Socio-economic problems and long-term discussions in Ukrainian politics and business about finding new models of profits from the hotel industry have put on the agenda the issue of increasing regional revenues and replenishing the budget of Ukraine through the introduction of gaming hotels and development of special entertainment areas.Despite significant scientific achievements and revealed problems in the hotel industry, today it is extremely important to assess the impact of legalization of gambling in Ukraine on the functioning of hotel enterprises. Therefore, the main task in presenting the material of the article is to assess the possible ways of development of the hospitality industry of Ukraine due to the official permission to conduct gambling business in hotels. The gambling business existed in Ukraine until 1917, after which it was banned until 2009. In autumn 2010, the draft law of Ukraine «On Gambling» was developed, but it was not adopted by the parliament due to the need to finalize and clarify it with a focus on world experience of interaction of gambling zones with the authorities and to separate gambling from bookmaking. The draft of this bill partly belonged to the measures to ensure Ukraine's preparation for Euro-2012. In 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the bill No2285-d «On state regulation of the organization and conduct of gambling», which will enter into force in 2021.Analyzing the many years of global experience in gambling, we can conclude that in this legal activity of gambling establishments at hotels will have more advantages than disadvantages. One of the projects announced by the leadership of Ukraine is called «Danube» and is planned to be implemented in part on the territory of the national nature park «Tuzla estuaries» and adjacent recreational areas of Odessa region. The 500-hectare project between Lake Sasyk and the Black Sea envisages the construction of a 10 km embankment, more than 80 hotels with 150 to 1,000 rooms, the creation of 5,000 jobs, and the arrangement of a venue for festivals and a gaming zone. The resort is planned as a year-round (figure) and provides for the construction of the first hotels in 2022, and the appearance of the first million tourists − in 2025, 6 million tourists are projected in 2030. The first investment from scratch will be $ 2.5 billion. USA. According to our research, this project is very risky and can lead to the destruction of the nature of the national nature park. In the case of the actual implementation of this project requires extremely serious economic calculations, which must involve scientists from different sectors of the economy.

It is precisely in the course of adjusting the activities of these subjects, the main task of state regulation of the bankruptcy institute is the formation of such conditions for the functioning of the national economy, which will reduce the risk of doing business for all its entities and promote the internal reorganization of its structure in accordance with the requirements of global transformations. The system of indicators describing the situation in a certain area of the functioning of national economic entities allows us to determine, directly or indirectly, the effectiveness of the bankruptcy institute at the macro-level. To analyze the impact of each of the factors on GDP, a sensitivity analysis was conducted according to which input data X were recorded at the values of 2018 and alternately changed by 10%. For each such change, GDP was calculated as compared to the model value for 2018. As a result of the calculations, the most sensitive factors were identified and features of the functioning of the bankruptcy institute in the Ukrainian economy were identified. The main provisions of a state policy aimed at increasing the functional effectiveness of the bankruptcy institute are formulated. First of all, it is necessary to promote the country's position in the Doing business rankings, as well as the Indexes of Economic Freedom and Corruption Perceptions. On the other hand, an annual growth of the inflation index of around 10% and the level of the fiscal tax burden will also have a positive effect on GDP dynamics.

ulfates are the dominant ions among the major ones in the Amur region’s sewage. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to study the long-term dynamics of the content and runoff of sulfates in the Amur River in the winter low-water, based on the materials of Roshydromet for 1943-1976 and the author’s data for 1999-2019.Significant variations in the main areas were found due to both the diversity of natural conditions and anthropogenic influence in the areas of large cities and localities. The impact of the construction of hydroelectric power plants, significant economic changes in the Chinese part of the Amur basin, as well as the closure of pulp and paper and microbiological industries in the Russian part of the Amur basin on the long-term dynamics of the content and flow of sulfates is estimated. The maximum content of sulfates in the Amur River was observed after the accident at the Jilin chemical plant in China in December 2005. The influence of major floods on the increase in the flow of sulphates in the winter low-water was established.

