ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out how to (1) Design online learning with the use of information and communication technology media. (2) Online learning process using information and communication technology. (3) Impact of using information and communication technology in online learning. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative, namely, to describe, describe, and describe the efforts of teachers and students in conducting online learning by utilizing information and communication technology at SDN Cikokol 1, using data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations. The subjects of this study were class III B teachers and class III B students at SDN Cikokol 1 Tangerang City. The object of this research is the process of utilizing information and communication technology in online learning. The results of this study indicate that in the process of utilizing information and communication technology for online learning, students are very enthusiastic during the learning process using information and communication technology. Keywords: Utilization, Online Learning, Information and Communication Technology   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana (1) Rancangan pembelajaran daring dengan pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. (2)  Proses pembelajaran daring dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. (3) Dampak penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu, untuk menguraikan, mendiskripsikan, dan menggambarkan upaya guru dan peserta didik dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di SDN Cikokol 1, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas III B dan siswa kelas III B SDN Cikokol 1 Kota Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pembelajaran daring ini siswa sangat antusias selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.   Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan, Pembelajaran Daring, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi

The development of the world of technology cannot be avoided, educational institutions as centers of education and learning must follow these technological developments so that they can exist more. In the industrial era 4.0 which was marked by advances in information and communication technology, accelerating and providing various kinds of convenience in accessing information and data on various aspects of life. This acceleration and convenience has become a necessity and a lifestyle. Therefore, schools as educational institutions that have various kinds of data must be willing to make changes, adjust to these demands, so that the education and learning process can take place properly, quickly, and accurately. Schools must take advantage of information and communication technology. Carry out the education and learning process online. Consequently, it must have facilities and infrastructure, in the form of information and communication technology. However, the reality in the field is that not all schools have and apply this technology, due to various limitations, financial and workforce quality. The problem then is, is this true, information and communication technology is a major need, without this technology learning cannot take place optimally, the continuity of the institution and its existence is threatened. From here the researcher was moved to research on the implementation of information systems online. Aims to find out and understand the effectiveness of online information system implementation in Era 4.0 as a database and educational information service center at the Krian 1 Muhammadiyah Primary School. This type of qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach (field research). This study used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documents. The collected data were analyzed through 3 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data, triangulation was used. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of the Muhammadiyah Education Information System (Sidikmu) in the administrative services of the Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic education assessment system in the Industrial era 4.0 at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Sioarjo implemented in integral automation. An information system that not only functions as a database but also as a center for educational information services for student guardians. So that educational institutions can move according to the era which is completely online and instant. Sidikmu is effective and efficient in improving the quality and productivity of the ISMUBA education assessment system administration services at SD Muhamadiyah 1 Krian, Sidoarjo. The effectiveness and efficiency of Sidikmu's work automatically integrate all existing data in schools, making it easier for the administrative process for assessments, especially on ISMUBA subjects. The main obstacle is that not all Ismuba teachers master the technology, so training is needed, the provision of facilities, and guaranteed awards for Creative and Innovative Ismuba teachers

This article intends to examine the concept of education and training in the form of information and communication technology-based teaching materials for the athlete's teacher. This training is very important for them considering the teacher's low ability to use technology in the learning process. The research method used is the study of literature. The results of the analysis show that Substantive Technical Training in Teaching Material Preparation can be implemented to improve the competence of RA teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media.

