ABSTRAKBudaya mutu merupakan seperangkat nilai, norma serta keyakinan yang termanifestasi dalam aktivitas, perilaku, dan simbol di sekolah agar mencapai keunggulan yang diinginkan dan diharapkan sehingga tercapai akuntabilitas sekolah. Berbagai terobosan baru harus terus dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dasar tentang budaya mutu sehingga pelayanan di bidang pendidikan dapat dilakukan secara terorganisir dan professional di lingkungan sekolah. Dalam rangka membangun budaya mutu pada level kelembagaan sangat membutuhkan keseriusan dari semua elemen sekolah. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan budaya mutu. Sehubungan dengan itu maka tim pengabdian masyarakat dari Program Studi PGSD FKIP Universitas Mataram melakukan pelatihan implementasi budaya mutu berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN Gugus I Pemenang. Tujuannya adalah setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, guru dan kepala sekolah dapat membangun budaya mutu di lingkungan sekolah masing-masing agar dapat lebih baik dari sebelumnya.  Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan guru dan kepala sekolah dari Gugus 1 Pemenang yang berjumlah 20 peserta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara offline yaitu di Sekolah SDN 3 Pemenang. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengikuti anjuran protokol kesehatan covid 19. Kegiatan berjalan dengan sangat lancar. Respons peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan sangat baik. Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat; budaya mutu; kearifan lokal. ABSTRACTQuality culture is a set of values, norms, and beliefs that are manifested in activities, behaviors, and symbols in schools to achieve the desired and expected excellence so that school accountability is achieved. Various breakthroughs must continue to be made as an effort to improve the basic understanding of a quality culture so that services in the field of education can be carried out in an organized and professional manner in the school environment. Building a quality culture at the institutional level really requires seriousness from all elements of the school. One way is to take part in training related to quality culture. In this regard, the community service team from the PGSD FKIP Study Program at the University of Mataram conducted training on the implementation of a quality culture based on local wisdom at SDN Cluster I Pemenang. The goal is that after participating in this activity, teachers and principals can build a quality culture in their respective schools so that they can be better than before. This community service activity consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and evaluation stage. This activity was attended by representatives of teachers and school principals from Cluster 1 Pemenang, totaling 20 participants. The implementation of training activities is carried out offline, namely at SDN 3 Pemenang School. The activity was carried out by following the recommendations for the Covid 19 health protocol. The activity went very smoothly. The response of the participants to the implementation of the activity was very good. Keywords: community dedication; quality culture; local wisdom.

Student learning assistance by utilizing secondhand goods aims to increase students' interest and creativity. This community service activity is carried out in several stages including: the preparation stage consisting of observation, interview to parents, delivery of strategies, and material bribery; the implementation stage consisting of socialization of the implementation of activities begins with the approach and mentoring of students; evaluation stage of the assessment of activities that have been carried out. The results of the activities that have been achieved are student learning assistance in preventing the transmission of corona virus, utilizing secondhand goods as a place to wash hands, utilization of used goods as handicrafts, and mentoring students in utilizing secondhand goods as a learning medium.

One aspect that has changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic is the way humans communicate in public (public speaking). This impact was also felt by women who were members of the Fatayat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) Ciledug organization. Fatayat NU is an Islamic women's organization which is one of the autonomous institutions within NU, which is religious, social and familial. The concept of Fatayat NU activities can be classified into three, namely in the field of regeneration and education, the field of da'wah or Islamic development, and the field of social society. The problems faced by Fatayat NU Ciledug, relating to public speaking are: (1) Lack of ability to appear and speak in public; and (2) Lack of public speaking skills, both face-to-face and online. The solutions offered to solve these problems are through community service activities, namely providing online training/workshops by utilizing the Zoom Meeting application to members of Fatayat NU Ciledug to provide tips and tricks regarding: (1) How to have the ability to appear and speak in public; and (2) Skills in public speaking both face-to-face and online. The implementation of this community service activity consists of 3 stages, namely; (1) The preparation stage, to identify problems, apply for permits to the Fatayat NU Ciledug management, and make preparations for the implementation of public speaking training; (2) the stage of implementing public speaking training; and (3) the evaluation stage, by providing evaluation test questions that must be done using Google Forms media, to find out how much the increase in knowledge, abilities, and skills of Fatayat NU Ciledug women regarding public speaking after participating in training activities.

ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mensosialisasikan inovasi teknologi navigasi dalam  bidang  maritim melalui virtual outing untuk anak-anak Jogjakarta Montessori School Elementary Program. Peserta yang  dilibatkan dalam  kegiatan pengabdian  ini  yaitu  Guru-guru SD dan anak-anak kelas 4,5 dan 6. Rangkaian kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan yaitu: Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi  persiapan alat-alat navigasi yang dimiliki oleh Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta dan pembuatan materi.  Tahap  pelaksanaan meliputi pembukaan, pemaparan materi dan penjelasan alat-alat navigasi di laboratorium simulator, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab peserta yang hadir. Pada tahap evaluasi, peserta mengisi kuesioner melalui google form, hasil kuesioner yaitu  meliputi: aspek  presentasi  yang  disampaikan  pemateri  memiliki  nilai  kepuasan sebesar 76.27%,  aspek  atensi  yang disampaikan  oleh  pemateri terhadap pengenalan alat-alat navigasi mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 83.05%,  aspek  motivasi tanya jawab mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 88.14%,  rata-rata semua aspek mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 82.48 % Kata kunci: teknologi; navigasi; maritim; virtual outing. ABSTRACTThis community service aims to introduce and socialize navigation technology innovations in the maritime field through virtual outings for the children of the Elementary Program in the Yogyakarta Montessori School. The participants involved in this service activity are elementary school teachers and children class 4,5 and 6. This series of activities includes 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage completes the preparation of navigation tools owned by the Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta and the manufacture of materials. The implementation stage of the opening, the presentation of the material and navigational tools was followed by discussion and question and answer from the participants present. At the evaluation stage, participants filled out a questionnaire through the google form, the results of the questionnaire include: aspects of the presentation delivered by the speaker have a satisfaction value of 76.27%, aspects of attention submitted by speakers to the introduction of navigation tools have a satisfaction value of 83.05%, aspects of question and answer motivation have a satisfaction value of 88.14%, on average all aspects have a satisfaction value of 82.48 %. Keywords: technology; navigation; maritime; virtual outing

The purpose of community service activities is to provide counseling about the value of character in the learning curriculum 2013 as well as provide training to measure the student’s attitudes in learning process. The value of character is considered necessary and make it a requirement in the increase or graduation in learning in the curriculum 2013. This service is done in three stages, there are planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage is to prepare the presentation materials of character value integration in learning and values and attitudes measurement, training and extension module, and facilities and infrastructure in supporting the training. Implementation stage is training activities conducted on December 20-21, 2016. Evaluation stage is to provide evaluation of the training participants' products results in the implementation plan of learning and assessment of the performance of the participants. The methods used in this activity are training and mentoring and discussion. Training is done by providing information in knowing the value of the characters contained in the learning and providing training on how to measure values and attitudes. The results of this activity teachers can understand and apply the value of characters in learning in school.Keywords : 2013 curriculum; character value; integrated. ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran di kurikulum 2013 serta memberi pelatihan untuk mengukur sikap peserta didik dalam pembelajaran.  Nilai karakter dipandang perlu dan menjadikannya sebagai syarat dalam kenaikan ataupun kelulusan dalam pembelajaran di kurikulum 2013. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan yaitu menyiapkan bahan presentasi integrasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran dan pengukuran nilai dan sikap, modul pelatihan dan penyuluhan, serta sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang pelatihan. Tahap pelaksanaan yaitu kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-21 Desember 2016. Tahap evaluasi yaitu memberikan evaluasi terhadap hasil produk peserta pelatihan dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian performa peserta. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta diskusi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan informasi dalam mengetahui nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam pembelajaran dan memberikan pelatihan tentang cara mengukur nilai dan sikap. Hasil produk pelatihan ini dalam bentuk rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dapat dikembangkan lagi.Kata Kunci : kurikulum 2013, nilai karakter, integrasi.

