The Airsoft Group Competition (ARGO) is an airsoft gun championship event held after the airsoft fan group Anarchy99 Magelang. The manual registration system in airsoft competition has many disadvantages, it requires time to search for participant data, it is prone to double participants that are not needed by the competition participants and if there are participants with the same name, it is difficult for one participant to another. The purpose of this study is to obtain a registration information system to facilitate participants and organizers in carrying out the registration process and making reports. With a large number of participants spread throughout Indonesia, this championship requires information systems. The method used in making this information system uses the prototype method. The results obtained from research testing with the Black Box Testing method and conducted on the user, can be concluded related to the system built has met the needs of the procurement of information systems that help the registration process and help the participant data and conduct purchase. Requires a long time in making reports.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Purpose This study aims to support an institution to hold an online meeting or conference in the middle of social distancing, which is currently in effect. Design/methodology/approach In developing this application, rapid application design methodology is used. The implementation used HTML5 and PHP for the Web and MySQL for the database and Agora Software Development Kit. To evaluate the application, the authors had a black box testing method. Findings This application will support the participant registration process, validation, payment, providing a link to the workshop to the participant, token and room name to be able to join an online meeting or conference up to the process of giving a digital attendance certificate to participants or members participating in it. Originality/value An integrated Web application provides full services, starting from the registration process, payment, the conference meeting itself and certificate of attendance.

ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. Many entrepreneurs have formed businesses in the culinary field. At this time, there are many restaurants not use computerization in making transactions. With limited human resources and lack of time effectiveness to serve customers who place orders, a food ordering information system is needed that can solve these problems. This system makes it easy to order food and manage the income, because when making transactions with customers you don't need to write menus manually and customers can get accurate info. This system, customers immediately know the details of him transaction. This study uses the Waterfall methodology then built with the Codeigniter’s framework and as a database support using MySQL. The data collection stage in making this information system is carried out by observation and interview. The system is implemented with a client server network architecture using a personal computer at the cashier as a server, so the system runs without internet access. The results of this system include ordering menus, processing order and transactions data, and printing transaction receipts in PDF. System testing using Black Box testing method, shows that the system has run well without any errors. Meanwhile, the results of questionnaire testing of 31 respondents, consisting of 30 visitors getting an interpretation percentage of 96% and 1 coffee shop owner getting 80% of the interpretation percentage. So, it can be concluded that the system is considered feasible to be applied and facilitates the process of ordering food.

Abstrak— Sistem informasi saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan pada masyarakat untuk membantu dalam menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan. Masyarakat telah menyadari akan pentingnya keberadaan sistem informasi dalam membantu memonitoring pekerjaan yang sudah dilakukan maupun sebagai bentuk untuk pengolahan data yang lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan cara manual. Salah satu bentuk implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi adalah pengelolaan dana biaya operasional sekolah. Dimana pada biaya operasional sekolah lebih mengarah pada akuntansi dikarenakan pengolahan didalamnya sesuai dengan keilmuan dibidang akuntansi. Oleh karena itu, supaya penggunaan dana BOS bisa dipertanggungjawabkan maka diperlukan sebuah sistem dalam pengelolaan dan monitoringnya. Pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah diperlukan supaya bisa membantu para pengelola dana BOS dalam memonitoring dan mengevaluasi setiap penggunaan dana BOS. Perancangan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah ini lebih tepatnya menggunakan metode rapid application development (RAD). Model RAD (rapid application development) merupakan model proses pengembangan perangkat lunak secara linier sequential yang menekankan pada siklus pengembangan yang sangat singkat. Black Box Testing berfokus pada spesifikasi fungsional dari perangkat lunak. Tester dapat mendefinisikan kumpulan kondisi input dan melakukan pengetesan pada spesifikasi fungsional program. