The economic effect of the introduction of progressive technologies into production is one of the most important indicators for assessing innovation activities of enterprises. Each type of production has its own characteristics, which are manifested not only in the organization of the technological process, but also the calculations associated with determining the economic indicators of feasibility of new technologies implementation. It is obvious that foundry production, and especially special casting technologies, such as, for example, the use of thermite foundry applications of high temperature gradient to save the alloy poured into the mold leave an imprint on the algorithm for determining the economic effect. First of all, this is due not only to the establishment of direct costs in making changes to the standard process, namely the cost of metal-thermal mixture, changing the mold, ferroalloys, the use of light-separating casting plates, but also the possibility of reusing foundry, foundry, sump, riser, etc. elements for remelting. The purpose of the proposed work was to establish the features of the calculation of the economic effect of the introduction advanced technologies in production, such as technologies associated with the reduction of foundry applications. Statistical methods have been used to conduct research and process the results, namely the method of quantitative analysis, methods of comparison and grouping, which revealed that the research problem is typical for industrial production. In addition, the comparison of economic indicators with the actual quantitative characteristics of industrial technology by the method of comprehensive assessment, made it possible to analyze the results and draw conclusions to the work. The main results of the work have been determined by the proposed method of establishing the economic effect, which, in contrast to the existing one, takes into account renewable resources and the possibility of obtaining an environmental effect. This makes it possible to reasonably and rationally use renewable resources derived from industrial waste, to promote environmental protection. The results of the work that also determine its practical significance are research and identification of ways to improve the efficiency of natural resources in the country. Areas of further research are primarily related to the identification and evaluation of technical and economic indicators of related technologies for foundry production, namely the production of ferroalloys, molding, non-ferrous metallurgy, etc. In the long run, this will make it possible to establish the conditions for the most effective use of innovative technologies and obtain the maximum economic effect from their implementation. The purpose of this study is to improve the methods for assessing the efficiency of innovation activity of an enterprise. The paper proposes a system of economic indicators to assess the market attractiveness of innovation projects and the readiness of the enterprise to implement them. Using these indicators, it is possible to predict the potential of an innovative product on the market, as well as to determine the financial and economic opportunities of the enterprise. The presented methods for assessing the impact of innovations on the development efficiency of the enterprise’s economic activities allow determining the growth rates of the main economic indicators of the organization. The developed mechanism for a comprehensive assessment of the implementation of innovations at the enterprise allows determining the commercial effectiveness of the introduction of innovations and the impact of new technologies on the intercompany results of the enterprise, resulting in the possibility of taking into account the commercial and intercompany efficiency of investment in projects.

Variants of the intensification of the solvent dewaxing process, which increase the yield of base oils, are described. One of the promising ways to improve the technical and economic indicators of the dewaxing process is the use of modifying additives. The work shows that the introduction of a polymer additive requires a decrease in the filtration rate and, accordingly, an increase in the performance of the dewaxing unit. This results in a petrolatum with a reduced oil content, which is a qualifying factor for the production of high-melting ceresins, protective-wax components, and lubricants for various purposes.

The subject of the research is the current state of the fuel and energy complex (FEC) that ensures generation of a significant part of the budget and the innovative development of the economy.The purpose of the research was to establish priority directions for the development of the FEC sectors based on a comprehensive analysis of their innovative and investment activities. The dynamics of investment in the fuel and energy sector are considered. It is noted that large-scale modernization of the fuel and energy complex requires substantial investment and support from the government. The results of the government programs of corporate innovative development are analyzed. The results of the research identified innovative development priorities in the power, oil, gas and coal sectors of the fuel and energy complex. The most promising areas of innovative development in the oil and gas sector are the technologies of enhanced oil recovery; the development of hard-to-recover oil reserves; the production of liquefied natural gas and its transportation. In the power sector, the prospective areas are activities aimed at improving the performance reliability of the national energy systems and the introduction of digital technologies. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the innovation activities in the fuel and energy complex primarily include the development of new technologies, modernization of the FEC technical base; adoption of state-of-the-art methods of coal mining and oil recovery; creating favorable economic conditions for industrial extraction of hard-to-recover reserves; transition to carbon-free fuel sources and energy carriers that can reduce energy consumption and cost as well as reducing the negative FEC impact on the environment.

При выборе типа доильной установки и ее размера необходимо учитывать максимальное планируемое поголовье дойных коров и размер технологической группы, кратность и время одного доения, продолжительность рабочей смены дояров. Анализ технико-экономических показателей наиболее распространенных на сегодняшний день типов доильных установок одинакового технического уровня свидетельствует, что наилучшие удельные показатели имеет установка типа «Карусель» (1), а установка типа «Елочка» (2) требует более высоких затрат труда и средств. Установка «Параллель» (3) занимает промежуточное положение. Из анализа пропускной способности и количества необходимых операторов: установка 2 рекомендована для ферм с поголовьем дойного стада до 600 голов, 3 — не более 1200 дойных коров, 1 — более 1200 дойных коров. «Карусель» — наиболее рациональный, высокопроизводительный, легко автоматизируемый и, следовательно, перспективный способ доения в залах, особенно для крупных молочных ферм. The choice of the proper type and size of milking installations needs to take into account the maximum planned number of dairy cows, the size of a technological group, the number of milkings per day, and the duration of one milking and the operator's working shift. The analysis of technical and economic indicators of currently most common types of milking machines of the same technical level revealed that the Carousel installation had the best specific indicators while the Herringbone installation featured higher labour inputs and cash costs. The Parallel installation was found somewhere in between. In terms of the throughput and the required number of operators Herringbone is recommended for farms with up to 600 dairy cows, Parallel — below 1200 dairy cows, Carousel — above 1200 dairy cows. Carousel was found the most practical, high-performance, easily automated and, therefore, promising milking system for milking parlours, especially on the large-scale dairy farms.
