebutuhan yaitu dengan menyediakan dokumen, video, berita dan layanan diskusi guna memenuhi kebutuhan KMS. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, untuk pengembangan sistem metode yang digunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) sedangkan dalam pengimplementasian KMS menggunakan Knowledge Management Process, serta perancangan KMS menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem adalah PHP dan MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat memudahkan sharing knowledge antar pegawai BNP2TKI dan TKI agar mendukung peningkatan kualitas TKI.

This study aims to determine the complaint management system that is running in PT Andalan Teknologi Mandiri, to know the obstacles and how to overcome the constraints of complaint management system problems. From the results of research that has been obtained, it turns out that the main obstacle of complaint management system in PT Andalan Technology Mandiri is the handling of customer complaints have not recorded either manually any computerized. Where the data handling complaints is needed by the company to meet ISO 9001 company standards. method of designing information systems using UML modeling (Unified Modelling Language) then implemented using web-based programming language framework Laravel with integration MySQL database applications. Then the software development method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development). The suggestions provided are: 1) required system administrator to manage complaint management information system 2) application made can be developed from the side of notification using email and SMS gateway to facilitate customer, engineer, and administrator get progress ticket information made.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Abstract - PT. S.A.M.B (Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama) is a distributor and logistics company engaged in Modern Trade (MT) for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). In addition to distribution, SAMB also provides services for companies seeking logistics and transportation services for modern trade within the designated area. The inventory design system is one of the most important factors in meeting the needs of consumers in a timely and demanding manner. There are still many companies that use desktop applications especially on PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Employees often complain about the performance of the used desktop app. Not all desktop applications can run on all operating systems, while web applications can run in all operating systems as long as there is a browser and an internet connection, it makes it more practical. With web-based asset inventory data item can be used relatively fast, relatively accurate, and relatively more accurate data. . Perancangan sistem inventory menjadi salah satu faktor yang paling penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dalam waktu yang tepat dan sesuai dengan permintaan. Masih banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang menggunakan aplikasi desktop terutama pada PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Para karyawan sering mengeluhkan kinerja dari aplikasi desktop yang dipakai. Tidak semua aplikasi desktop dapat berjalan di semua Sistem Operasi, sedangkan aplikasi web dapat berjalan disemua Sistem Operasi selama ada browser dan koneksi internet, itu membuatnya lebih praktis. Dengan berbasis web, data inventori asset barang dapat digunakan relatif cepat, relatif tepat, dan relatif data lebih akurat. . Kata Kunci: Rapid Application Development, Perancangan Website Inventory.

Sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Pedoman Umum Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik di lingkungan instansi pemerintah, pemerintah menghimbau pada semua instansi pemerintah untuk menyusun tata naskah dinas elektronik (sistem informasi administrasi persuratan) masing-masing, yang mengacu pada panduan dalam peraturan tersebut. Pada proses tata naskah dinas yang dilaksanakan oleh pusat pembinaan kompetesi dan pelatihan konstruksi (Pusbin KPK) ialah disposisi persuratan. Disposisi merupakan salah satu media pemberitahuan informasi yang penting bagi suatu instansi pemerintahan ini. Permasalahan disposisi yang terjadi pada Pusbin KPK adalah proses disposisi yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan staf untuk mengelola data persuratan yang ada pada Pusat Pembinaan Kompetensi dan Pelatihan Konstruksi. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Disposisi Surat ini menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dengan Tools UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dari hasil penelitian sistem disposisi surat berbasis android ini dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan, penyimpanan serta pencarian arsip surat pada Pusat Pembinaan Kompetensi dan Pelatihan Konstruksi.

This article describes how experience in domain specific modeling can be captured and abstracted in a domain specific modeling language (DSML). Modeling with a DSML results in quality models. Patterns of enterprise application architecture (PofEAA) is a rich set of patterns that can be used by designers when designing (modeling) web-based enterprise applications. This article aims at defining a DSML based on PofEAA patterns, as well as providing tool support for designing web-based enterprise applications that use these patterns. The authors have built a DSML using the profile extension mechanism of UML, by defining stereotypes. In addition to the proposed profile, this article has implemented the structure and behavior of PofEAA patterns in Rational Software Architecture (RSA) which is resulted in a tool that facilitates the design of software for designers. To show the usefulness of the tool, it is used for modeling two small systems based on the PofEAA patterns. The results show that many of the design is automated and the modeling speed is increased.

The need for fast and accurate data processing is needed by every government agency. The Education Office is an administrative administrator in the field of education that requires a fast system for processing data. The attendance system at the Tangerang Regency education office is already using a fingerprint. However, there are still many obstacles that arise due to lack of tools, and damage to the tool so that it often uses manual attendance. The research method used is the method of data collection, and the analytical method used is a form of Unified Modeling Language. The results and objectives of this study are the creation of a system that can facilitate employee and attendance managers to be more effective and efficient.

Rumah Kost Hj. Gaby is one of the many boarding houses for rent around industrial areas and offices in the Tg. Priok area, North Jakarta. This boarding house still uses a board in front of the house to indicate that the house is rented out for boarding. This method is less effective in promoting the boarding house because prospective tenants must accidentally pass and see the promotion board. The down payment for boarding and monthly rent still has to meet directly with the owner of the boarding house so that it requires special time. The boarding rental information system that is designed is expected to help prospective tenants or tenants to make more practical order and payment transactions, in addition to helping boarding owners tidy up their boarding room rental management The methods used in this research are: interviews, observation, and literacy studies for data collection. Meanwhile, the model used for software development uses the Rapid Application Development Model (RAD). The results of this study are expected to assist boarding owners in promoting their boarding houses and also provide a more effective way of conducting transactions related to the boarding houses.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Pakis Sabilulungan is a business entity that houses small, micro and medium-sized businesses located in Mekarsari Village, Pasirjambu, Bandung, Indonesia. At present, BUM Desa Pakis has begun to pioneer several businesses including the production of snacks, coffee, crafts, and clothing. But there are obstacles where marketing is still limited to one sub-district and income tends to stagnate. Therefore, we need an internet-based technology that is able to help marketing more broadly and more easily than the current situation. The proposed technology in BUM Desa Pakis is a web-based e-marketplace, where all business owners can sell goods on the same platform. In its development, the prototyping method was used. This is because BUM Desa needs a description of the application that will be used before further development. The results of the e-Marketplace development on BUM Desa show that the marketing process can be carried out faster, payments can be made through bank transfers and delivery can be done through expeditions. This is significantly able to expand product marketing from Mekarsari Village

String matching merupakan salah satu algoritma pencocokan kata (text processing). Deteksi kemiripan dalam menemukan pattern teks suatu informasi berupa “abstrak” karya ilmiah/skripsi mahasiswa menjadi sulit dilakukan jika abstrak tersebut memiliki banyak karakter sehingga prosesnya menjadi lebih rumit dan memerlukan banyak waktu. Implementasi algoritma string matching pada prototipe aplikasi deteksi kemiripan pola teks menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Ruby versi 2.1.1 dan framework Rails versi 4.1.1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode rekayasa menggunakan model pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development yang terdiri dari tiga fase yaitu, requirement planning, workshop design, dan implementation. Proses analisa kebutuhan menggunakan metode UML (Unified Modeling Language). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari algoritma string matching yang efektif dengan mengkomparasi dua algoritma string matching yaitu Rabin Karp dan Aho-Corasick. Hasil penelitian berupa nilai persentase kemiripan pola teks pada nilai akurasi (percentage similarity) dan kecepatan waktu proses (time complexity) dari masing-masing algoritma.