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode black box, aplikasi SIA BOS yang telah dibuat tidak ditemukan permasalahan dari sistem. Kata kunci— sistem informasi, akuntansi, dana BOS, RAD, black box.Abstract— The current information system has become a necessity for the community to assist in completing various jobs. The public has been aware of the importance of the existence of information systems in helping to monitor the work that has been done and as a form for data processing easier than the manual way. One form of accounting information system implementation is the fund management of school operational costs. Where on the operational costs of schools more leads to accounting because the processing therein in accordance with the scholarship in the field of accounting. Therefore, in order for the use of BOS funds can be accounted for, it is necessary a system in the management and monitoring. Creation of school operational cost accounting information system is needed to assist BOS fund managers in monitoring and evaluating every use of BOS funds. The design in making the information system of school operational cost accounting is more precisely use method of rapid application development (RAD). RAD model (rapid application development) is a model of sequential linear software development process that emphasizes on a very short development cycle. Black Box Testing focuses on the functional specifications of the software. The tester can define the set of input conditions and perform testing on the functional specifications of the program. Based on the results of testing the system using black box method, SIA BOS application that has been made not found problems from the system. Abstract:Central Lombok Diskominfo availability of very limited information about towers that have not paid or that have already paid fees causes Central Lombok Dikominfo tends not to have accurate and relevant information so it must check the tower. The research objective is to map 320 towers spread across the Lombok Regency in the form of a Google map. The system development method in this study uses XP (Extreme Programming) and the application testing technique uses the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this study are to make it easier for employees / staff in finding the location of the tower that has not paid and who have paid fees by clicking the tower icon in the application.            Keywords:Geographic Information Systems, XP (Extreme Programming), Central Lombok  Abstrak:Diskominfo Lombok Tengah ketersediaan informasi yang sangat terbatas mengenai menara yang belum membayar atau yang sudah membayar retribusi menyebabkan Dikominfo Lombok Tengah cenderung tidak memiliki informasi yang akurat dan relevan sehingga harus mengecek menara tersebut.Tujuan penelitian untuk memetakan 320 menara yang tersebar di wilayah Lombok bentuk google map. Article discusses the design of user complaint information system on Cater PLN Company Branch UPJ CityBekasi. The design systems consist of complaint acceptance module, scheduled module, field team determinationmodule, and complaint report module. This information system application program testing of user complaint isusing black-box testing method. Black-box testing method was done by giving a number of inputs to the applicationprogram that later processed suitable with the functional needs to produce the needed output. ABSTRACT<br />The boarding house is a type of room that rented for a certain period with the agreement with the<br />owner and the agreed price. The boarding house is used to temporary housing for people who come<br />from far away places. However, limited information makes people having trouble to find a boarding<br />house. So from that problem, the Geographic Information System Of Boarding House Mapping In<br />South Kuta District Using Laravel Framework was made. This system uses a radius search method<br />so it can help people know the location of a boarding house from somewhere. The system created<br />using the waterfall method and the boarding house data was obtained from observations and<br />interviews with related parties. The result of this study is a website-based system using the Laravel<br />framework. Based on the results of system testing with the black-box testing method, it can be<br />concluded the system has been running well. Meanwhile, based on a questionnaire that has<br />indicators in terms of convenience, content, benefits, and interfaces, with 20 respondents obtained<br />results as much as 47.5% of respondents answered strongly agree, 42.5% of respondents answered<br />agree, 5% of respondents answered enough, 2.5% of respondents answered disagree, and 2.5% of<br />respondents answered strongly disagree.<br />Keywords: Geographic Information System, Boarding House, Laravel Framework, Radius Search,<br />South Kuta District<br />ABSTRAK<br />Tempat kost adalah sejenis kamar yang disewa selama kurun waktu tertentu sesuai dengan perjanjian<br />pemilik kamar dengan harga yang telah disepakati. Tempat kost digunakan sebagai tempat tinggal<br />sementara bagi masyarakat umum yang berasal dari luar daerah. Namun ketersediaan informasi yang<br />terbatas menyebabkan masyarakat kesulitan dalam mencari tempat kost. Maka dari itu dibuatlah<br />Sistem Informasi Geografis Pemetaan Tempat Kost di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Menggunakan<br />Framework Laravel. Sistem ini menggunakan metode pencarian radius sehingga dapat membantu<br />masyarakat mengetahui lokasi tempat kost dari suatu tempat. Sistem yang dibuat menggunakan<br />metode waterfall dan data tempat kost didapat dari observasi dan wawancara terhadap pihak terkait.