PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS WHITEBOARD ANIMATION SEDERHANA BERBANTUAN EXPLEE

ABSTRAKCorona Virus Disease (Covid-19) membawa dampak yang sangat besar bagi sektor pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah pergeseran pembelajaran yang tadinya terdapat tatap muka menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Hal ini membuat guru sebagai pendidik dituntut kreatif dalam menyampaikan materi melalui media pembelajaran online. Seorang guru dapat dikatan professional jika mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta mampu menerapkan model, metode, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, maka perlu dilakukan upaya berkesinambungan seperti kegiatan pelatihan maupun pembimbingan bagi guru. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui kegiatan Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Whiteboard Animation Sederhana Berbantuan Aplikasi Explee. Bentuk kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu 1) memperkenalkan konsep whiteboard animation; 2) memperkenalkan tahapan pembuatan media ajar berbasis animasi dari mulai pra produksi, produksi, hingga pasca produksi; 3) mengenalkan bahan ajar digital berbasis whiteboard animation tematik sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu. Kata kunci: pelatihan; whiteboard animation; aplikasi Explee. ABSTRACTCorona Virus Disease (Covid-19) has a huge impact on the education sector. One of them is the shift of learning that was once face-to-face to Distance Learning (PJJ). This makes teachers as educators are required to be creative in delivering materials through online learning media. A teacher can be a professional if he is able to adapt to the development of science and is able to apply models, methods, media, and learning approaches based on the needs of learners. As an effort to increase the professionalism of teachers, it is necessary to make continuous efforts such as training and mentoring activities for teachers. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve teacher professionalism through Teacher Competency Improvement Training through Simple Whiteboard Animation-Based Learning Assisted by Explee Application. The form of activities that have been done is 1) introducing the concept of whiteboard animation; 2) introduce the stages of making animation-based teaching media from pre-production, production, to post-production; 3) introduce digital teaching materials based on thematic whiteboard animation in accordance with the subjects that are mastered. Abstract. One of the requirements that must be met is to improve the quality of education by creating professional teachers. Based on the results of observations made from 9 (nine) teachers, only 1 (one) teacher has the ability to compile CAR, while 8 (eight) people do not have the ability to compile CAR. This is due to the lack of teachers getting information about the technique of preparing the CAR and the teachers are not accustomed to compiling research, so that the teachers are less able to prepare CAR In this regard, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the ability of teachers in preparing CAR. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase teacher professionalism through classroom action research and writing of environmental scientific papers at SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. The method of activities carried out in this community service is training / counseling, guidance and mentoring which is integrated in classroom action research workshops (PTK). The form of activities to be carried out is training in the form of: designing and implementing models, methods, media, and learning approaches as outlined in the classroom action research proposal; implementation of classroom action research; interpreting implementation results through classroom action research reports; and writing scientific papers. The outputs that will be produced in this activity include: classroom action research proposals, classroom action research reports, and journals published by the teacher. All participants will be accompanied and guided in the process of making proposals, reports, and copying articles in accredited or not accredited national journals. Abstrak. Salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menciptakan guru yang professional. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan dari 9 (sembilan) orang guru, hanya 1 (satu) orang guru memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK, sedangkan 8 (delapan) orang belum memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya guru mendapatkan informasi tentang teknik penyusunan PTK dan guru tidak terbiasa menyusun penelitian, sehingga para guru kurang mampu dalam menyusun PTK. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun PTK. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui penelitian tindakan kelas dan penulisan karya ilmiah lingkungan SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan/penyuluhan, pembimbingan dan pendampingan yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan workshop penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu pelatihan berupa: perancangan dan penerapan model, metode, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran yang dituangkan dalam proposal penelitian tindakan kelas; pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas; menginterpretasikan hasil pelaksanaan melalui laporan penelitian tindakan kelas; dan penulisan karya ilmiah.Luaran yang akan dihasilkan pada kegiatan ini antara lain: proposal penelitian tindakan kelas, laporan penelitian tindakan kelas, dan jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh guru. Seluruh peserta akan didampingi dan dibimbing dalam proses pembuatan proposal, laporan, hingga mensumbit artikel pada jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi atau tidak terakreditasi.

