The prerequisite for ensuring the professional training of masters in the specialty "The Primary Education" in Ukraine is the formation of their professional competence to teach in the higher education institutions. After all, in addition to qualifying as a primary school teacher, they are also qualified as the teacher of pedagogy. Accordingly, the preparation of the modern primary school teacher requires the organization of the educational process in higher education on a scientific humanistic basis which provides purposeful systematic provision of psychological and pedagogical training of scientific and pedagogical staff for the higher education institutions of different levels of accreditation for their interaction with students. This article summarizes the author's experience of studying the teaching methods of the disciplines "Fundamentals of Pedagogy", "Didactics", "Theory and Methods of Education", "Socio-pedagogical Fundamentals of Educational Management" and "History of Pedagogy". In particular, theoretical and aspects of students' methodical activity are revealed: active listening, participation in dialogue and discussion during lectures, observation of pedagogical classes from different sections (basics of pedagogy, didactics, theory of education, history of pedagogy), development of the text of lectures on separate topics, micro-teaching and analysis of pedagogical situations, their modeling, execution of creative tasks, production of visual material. Preparation of the masters for teaching of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education facilitates their mastery of the basic concepts and categories of pedagogy, historical aspects of the formation of pedagogy as a science, current trends in education; the content of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education; features of the education process, its regularities and principles, the methods and organizational forms, etc. Also, in the process of studying the methodology of teaching pedagogical disciplines, the masters have the ability to prepare curricula for disciplines; to plan and conduct various types of training (lectures, seminars and practical classes); to control and diagnose students' educational achievements; to organize various types of cognitive work with students, etc.

In this article it was investigated the diskurson the one hand for understanding the modern state of problem`s articulation of continuous primary school teacher training made on the basis of a review of normative documents and literature and inclusive education on the other hand. It was analyzed the evolution of views on (1) education of children with special educational needs and (2) approaches to understanding the teacher training to work in inclusive classes with projection on continuous professional development and conception of continuous education. The analysis of normative international and domestic documents, literature of continuous training of teachers and professional activity in terms of inclusive education, practical implementation in Ukraine, new demands to professional competence of modern teacher allowed us to show a sequence of contradictions. In conclusion, the sphere of inclusive education is developing rapidly in Ukraine in the last 10 years which resulted in development of the law and development in science researches in the field of inclusion. Only teacher who is integrated to the system of continuous training and is interested in self-development can integrate principles of inclusive education.

The article considers the problem of methodological preparation of students for professional activities in elementary school. Indicator of the development of professional competence of future primary school teachers is the ability to correctly draw orthographically written words, to master spelling skills. The spelling aspect of the training is seen as an essential component of the qualification characteristics of future teachers. It is defined that an effective means of forming the methodological skills of future teachers for teaching spelling to younger students is a methodological challenge. The author identifies the following kinds of teaching tasks: analysis of didactic material; selection of the correct option from a range offered; resolution of the pedagogical situations; development of a fragment of the lesson; making of methodological decisions. Examples of different types of teaching objectives are given. The article defines that in a generalized form, the spelling skills that a future primary school teacher should master are the following: the ability to detect an orfogramm; the ability to determine its type; the ability to choose the appropriate rule; the ability to act according to an algorithm based on the rule; the ability to solve a spelling problem. The article de-scribes the theoretical prerequisites for the formation of conscious spelling skills using methodological problems, presents the operation logic from developing students ’ ability to find and classify orfogramms to performing exercises aimed at using rules in solving spelling problems.

The teacher is a significant figure in the formation and development of the student's personality. In this regard, the task of preparing a primary school teacher of a new type is relevant. This article discusses such a topic of educational development in the Russian Federation as conditions for increasing the professional competence of an elementary school teacher. The urgency of the problem is caused by the strengthening of the requirements in all spheres of labor activity for professional training in the conditions of a market economy. The author dwells on the analysis of those qualities that are necessary for a modern primary school teacher to meet the needs of society in bringing up an adaptive, highly intelligent and free individual with basic competences and capable of subsequent adequate self-determination in the professional sphere. The teacher’s figure in the work is viewed as a tutor and facilitator.

