This paper describes a methodology for modifying a tooth for the ability to transmit torque in one direction only. It presents two methods (analytical and numerical) of tooth mass reduction while maintaining functional features of the whole transmission. The results of the above mentioned methodology are presented on the example of a mass-produced transmission.

In this study, a compliant version of the Cardan universal joint is introduced. The original design consists of two identical parts assembled at right angle with respect to each other. The single piece part can be produced from planar materials; thus, it has the advantage of easiness in manufacturing. Dimensions of the mechanism are devised in order to satisfy the Cardan joint theory and to avoid an undesired contact between the identical parts. As a design example, a mechanism is dimensioned. The resultant stresses at flexural hinges of this sample are determined via finite element analysis method and torque transmission capability of this mechanism is determined. Further, this sample is manufactured and operated under a considerable output loading. Therefore, robustness of the compliant Cardan joint is verified with this prototype. As well, it is verified that the results of experiments are consistent with the theoretical approaches.

In this work, the lubrication performance of magnetorheological fluid-filled parallel discs of shear mode magnetorheological clutch is investigated. A magnetorheological fluid contains magnetic particles responsible for the yield strength and hence torque transmission capability in the magnetorheological clutch. The wear damages of magnetic particles of a magnetorheological fluid and magnetorheological clutch discs are examined by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy is used to investigate the variation in chemical composition before and after the experimental test. A test rig is developed to test the torque transmission for a fabricated magnetorheological clutch with a grooved and non-grooved disc. The grooves' impact on both magnetorheological clutch discs' wear and magnetorheological fluid is investigated. It has been observed that the minimum wear damage occurs in the magnetic particles and the disc surface for the circular grooved magnetorheological clutch disc surface than the non-grooved disc surface. An effect of surface texture on the temperature distribution of the magnetorheological clutch is studied through simulation. Simulation results show that the groove's presence on the disc surface can improve the magnetorheological clutch's heat transfer. Hence, the grooved texture improves the lubrication performance and durability of both magnetorheological fluid and magnetorheological clutch.

A Magneto-rheological Fluid Clutch (MRC for short) which has a novel and simple structure is designed; the research on the magnetic field distribution is based on the finite element simulation software which is named Ansoft; In order to test the work performance, the electronic torsion testing machine is used for the torque transmission capability and controllability test. The experimental results reveal that the MRC could meet the torque transmission demand of high power machine and response quickly and reliably.

The purpose of the article. The article considers the Blockchain technology asan innovative tool. In particular, the essence and background of the developmentof blocks, the principles and specifics of the functioning of the system, as well asthe scheme of its work, are determined. The article presents the prospects forusingdistributed registry technologies (blockchain) in various socioeconomic spheresrelated to state administration. Provided examples and forecasts of the use ofblockchain technologies in the provision of state and municipal services forindividuals and legal entities in the following areas: formation of a unified registercontaining the history of the placement of the state, municipal order, as well asprocurement of corporations with state participation and / or control; registers ofdocuments (diplomas, certificates, lost and disavowed passports, policies for movableand immovable property insurance, health, etc.); database of court decisions andexecutive proceedings; public participation portals for citizens of Ukraine district- city – country. The fact that the blockchain technology is, first of all, theprinciples, and not the only possible way of implementing them, allows us to counton maximum openness and multivariate application in a dynamically changingchanging«digital world». Methodology. The research methodology is to use a combinationof methods: analytical, historical, comparative. The scientific novelty. The priorityof state blockchain systems introduction in stationary and distant voting, distributeddocument circulation, medical data registration, land resources registration,electronic auctions (auctions) in Ukraine was grounded. Conclusions. Already today,blockchain systems can change the role and participation of citizens in the conductof the state-management process, by raising the responsibility level, from thetransparent will expression in the elections to regulating the government serviceactivity in the society’s digitization conditions. The main advantages blockchainsystems using by public authorities that will increase the level of citizens trust todigital technologies using in general, namely: reliability and reliability of datastorage, transparency of transactions and virtually absolute protection of informationfrom distortion and unauthorized removal (relocation), are determined. In furtherscientific research it is proposed to consider the promising areas of the blockchaindigital technology usage: service activities of public authorities, legal proceedings,property rights management, implementation of migration control, verification ofgoods and services, registration of data on passing qualifying tests, patenting,intellectual property, digital identification, logistics , taxation, accounting ofbudget funds movement.

Wheat flour-based products are the most popular and desirable of all bakery goods. In the same time, they give the heights glycemic response so this type of products are banned for people with metabolic disorders as well as consumers who have a tendency to live a healthy lifestyle. In the same time the increasing consumption of sugars has resulted in several nutritional and medical problems, such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. The uses of a combination of various ingredients in range (such as rye flour – 40...60, dry gluten – 5...15, oat dietary fibre – 1...6 % and lentil flour - 5...20 %) that may modify the glycemic index of baked products, enhance the nutrition and functional features have shown in the article. Water Stevia extract demonstrated no effect on the baking quality and suggested the use of it to improve palatability and nutritional properties of developed new sugar-free bakery products. It was found the optimum ratio of these ingredients as a result of a series of studies and processing of the obtained data by multicriteria optimization. Results have shown that lentil flour can be used in the amount 12.5 % for the achieving optimum ratio "low glycemic index-high taste". It is shown that due to lentil flour it is possible to reduce the glycemic index to a greater extent than rye flour, dry gluten, but in terms of the taste characteristics, these products were less attractive with an increasing amount of flour in formula. The coefficients of the regression model were given as a result, it has helped to find out the patterns of influence of selected components and their dosage on the glycemic index, energy value and sensory characteristics of the product. The article represents the results, which can be used to create recipe compositions using selected ingredients.