As long as covid-19 vaccine has not been discovered,then teaching and learning activities will not run as before by face-to-face, but have changed by doing distance learning online, learning and work from home, social distancing and physical distancing. This has an impact on the emergence of changes in the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi activities, namely teaching and learning activities, research and community service, so that changes occur in the method of its implementation. The condition of the covid-19 pandemic is what creates threat and obstacles to be resolved and opportunity for college to be utilized. College opportunities to carry out technological transformation that began during the covid-19 pandemic. College opportunities have begun to open classes utilizing technology. Selama belum ditemukannya vaksin covid-19, maka kegiatan belajar dan mengajar tidak akan berjalan seperti semula dengan cara melalui tatap muka, namun telah berubah dengan melakukan perkuliahan jarak jauh secara online, belajar dan bekerja dari rumah work from home dan social distancing serta physical distancing. Hal ini berdampak kepada timbulnya perubahan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu kegiatan belajar mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, sehingga terjadi perubahan dalam metode pelaksanaannya. Kondisi adanya pandemik covid-19 inilah yang menimbulkan tantangan hambatan untuk diselesaikan dan peluang kesempatan untuk dimanfaatkan oleh pendidikan tinggi. Peluang pendidikan tinggi untuk melakukan transformasi teknologi yang dimulai di masa pandemi covid-19. Peluang pendidikan tinggi mulai membuka kelas-kelas yang memanfaatkan teknologi.

Distance learning causes teachers to think creatively so that the teaching and learning process continues as it should. In addition, various platforms and media for online learning are still not widely known by teachers. The Whatsapp application is an application that is already widely used. In this application, it is possible to form groups that can gather many people to be able to chat with each other and exchange information that allows the delivery of messages in groups besides delivering messages individually. The purpose of this service is so that teachers can make maximum use of the Whatsapp media as a distance learning facility. The method in this service of AbdiMas team took the initiative to conduct a one day coaching clinic using the Whatsapp application as a means of evaluating student learning to SIT Mush'ab bin Umair teachers. The conclusion of this dedication activity is that this community service activity is felt to be very beneficial for the SIT Mush'ab bin Umair teachers. In part, the limitations of online learning facilities and infrastructure can be overcome by using Whatsapp. The use of Whatsapp as an online exam means is considered relatively cheap with a wide reach, easy to use, especially for most of the students of SIT Mush'ab bin Umair who are still in grades 1 and 2.

Kegiatan pembelajaran daring adalah kegiatan proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan pada saat ini diatur oleh kebijakan Pemerintah dalam rangka menghindari wabah COVID-19 yang sedang melanda pada masyarakat di Indonesia dan di seluruh dunia. Namun, pembelajaran daring sendiri masih menuai pro dan kontra karena dirasa belum mampu diserap secara penuh oleh para siswa didik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran daring di sebuah SMAK melalui media google meet serta memberikan kuis melalui media google form. Setelah seluruh proses dilaksanakan, para siswa mengisi kuisioner sehingga dapat mengukur efektivitas pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa memang lebih merasa mudah memahami materi melalui sistem pembelajaran tatap muka, meskipun dalam pembelajaran daring lebih dari 30% siswa masih dapat memahami materi dengan baik. Para siswa masih membutuhkan motivasi belajar sehingga guru mungkin dapat memberikan materi dengan lebih banyak variasi.Kata kunci— Pembelajaran Daring, Akuntansi, Motivasi Belajar Online learning activities are teaching and learning process activities that are currently being regulated by Government policies in order to avoid the COVID-19 outbreak that is currently hitting people in Indonesia and around the world. However, online learning itselfstill reaps pros and cons because students feel that they are not fully absorbed by students. This community service activity is carried out by providing online learning at a high school through google meet media as well as providing quizzes via google form media. Afterthe whole process was carried out, the students filled out a questionnaire so that they could measure the effectiveness of the online learning that was being carried out. The results of this community service activity show that students really find it easier to understand the material through the face-to-face learning system, although in online learning more than 30% of students can still understand the material well. Students still need motivation to learn so that teachers may be able to provide material with more variety.Keywords—Effectivity, Online Learning, Accounting, Motivation to Learn

