The development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is important to obtain Village Funds. With business motivation training, digital digital era business development and basic accounting training to managers of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), it is hoped that they can increase BUMDes income. Implementation of Community Service and Service (PkM) by providing business motivation material, digital business insight material and interactive basic accounting training and inviting participants to directly practice. The PkM will be held for 4 hours on Wednesday, November 27 2019 in Wanaherang Village, Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency. The training participants consisted of BUMDes managers, youth leaders and PKK representatives. The results of PkM show new enthusiasm and insight in the business world in the digital era as well as provide new knowledge in simple recording of business results to facilitate financial reporting

Educational activities about digital consumer insight to build SME promotions in the Tangerang City environment are carried out to help micro and small-scale businesses in the Tangerang City environment to develop the businesses they run. This activity was attended by 22 participants and was held in Cibodas Village in March 2020. The method used is 1) counseling and introduction to online business development, especially regarding consumer behavior in the digital era, 2) education about the activities and stages that consumers go through in making purchase decisions on various online platforms, 3) tutorials for consumers targeting on online platforms, 4) tutorials on utilizing the results of analysis of consumer information to develop marketing communication strategies in online platforms, 5) interactive discussions, and 6) evaluation. In particular, business development is focused on promotional activities on online platforms by utilizing information about consumer behavior in the digital era. This information is the result of previous research on the "consumer journey on social media". The result of this community service activity is the development of participant understanding regarding consumer behavior on social media, increased understanding and ability of participants in utilizing various features and facilities of social media for business purposes, and increasing participants' ability to create business content on social media. In conclusion, it is known that community service activities aimed at increasing the understanding and technical capabilities of MSME actors need to be carried out and developed to support the empowerment of the micro, small, and medium industrial sector in Indonesia.

Marketing intelligence (MI) may still sound quite foreign to some people who have never heard this term. However, this term is certainly often heard by some people, especially those who are in the business world. The term MI is generally interpreted as knowledge obtained as a result of data analysis in a company. This paper presents the extent to which the benefits and strategic steps that companies get by implementing MI. In simplifying the presentation, the auhors use literature study techniques from various journals and other supporting information. This system is commonly used by companies to be able to get information about what the company wants to know, for example, in marketing performance or maybe, sales results or maybe the company wants to know various things about consumer behavior. So in this case, the company can apply this system to get an overview of certain matters relating to the products produced. With the presence of MI, business actors can take advantage of all information and technology that are interconnected, so that it becomes practical convenience in this digital era. Establishing technology requires facilities such as the internet so that it will change the work environment for marketers. Those who have adapted to MI, need to carry out further studies to determine consumer groups and association power so that the business continues to grow. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various impacts on the community's economy, especially for Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) owner. Various impacts felt by the UMKM owner have affected their psychological health such as the emergence of stress, anxiety, fear, and symptoms of depression. Therefore, this Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat (PKM) activity aims to help UMKM to be able to maintain psychological health in stressful situations during the pandemic. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out online. The implementation of PKM is held in the form of an interactive webinar through the presentation of material related to stress and its management. The activity was attended by a psychologist, accompanying students, and two owners of UMKM. Based on the implementation of community service activities, it can be concluded that providing education around stress-management could help participants gain new knowledge about stress and also able to experience the benefit of stress-management technique such as relaxation exercises that could manage the stress they experience.Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan berbagai dampak pada perekonomian masyarakat terutama pada pengusaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Beragam dampak yang dirasakan oleh pengusaha UMKM telah mempengaruhi kesehatan psikologis seperti timbulnya stres, cemas, rasa takut, dan gejala depresi. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengusaha UMKM tetap dapat menjaga kesehatan psikologis dalam situasi stres di masa pandemi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring. Pelaksanaan PKM diselenggarakan dalam bentuk webinar secara interaktif melalui pemaparan materi terkait stres dan cara pengelolaannya. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh seorang psikolog, mahasiswa pendamping, dan dua pengusaha UMKM. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemaparan materi terkait stres membantu peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai stres. Kemudian latihan relaksasi yang dilakukan pada saat webinar ditemukan bermanfaat untuk mengelola stres yang dialami oleh para peserta.

In the last two decades, the necessity of information management and technology system has been proven as a very crucial need for many enterprises or companies. The use of computers in the office automation and integrated system is a must for companies to establish themselves in the business world. One of the basic management information systems that are crucial in the accounting program is the use of doing business transactions are considered able to simplify and streamline the fundamental needs for running a business, such as marketing and operations is also a financial statement of a company. This study aims to measure the extent of the influence of the use of accounting software on performance reporting on financial companies, one of which is using MYOB accounting software in assisting the settlement of financial reporting in a company.

