The research objective is to analyze information and communication technology resources in online learning systems. This research method is carried out starting from studying the literature related to the research topic then identifying the ICT resources used for online learning. The results showed that the information managed by the online learning system was 84.72% on average, the applications used were LMS Moodle (100%), Moodle runs on infrastructure with various specifications, and ICT human resources in higher education are on average as much as 54.55%. This study provides recommendations for universities wishing to develop an online learning system in their organization. Keywords: ICT Resources, PBM, Online Learning Systems, LMS, Higher Education

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out how to (1) Design online learning with the use of information and communication technology media. (2) Online learning process using information and communication technology. (3) Impact of using information and communication technology in online learning. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative, namely, to describe, describe, and describe the efforts of teachers and students in conducting online learning by utilizing information and communication technology at SDN Cikokol 1, using data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations. The subjects of this study were class III B teachers and class III B students at SDN Cikokol 1 Tangerang City. The object of this research is the process of utilizing information and communication technology in online learning. The results of this study indicate that in the process of utilizing information and communication technology for online learning, students are very enthusiastic during the learning process using information and communication technology. Keywords: Utilization, Online Learning, Information and Communication Technology   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana (1) Rancangan pembelajaran daring dengan pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. (2)  Proses pembelajaran daring dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. (3) Dampak penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu, untuk menguraikan, mendiskripsikan, dan menggambarkan upaya guru dan peserta didik dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di SDN Cikokol 1, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas III B dan siswa kelas III B SDN Cikokol 1 Kota Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pembelajaran daring ini siswa sangat antusias selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.   Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan, Pembelajaran Daring, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi

During the current pandemic, the development of information and communication technology is very much needed in daring learning. The problem this study is how to describe the level of problem-solving abilities carried out by students in solving math problems on the number pattern material according to Polya during daring learning. This study aims to describe the problem-solving abilities according to Polya during daring learning on number pattern material for class VIII MTs. Hasanuddin Semboro with the subjects studied were 6 out of 23 students.This research method type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that the, students tended to be incomplete in writing down known and asked data and students are able to describe number pattern problems using symbols. At the stage, students are able to recall the number pattern problems that have been resolved. At the stage of carrying out, students are able to carry out their plans and check for the previous steps to have been carried out. At the re-checking stage, some students are able to re-examine and steps that have been carried out.   Keywords: problem solving, number pattern, online learning

The purpose of writing this research is to find out how the implementation of environmental care character education in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. That is a study that understands social problems that exist in society by analyzing and presenting them using words to create a picture of the problems that exist in society obtained from sources. This study explains what the implementation of environmental care character education is like in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Resolve. One of the problems that often occurs is that students often throw garbage carelessly which results in damage to environmental sustainability in schools. In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools conducting full online learning will certainly affect the implementation of environmental care character education which is usually always applied in schools. Teachers must also be more creative in conducting online learning by inserting environmental care character education so that students understand more about caring for the environment. The implementation of environmental care is applied by the way teachers can conduct learning using the e-learning method, namely learning that utilizes information and communication technology as well as working with parents to always monitor and assist the development of students in implementation. Environmental care character education. Online learning is carried out through a cellphone or laptop that is connected to an internet network connection. The learning process uses plates from, zoom, google meet and whatsapp groups. Learning that is applied to the implementation of environmental care character education, the teacher will provide material first, students learn the material that has been given by the teacher, before holding learning through zoom, then they are given LKPD to do with the help of parents which contains the planting of environmental care characters.

Abstract— The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia made many changes in various sectors. The education sector is no exception, which is forced to change the learning system, which was originally face-to-face in schools, must be replaced with an online learning system. Even though technological developments have progressed, in reality the mastery of information and communication technology has not been mastered properly. Those who are involved in online learning also feel that they have not been able to implement it optimally. There are many obstacles and difficulties experienced by educators, students, and parents when implementing online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in in Beji Hamlet, Sawiji Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. The result is that learning with online media is possible to be effective for students who are in areas where internet access is smooth, the facilities and infrastructure are supportive, and are not technologically illiterate. Keywords—: Effectiveness; Online Learning; Covid-19 Pandemic.

This research aims to describe the problems are how the position, condition, standardization, accusation, and protection of Islamic institutions higher education to services customer’s or student in Indonesia and how is learning system and developing science in this age and challenges facing Islamic institution of higher education and the expectations and strategies to deal accretion. The method uses library research, observation to document, literature, discussion, and interview with experts about LPTI. The research finding is the 21st century is the age globalization. It takes to impact on interdependencies, competition, and advances in science, information and communication technology on institution of Islamic higher education. Interdependention describe the something happened in a country correlated with other country. This condition has to change of paradigm at management of institution higher education that the society make it is corporate has to protects and the best accusation and quickly services to customers. In this study, the integration of fuzzy analytic hierarchy processes (FAHPs) and fuzzy overlays in GIS was used to determine appropriate geographic zones for the establishment of knowledge intensive firms in 22 districts of the Tehran metropolis. According to the theoretical background, a number of criteria were selected for the identification of appropriate geographic zones. The results show that among the selected criteria, proximity to existing knowledge intensity firms, and companies providing information and communication technology (ICT) services, higher education and research centers, being close to convenient transportation network and land use have more important role in the location of firms. According to the findings, among 22 regions, regions 3, 7, 6, 1, 2, 10, 4, 11, and 12 are the most desirable ones for the deployment of firms. Ultimately, regions 6, 7, 3, and 1 have received “very high” priority for the deployment of knowledge intensive firms.

ICTs in Education refers to the development of information and communications technology specifically for teaching/learning purposes, while the ICTs in education involves the adoption of general components of information and communication technologies in the teaching learning process. This article intends to examine the concept of education and training in the form of information and communication technology-based teaching materials for the athlete's teacher. This training is very important for them considering the teacher's low ability to use technology in the learning process. The research method used is the study of literature. The results of the analysis show that Substantive Technical Training in Teaching Material Preparation can be implemented to improve the competence of RA teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media.

The amount of information to be accumulated at university has been increasing in recent years, so students nowadays are moving towards using computers in the learning process. Application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), particularly educational software, to facilitate the learning and teaching process has become a more and more popular trend among teachers. In Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT), Vietnam, a multi-disciplinary virtual learning environment (http://e-learning.tnut.edu.vn) has been established on the MOODLE platform. The aim of this paper is to introduce the design of self-practice listening and vocabulary exercises for the TOEFL-ITP preparation course by integrating the exercises designed with the Hot Potatoes and Quizlet into TNUT’s institutional e-learning system. First, the advantages of the e-learning system are discussed. Second, the tools and materials necessary for the design are described. Finally, a suggestion on integrating the listening and vocabulary exercises designed by the Hot Potatoes software and Quizlet into the available e-learning system is introduced.
