The article discusses the concept of the «acmeological competence» and its role in the context of trilingual education. The policy of trilingual education is described, the insufficient level of the English language profi-ciency among secondary school teachers is noted and the need for the development of a multilingual person-ality is revealed. The authors come to the conclusion that in order to realize this need, it is impossible to do without the acmeological competence, which stimulates the development of such personal qualities as self-realization, self-development and self-improvement. This suggests that a person should constantly develop himself in order to achieve good results in professional activities. However, the processes of self-realization, self-development and self-improvement are not particularly important tasks for all people. These processes become important when a person faces the problem of solving professional or life problems. Thus, the au-thors highlight the fact that every adult should set himself difficult tasks in order to achieve personal and pro-fessional growth. In addition to the acmeological competence, the article examines such concepts as «acmeological ability», «professionalism of activity» and «professionalism of the individual», which also play an important role in the professional formation and in the development of personality. In general, ac-cording to the authors, the development of a multilingual personality, which is a task in the trilingual educa-tion, requires a teacher to be highly motivated in the professional activity.

This article examines the problem of self-relationship of students-psychologists in the process of professionalization, on the basis of correlation and factor analysis is compared two groups of subjects of junior and senior courses with varying degrees of involvement in the professional activities of a psychologist, analyzes the causes and possible results of changes in self-relationship. The article established the following patterns: motivational and semantic mechanisms of self-development assume the impact on the personality of the future specialist through a change in the meaning of activity. Depending on the level of self-fulfillment of the individual, the appropriate dynamic semantic systems were allocated at different stages of the training. External negative motivation, as professionalization begins to correlate more strongly with both self-esteem and global self-relationship. This is a consequence of the abandonment of externally asked forms of activity in favor of the growth of self-determinized motivational tendencies. The role of external evaluation does not decrease, but the tolerance for being in a highly competitive environment increases. Negative external assessments activate the desire to confirm the level of global self-relationship. Factor analysis allowed us to identify an integral complex of "primary professionalization" that combines high resistance to external negative effects on self-esteem, high conceit, as well as professionally important for the psychologist traits of sensitivity and propensity to carefully analyze behavior. The impact on the formation of a professional psychologist during the course of training can be distinguished by how objectively they are, or perceived subjectively significant for students as controlling, informing or amotivating, how much weight their contribution to the formation of internal motivation of the individual. In particular, the study found that changes in self-relationship at different stages of professionalization lead to the development of sensitivity as a factor of empathy, a number of qualities become self-determinized depending on the degree of importance for the future profession.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.