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah membawa perubahan yang sangat besar bagi dunia pendidikan. Bentuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diterapkan di dunia pendidikan adalah metode pembelajaran online atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan e-Learning yang membantu sebuah proses pembelajaran. Berawal dari adanya masalah pada motode pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah logika Matematika pada Fakultas Teknik UNIS Tangerang, maka dikembangkan suatu pembelajaran online (e-learning) dengan metode object oriented berbasis web  mengunakan PHP dan MySQL. Dengan model pembelajaran online berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa pada mata kuliah logika Matematika dan pembelajaran online memudakan Dosen memberikan materi pembelajaran serta memberikan tugas kepada para mahasiswa dan dosen pun bisa meng-upload materi dan tugas dimana saja dan kapan saja. Kata kunci : e-learning, Pembelajaran, Logika Matematika ABSTRAK The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought enormous changes to the world of education. The form of development of information and communication technology that is applied in the world of education is an online learning method or better known as e-Learning that helps a learning process. Starting with a problem in learning methods and student interest in mathematics logic courses at the Faculty of Engineering UNIS Tangerang, an online learning (e-learning) method was developed using web-based object oriented methods using PHP and MySQL. During the current pandemic, the development of information and communication technology is very much needed in online learning. The problem in this study is how to describe the level of problem-solving abilities carried out by students in solving math problems on number material during online learning. This study aims to identify the difficulties of seventh grade students of SMP Nurul Chotib Wringinagung in learning mathematics on numbers. The type and approach in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study were tests, interviews and questionnaires, while data processing used the percentage formula P = × 100%. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the difficulty of grade VII students of SMP Nurul Chotib Wringinagung in number material was the lack of understanding of students in solving problem solving problems, often incorrectly using formulas in solving problems, as well as difficulty distinguishing between planning and implementing plans.   Keywords: difficulties problem solvig, numbers, online learning

Learning today can be facilitated with the help of technology that can be utilized by teachers in presenting learning materials in the teaching and learning process. In order to facilitate teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process can use the main learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). But the phenomenon that occurs, teachers experience a lot of problems when developing ICT-based learning media. Qualitative research method of phenomenological approach can be understood that the results of research in SMP BSS show; 1) The awareness of IPS teachers in SMP BSS the importance of ICT-based learning media; 2) Teacher problems in developing ICT-based learning media in the form of, how to operate media software and follow the development of technology; 3) factors of problematika emergence, namely, age factors, lack of skills mentoring, differences learned between generations, overload of additional tasks, and lack of opportunities in the division of time to learn; 4) addressing the problems that arise, ips teachers at SMP BSS take a stand by doing time management, and also the spirit of continuing to learn ICT-based learning media; 5) the hope of ips teachers in SMP BSS is that there is a paya fulfillment of facilities from the agency so that the problems they face can be resolved. Pembelajaran saat ini dapat dipermudah dengan bantuan teknologi yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh guru dalam menyajikan materi pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar. Guna mempernudah guru dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran utamanya berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Namun fenomena yang terjadi, guru banyak mengalami problematika ketika mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK. Metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan fenomenologi dapat dipahami bahwa hasil penelitian di SMP BSS menunjukkan; 1) Adanya kesadaran guru IPS di SMP BSS pentingnya media pembelajaran berbasis TIK; 2) Permasalahan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK berupa, cara pengoperasian software media dan mengikuti perkembangan teknology; 3) factor munculnya problematika yakni, factor usia, tidak adanya pendampingan keterampilan, perbedaan yang dipelajari antar generasi, overload tugas tambahan, dan kurangnya kesempatan dalam pembagian waktu untuk belajar; 4) menyikapi problematika yang muncul, guru IPS di SMP BSS mengambil sikap dengan melakukan manajemen waktu, dan juga semangat terus belajar media pembelajaran berbasis TIK; 5) harapan guru IPS di SMP BSS yakni ada paya pemenuhan fasilitas dari instansi agar problematika yang mereka hadapi dapat teratasi.