ABSTRACT Financial reports for an organization are very fundamental. This is a form of transparency for the finances of an organization, especially for non-profit organizations such as the Child Social Welfare Institution (LKSA Nurul Iman) which is a community service partner this time. We from the Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Sarana Informatika University held a community service with the main theme being a Workshop on Making Basic Financial Reports for Non-Profit Organizations for Students of the Child Welfare Institution (LKSA Nurul Iman). The main problem why we raised this theme is because LKSA Nurul Iman touches more on programs that are religious in nature, even though the challenges ahead are more difficult and global so that teenagers who are currently studying must be given general knowledge, one of which is understanding financial reporting. Departing from these problems, we provide a solution in the form of a financial report preparation workshop, where we will describe the steps for making financial reports that are easily understood by their age. The method we use in community service this time is in the form of a workshop by providing examples of how to make basic financial reports and immediately put them into practice so that participants can absorb the material provided. The implementation of community service this time is still online using the Zoom application. The use of the Zoom application is due to the pandemic that has not ended and is still PPKM level 2. The output achieved in this community service is in the form of a Press Release which will be published in online media. Hopefully this activity will have a positive impact where the skills gained can be used in the future for the benefit of the Foundation and become provisions when they apply for jobs or establish an organization.

Abstrak       Pengabdian masyarakat ini diselenggarakan pada Masjid Jami’ Al-Hidayah yang berlokasi di Jl. Pondok Bambu Asri Raya No.10 RW.09 Kelurahan Pondok Bambu, Kecamatan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Penentuan masjid ini berasal dari permintaan dari pengawas masjid untuk membantu mencarikan cara bagaimana pelaporan keuangan yang efektif dan memiliki standar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini diselenggarakan dengan serangkaian metode dalam 3 tahap, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, tahap penyusunan dan implementasi teknis, dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap 1 dilakukan beberapa metode pengumpulan data, di antaranya: wawancara, observasi, dan pendokumentasian. Tahap 2 merupakan tahap penyusunan langkah-langkah pelaporan dan implementasi. Setelah memperoleh data, mulailah disusun langkah-langkah pelaporan keuangan berdasarkan PSAK 45 dan kemudian dibuat format excel link-nya sesuai dengan bagan alir kegiatan keuangan masjid. Setelah itu dicobakan dan dilakukan pendampingan terhadap pengurus yang akan menggunakan sistem akuntansi. Tahap 3 adalah tahap evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan penerapan dan kenyamanan pemakai sistem akuntansi. Kata Kunci:  Masjid; Pelaporan Keuangan; Excel Accounting.   Abstract       This community service was held at the Jami 'Al-Hidayah Mosque, located on Jl. Pondok Bambu Asri Raya No.10 RW.09 Pondok Bambu Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. The determination of this mosque came from a request from the mosque supervisor to help find a way of how to provide effective and standardized financial reporting. This method of implementing community service is carried out by a series of methods in 3 stages, namely the data collection stage, the technical preparation and implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. In stage 1, several data collection methods were carried out, including: interviews, observation, and documentation. Stage 2 is the stage of preparing the reporting and implementation steps. After obtaining the data, begin to compile the steps for financial reporting based on PSAK 45 and then create an excel link format according to the flow chart of mosque financial activities. After that, it is tested and provided assistance to the management who will use the accounting system. Stage 3 is the evaluation stage which aims to determine the level of success of the application and the comfort of the accounting system users. Keywords: Mosque; Finance report; Excel Accounting.

This community service activity is continuously carried out to develop the creativity of mothers in producing innovative and attractive products. This activity involves training and assistance in preparing financial and marketing reports. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Sukolilo District and STIESIA Surabaya. MSMEs in Sukolilo District experienced several obstacles related to preparing financial reports, marketing that utilized social media, and other technical obstacles. After this mentoring activity, MSME managers gained several benefits, including having started compiling financial reports. Marketing training activities are carried out using Instagram social media as a means of producing products. In this activity, assistance was carried out to create an Instagram account, taking photos of products to be uploaded on Instagram, assisting in uploading product photos on Instagram accompanied by product descriptions so that they could attract consumers. This activity is carried out to improve the business carried out from the management aspect. The target to be achieved is that MSME players have financial reports that can be used to submit funds or capital to banks for business development, expand marketing networks, and increase sales.

This community service was aimed at training the teacher to be familiar with the usage of learning approach that can be applied in the time of covid-19. The training was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Arrahman attended by teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Aliyah, and SMK Darul Kamilin Bakan. To reach the goal of the program, the material and the application about the learning approach in detail for both online learning and blended learning was delivered to the participants. At the end of the program, evaluation was conducted by giving evaluation sheet to the participants to know whether or not the target of program is achieved. The response of the audience reveals that the program gave some good advantages for the participants as they have new knowledge about the learning approach applied in the time of covid-19. The participants also expected that the same program is conducted in the near future.

This chapter shows how despite their regular use of SNS for personal reasons, teachers do not always exploit these sites to achieve professional development. It is argued that training is a necessary means of not only enabling teachers to learn how to use such tools for such a purpose but also of redefining the way they think about the process of acquiring and sharing knowledge and skills in the 21st century.