The present article seeks to critically probe Gandhi’s civilisational view of Indian society and politics both from his few articulate and many hidden statements at different stages of his life. His civilisational view is, therefore, analysed from a variety of perspectives: its origin, direction, advocated methods and long-time impact on Gandhian thought, philosophy and activities. It is presumed that such an analysis of Gandhi’s political philosophy with special reference to his civilisational view may clarify some of the mysteries associated with his much cited and often criticised ‘strategies’ of political activity. The article has three parts. The first dwells on the background of Gandhi’s civilisational critique and touches on some of its contents from the political standpoints. The second probes into the many meanings of civilisational politics both from Gandhi’s articulate and hidden statements on the subject. The third reviews the impact of Gandhi’s civilisational politics on the course and strategy of his political action, and its legacy for the future. The underlying idea is that satyagraha in the Gandhian philosophical context is most intelligible when viewed from the short- and long-term perspectives of civilisational politics.

The object of research is the problem of formation of principles for the development of inclusive tourism as a new multifunctional scientific and practical direction, is considered within the framework of the socio-economic sphere. One of the most problematic places for the implementation of this direction is the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the principles of development and implementation of inclusive tourism, which is just beginning to be studied from the point of view of economic efficiency and social protection, appearing in the market of tourist services. In this regard, a significant factor remains the complexity of solving socio-economic problems related to both inclusive tourism and scientific areas related to it, together create an inclusive environment and ensure the systematic development of a new direction. The analysis of the current state of inclusive tourism in the world is carried out, the principles and priority tasks for the development and implementation of this direction are determined on the example of Ukraine. For the unstable social and economic spheres of Ukraine, the procedure for adapting inclusive tourism is complicated by the impact of implementation risks and is a complex and lengthy procedure. During the study, 7 principles of social rehabilitation of people with inclusion were used, which formed the basis of the general concept of development and implementation of inclusive tourism. For their implementation, the factors that contribute to the adaptation of persons with disabilities through inclusive tourism and factors that limit or influence the possibility of organizing inclusive tourism have been identified. Thanks to this, a methodologically informative segment of the development of an inclusive environment is provided and a procedure for assessing both social and economic risks of the project becomes possible. Only if there is a state strategic program for the long-term development of inclusive tourism and a thorough analysis of key risks, it is possible to avoid problems in the future. In comparison with similar well-known methodologies, the proposed approaches allow minimizing risks in the process of creating an inclusive environment and predicting the electoral reaction and socio-economic aspects of introducing inclusive tourism.

With large numbers of psychotic patients now living in the community, there is growing appreciation of the influence of family life on the long-term social outcome of chronic schizophrenia. From the work of Brown, Birley and Wing (1972) it appears that to achieve and maintain optimum clinical stability in ‘typical’ chronic schizophrenia, it is desirable that face-to-face contact between patients and emotional relatives should be held to a minimum and that phenothiazine drugs should be used to soften the impact on the patient of sudden and stressful life changes. Reviewing the many social problems which accrue from this general treatment approach, Stevens (1973) noted a distinct lack of evaluative study of psychotic patients who actually live in the community.

The European Multidisciplinary Seafloor and water column Observatory (EMSO) consists, to date, of 11 regional multiple sensor-equipped platforms distributed around Europe from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea. Each system collects multidisciplinary measurements in the water column as well as at the seafloor addressing several critical questions related to ocean health, climate change, marine ecosystems and natural hazards. EMSO is a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) since 2016, and one of the many challenges has been to design new online services promoting marine data produced by the whole network. Here, we report on an on-going activity to compile, control and deliver quality controlled temperature and salinity data and metadata gathered through the EMSO network from the sea surface down to 4000m. As part of this effort, we work on the development of online tools for temperature and salinity data visualization and knowledge discovery based on widely used software components such as dashboards. These services aim to support the stakeholders' needs (from scientists and industries to institutions and policymakers) by providing relevant information on multidisciplinary oceanographic data. They also highlight the importance of filling the knowledge gap on the abyssal ocean by delivering useful deep long-term series necessary to assess the impact of key processes on global issues such as climate change and marine ecosystem sustainability.