The authors investigate the leading problem of the formation of future primary school teachers’ special competences in the process of professional training. This study was conducted to identify the initial level of special competences the future primary school teachers of Karaganda Buketov University have. The results of the study have shown that the students demonstrate a generally low level of formation of special competences, which can significantly complicate the process of improving the quality of training a future primary school teacher of a new type for the pedagogical activity in the 21st century. The study has revealed that the first-year students with low academic performance and lack of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for future pedagogical activity have a low level of formation of the components of future primary school teachers’ special competences, which confirms our hypothesis. The article argues that the low level of special competencies of students cannot contribute to the successful formation of the professional competence of graduates of higher educational institutions

The aim of this research is to provide the formation of knowledge and professional competence of primary school teachers with online education. The research was conducted in the summer term of 2020-2021. 436 primary school teachers who continue their studies in Kazakhstan participated in the research. For the research, 6 weeks of online training on professional competence was given to primary school teachers. The measurement tool called "Online Education and Vocational Competence", which was developed by the researchers and compiled by taking the opinion of experts in the field, was applied to primary school teachers. The data was shared with primary school teachers from the internet with an online questionnaire, and their participation was ensured and collected. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values ​​were used to analyze the data obtained from the Vocational Competence measurement tool.According to the results of the research, the information was examined and in the light of the obtained information, it was observed that the distance education and professional competence status of the primary school teachers showed positive results. Even though their opinions are high, it has been concluded that the online usage status of male teachers is higher than female teachers. The article clarifies that in Ukraine the professional communicative-speech future educator and primary school teacher training for social adaptation of 5- to 7-year-old children is relevant and important. The efficient role of modern art in the social adaptation of children has been studied. The model of professional communicative-speech future educator training for social adaptation of children by means of modern art with the following structural components is developed: component, the stimulating and motivating component, the semantic component, the operative and action component, the monitoring and regulating component, and the assessment and result component. Based on the results, the presented model of professional future preschool teacher and primary school teachers training is effective, and the artistic and pedagogical approach increases the level of future educators’ communicative-speech development, socio-pedagogical competence and socio-artistic pedagogical sensitivity, which generally contributes to the formation of their professional competence.

Teacher is a professional position or profession. As a teacher, one of the competencies needed is professional competence. This study aims to look at the profile or educational background of MI teachers in the city of Palangka Raya. This research is important for the PGMI Study Program because it is the initial data for mapping the educational background of teachers in MIN Palangka Raya so that it can be the initial basis for collaboration between the Ministry of Religion of Central Kalimantan Province and PGMI Study Program related to increasing qualifications or procurement of educators in MIN Palangka Raya. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with the head of the state Islamic madrasah in Palangka Raya. The results obtained are that the latest education is appropriate with the work as a class teacher obtained a percentage of 36.36% of class teachers with educational backgrounds or the latest bachelor's degree in Islamic primary school or elementary school teacher education.

The article considers the problem of formation of professional competence of future primary teachers. The regulatory framework governing the professional activities of teachers in Ukraine (“Concept of development of Pedagogical Education”, “Professional Standard “Primary School Teacher of Secondary Education”) is analyzed. The urgency of the problem of future schoolteachers' professional training for the modern school, which is being studied within the framework of the project “New Ukrainian School – New Teacher” is proved. The definitions of “competence”, “professional competence”, “professionalism” of both national and international scientists are analyzed.It is proved that professional competence is an integrative characteristic of business and personal qualities of a specialist, reflects the level of knowledge, skills and experience required to achieve the goal of a certain type of professional activity, as well as the moral position of a specialist.The article presents modern methods of training future primary school teachers: “design-thinking” as a creative way of thinking, aimed at creating non-standard solutions and innovations for the formation of professional competence of future teachers of primary education (stages of “design- thinking”: empathy, focusing, ideas generation, prototyping,  testing); interactive teaching methods (“lotus blossoming”, mixed media, jury, presentations, etc.), focus group research.The article proves the idea that the formation of key competences of students in the New Ukrainian School, competitiveness and ability to enter the world global space depend on the professional competence of the teacher.