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all areas of life, including education. The education system, which was originally face-to-face, had to be replaced with online learning. Various problems arise related to the implementation of the Distance Learning or PJJ system. This system makes parents have to participate more in supervising as well as being a substitute for teachers at home in the learning process of their children. In addition, homeschooling also raises problems where students find it difficult to understand the material given by the teacher. The decrease in enthusiasm for learning becomes a problem when the PJJ system seems monotonous and boring. To support the government's program in breaking the chain of the spread of COVID-19 without reducing the effectiveness of online learning implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture, this activity was carried out. This activity is expected to help reduce the anxiety of parents who are afraid that their children are not serious and have difficulty in learning. In addition, it is hoped that this activity will help participants to easily understand the material that has not been mastered. The methods of socialization, demonstration, and mentoring are carried out directly. The success of this activity can be seen from the assistance of the participants in solving the problems faced and the enthusiasm of the participants during the activity.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies that make teachers and students have to adapt the face-to-face learning model to online learning. The teacher of SD N 2 Cakranegara admits that there are limitations to the variety of audio-visual learning media used. The teachers also don't know and have never tried to develop game games with learning content, even though Android-based games are very possible to be developed and accessed portable on smartphones, the majority of which are already owned by teachers and students. The provision of workshops and assistance in making Android-based educational games for SD N 2 Cakranegara teachers aims to improve skills in creating and developing learning media in the form of educational games and maximizing the use of smartphones. The targeted output in this service activity is the existence of educational games that are ready to be used for the online learning process through appsgeyser.com and quickappninja.com.

[This Proceedings paper was revised and published in the 2019 issue of the journal Issues in Informing Science and Information Technology, Volume 16] Aim/Purpose: The flipped classroom approach is one of the most popular active learning approaches. This paper explores the effectiveness of a new pedagogy, known as FOCUSED, for postgraduate students. Background: The flipped classroom approach is a trendy blended learning pedagogy which capitalizes on the flexibility of online learning and the stimulating nature of face-to-face discussion. This article describes a pilot study involving post-graduate students who experienced the flipped classroom approach in one of their courses. Methodology: In additional to online activities, students adopted a newly learned approach to solve a related problem that was given by another group of students during classes. Quantitative data were collected from pre- and post-tests for both self-learned online materials and group discussion during classes so that the effectiveness of the flipped classroom pedagogy could be examined from the perspective of a holistic learning experience. Findings: It was found that the average scores for the post-test for the self-learned online video were much higher than for pre-test, even though the post-tests for both online and face-to-face learning were higher than the respective pre-tests. The qualitative data collected at the end of the flipped classroom activities further confirmed the value of the flipped classroom approach. Even though students could self-learn, more students valued peer interactions in the classroom more than the flexibility of online learning.

Hybrid learning has been utilized as a transitional learning method to make advantage of both face-to-face and online learning platforms. In this article, the authors explored how faculty members perceive using simultaneously multiple platforms in higher education such as face-to-face, online, and hybrid platforms in teaching. In this study, the authors examined how faculty members defined hybrid learning. They also explored how the participants perceive both hybrid and online learning as vehicles for higher education advancement as well as strategies to attract more students to higher education. The purpose of this research was to develop an analytical overview of one of the learning approaches such as hybrid and its impact on higher education. The authors have interviewed ten faculty members in order to achieve this objective. The results illustrated that faculty members do not have one single definition of hybrid learning but rather they have multiple definitions. Faculty members also demonstrated that they support online learning because it achieves more accessibility to higher education, yet, they believe the face-to-face learning achieve more quality of education.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.