<br />Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang berbasis website dengan menggunakan<br />framework laravel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan metode black-box testing,<br />dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun telah berjalan dengan baik. Sementara itu,<br />berdasarkan kuesioner yang memiliki indikator dari segi kemudahan, konten, manfaat, dan interface,<br />dengan 20 orang responden didapat hasil sebanyak 47,5% responden menjawab sangat setuju,<br />42,5% responden menjawab setuju, 5% responden menjawab cukup, 2,5% responden menjawab<br />tidak setuju, dan 2,5% responden menjawab sangat tidak setuju.<br />Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis, Tempat Kost, Framework Laravel, Pencarian Radius,<br />Kecamatan Kuta Selatan

ABSTRACT<br />PT. Surya Cemerlang Niaga Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of imported beef. There are constraints experienced by companies, such demand with supply is not balanced and recording of inventory is still manually by hand. Determination of the inventory is still manually by hand so as to determine how the merchandise will be provided the company must first compare the number of items that came out with a comparison of data before the data is also of recent expenditures.Based on these problems, this research aims to design and build information systems that can assist in data processing and forecasting inventory items for the next month. Web-based information system is built with the Weighted Moving Average method for inventory forecasting process. The data used in forecasting is the last three months of data.The results of this study indicate successful information system designed and built. Based on testing with Black box testing system functionality information obtained is in conformity with the designs. Based on the calculation error last three months weights 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 is obtained MSE (Mean Squared Error) is 0.00834 that shows the smallest value and proper use for forecasting.<br />Keywords: Information Systems, Inventory, Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average<br />ABSTRAK<br />PT. Surya Cemerlang Niaga Abadi merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi daging import. Terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh perusahaan antara lain permintaan dengan persediaan tidak seimbang dan pencatatan persediaan barang juga masih manual dengan tulisan tangan. Penentuan persediaan barang itu sendiri masih dilakukan secara manual dengan tulisan tangan jadi untuk menentukan berapa jumlah persediaan barang yang akan disediakan perusahaan harus terlebih dahulu membandingkan jumlah barang yang keluar dengan perbandingan data sebelumnya juga data pengeluaran barang yang baru terjadi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data barang dan peramalan persediaan barang untuk bulan berikutnya. Sistem informasi dibangung berbasis web dengan metode Weighted Moving Average untuk proses peramalan persediaan barang. Data yang digunakan dalam peramalan adalah data tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem informasi berhasil dirancang dan dibangun. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan Black box testing didapatkan fungsionalitas sistem informasi sudah sesuai dengan rancangan yang dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan error bobot tiga bulan terakhir 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 diperoleh nilai MSE (Mean Squared Error) adalah 0.00834 yang menunjukkan nilai terkecil dan tepat digunakan untuk peramalan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Persediaan, Peramalan, Weighted Moving Average

The hospital as one of the largest health installations always strives to implement quality services because it has an impact on customer satisfaction and brings in new customers. Customer complaints that are not handled properly will adversely affect the impression of the hospital. The difficulty faced by Surya Husadha General Hospital Denpasar is handling customer complaints that are still manual by wrote to the paper. This method is considered not maximal in efforts to provide handling and managing customer complaints. The purpose of this research is to build an information system for handling customer complaints that can help hospital customer care in managing customer complaints, confirm complaints to the relevant units and validate the actions taken. Customer complaint handling information systems can also produce complaints information that has been handled and has not been handled as well as customer complaints reports based on certain time units. The results of the research indicate that it has succeeded in building a complaints information system that can help customer care in managing customer complaints. The results of black box testing show that the system functions run well.