This research was aimed to find information about the extent of teachers competence in using information and communication technology as a medium in the learning process and supporting factors, inhibiting the use of it. The samples  in this   research were the teachers and headmasters of Muhammadiyah elementary school and secondary schools in Sorong regency, with 5   teachers and 5 headmasters. Data collection techniques in this research is using a questionnaires with  completed  by  the  respondents, while the method of data  analysis  is descriptive quantitative method, where the presentation of the data shown in tables and graphs. The results showed that only 54% of teachers who are competent to  use  information  and  communication technology  in  learning in their school and only reached   58%  of headmasters in  successful  policy  to  encourage the  use  of  information  and communication technology in schools. Based on this results that needs to make efforts to improve the competence of teachers in using of information and communication technology as a learning media.Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari informasi tentang sejauhmana kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pemanfaatannya. Sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru dan kepala sekolah tingkat dasar dan menengah Muhammadiyah yang ada di kabupaten  Sorong  sebanyak 5 guru dan 5 Kepala Sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan  kuisioner  yang  diisi  oleh  responden, Sedangkan metode analisis datanya adalah  metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana penyajian data ditampilkan  dalam bentuk table dan grafik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hanya 54% guru yang kompeten untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran disekolahnya dan hanya mencapai 58% kepala sekolah dalam kebijakannya berhasil  mendorong  pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di sekolahnyaBerdasarkan hasil ini, maka perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai media pembelajaran

The research objective is to analyze information and communication technology resources in online learning systems. This research method is carried out starting from studying the literature related to the research topic then identifying the ICT resources used for online learning. The results showed that the information managed by the online learning system was 84.72% on average, the applications used were LMS Moodle (100%), Moodle runs on infrastructure with various specifications, and ICT human resources in higher education are on average as much as 54.55%. The teacher plays a very important role both in planning and implementing the learning process. Therefore teachers must have professional competence that can support the ability in planning and implementing in the learning process. this research was conducted at SDN 001 Sungai Pinang. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the professional competence of teachers in Sungai Pinang 001 Elementary School. This research is a school action research. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaire or questionnaire techniques. From the results of the study showed that, teacher professional competence seen from the indicators mastering the competency standards and basic competencies obtained an average percentage of 71.5% good category. Indicators of developing learning materials that are taught creatively, obtained an average percentage of 75.7% good category. Indicators of developing professionalism in a sustainable manner can be seen that the average percentage reaches 80.6% good category. Indicators utilizing information and communication technology, obtained an average percentage of 81.4% in the excellent category. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the professional competence of SDN 001 Sungai Pinang Teachers, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is classified as good

During the current pandemic, the development of information and communication technology is very much needed in daring learning. The problem this study is how to describe the level of problem-solving abilities carried out by students in solving math problems on the number pattern material according to Polya during daring learning. This study aims to describe the problem-solving abilities according to Polya during daring learning on number pattern material for class VIII MTs. Hasanuddin Semboro with the subjects studied were 6 out of 23 students.This research method type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that the, students tended to be incomplete in writing down known and asked data and students are able to describe number pattern problems using symbols. At the stage, students are able to recall the number pattern problems that have been resolved. At the stage of carrying out, students are able to carry out their plans and check for the previous steps to have been carried out. At the re-checking stage, some students are able to re-examine and steps that have been carried out.   Keywords: problem solving, number pattern, online learning

We all realize and feel that today the world is moving fast towards the formation of a science-based society, science-based business activities and the realization of a new culture based on science and technology, especially information and communication technology or also known as information and communication technology whose main form is the internet. One form of using internet technology to support the learning process is E-Learning. With this E-Learning, educators or tutors can put learning materials, give assignments, collect assignments, and quizzes for evaluation. In the process of this research, the author uses a methodology that is commonly used by other research, the methodologies used include the method of literature study, observation, interviews with teachers, and literature studies. The purpose of this paper is to create a web-based learning media (e-Learning) that can be used by teachers as a learning tool with various sources for providing learning materials. The results achieved are the authors try to design a web-based learning media or better known as E-Learning. It is hoped that later the school can implement this E-Learning so that it can improve the performance of teachers as teachers and increase the absorption of students in mastering the material. The conclusion of this paper is that with E-Learning teachers and students are given convenience in the teaching and learning process and increase creativity for teachers and students.