In the education sector of South Solok District, it is still lagging behind other regions in West Sumatera, this can be seen from the results of the UN rankings in 2016 which is ranked 16th out of 19 cities / districts in West Sumatera. Based on observations and discussions conducted on some teachers and principals, information is obtained that this is because in learning students are more likely to wait what is delivered by teachers or learning is still concentrated on the teacher. Then in learning the teacher has not used various media of learning. The media used can not accommodate the fact of the student's daily condition. This service activity aims to improve the competence of teachers of South Solok SMP in developing contextual based learning media with scientific approach. Target to be achieved is the improvement of competence of teachers and media of learning. To achieve the objectives and targets set, the methods used consist of six stages: observation stage, orientation and discussion stage, preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage and final stage of data analysis and report generation. Based on data analysis of pretest and posttest results, obtained an increase of average value from pretest that is 43,07 become 47,42 at postest. Furthermore, to know the difference between the two values of pretest and postes paired t test, obtained the results of significance 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a difference between pretest results with postes. Furthermore, based on the questionnaire given at the end of the training activities, the results obtained that the participants said this activity is very useful and related to the subjects taught in schools

The aim of this community service is to provide education and outreach in understanding the dangers, prevention, transmission, and how to break the chain of the spread of covid-19. The method used in this community service is in the form of education and socialization of a clean and healthy lifestyle to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 with three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The targets of the implementation of this community service activity are residents of Bara Hamlet RT 01, RW 03, Namlea Village, Namlea District, Buru Regency. The result of this community service activity is that residents gain knowledge through the education and socialization stages in the form of distributing pamphlets, free masks, and making hand washing stations.

The purpose of this community service activity was to educate the public to be aware of the spread of COVID-19 while maintaining cleanliness and routine hand washing using soap and running water. Using hand sanitizer is intended when around us having difficulty washing hands using soap and water. The development of the COVID-19 deployment situation caused unrest in the community. One result was panic buying or purchasing necessities and mass cleanliness, such as hand sanitizer products. Answering this, on March 22, 2020, Pharmacy Study Program at The University of Muhammadiyah (UM) Palopo took the initiative to produce hand sanitizers to adjust WHO standards.UM Pharmacy Study Program Palopo successfully produced 50 liters of hand sanitizer which was then distributed to lecturers and staff of the university. The production of hand sanitizers was also to meet the demand of Andi Djemma Palopo Airport, as the airport is one of the entry points for the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Through this community service activity, the products made are useful for overcoming the ongoing pandemic and helping to meet the needs of hand sanitizers.

This community service activity is carried out at the Lintang Jaya Women's Cooperative Management (Kopwan), which is one of the places for economic activity in Bambang Village, Turi District. This community service aims to provide training and assistance in the preparation of cooperative financial reporting. The methods used to realize this community service program are (1) the preparation stage, (2) the implementation stage, (3) the evaluation stage. Broadly speaking, this training activity can be declared successful, seen from the enthusiasm of the cooperative management during the training process and assistance in preparing financial reports. In addition, this service activity can contribute to increasing the knowledge and skills of cooperative managers in preparing cooperative financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Community service activities are one form of the implementation of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi which has the aim that the lecturers and students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program have community skills. The target of this service is students in Kutamekar Village, Ciampel District, Karawang. This activity was held on 12 August 2017. This service activity was packaged in the form of training activities. After being given the material, then they were guided to make crafts from shoelaces to make talikur bracelets. From community service activities, results and benefits were obtained including increasing the knowledge of students about making craft skills to make talikur bracelets. Keywords: Handicraft Making Training, Gelang Talikur, Elementary Students   Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah salah satu bentuk penyelenggaraan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang memiliki tujuan agar dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar mempunyai keterampilan bermasyarakat. Sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah siswa/siswi di Desa Kutamekar Kecamatan Ciampel Karawang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2017. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dikemas dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan. Setelah diberi materi, selanjutnya mereka dibimbing untuk membuat kerajina dari tali sepatu untuk membuat gelang talikur. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, diperoleh hasil dan manfaat diantaranya adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan siswa-siswa tentang keterampilan membuat kerajinan tangan membuat gelang talikur. This Community Service Activity (P2M) departs from the problems of teachers' ignorance of the concept of the Merdekan Belajar’s Curriculum and its implementation. This P2M activity aims to improve the competence of elementary school teachers in Cinyosog Village, Cileungsi in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) for Merdeka Belajar based on characters and 21st century skills. This competency enhancement was carried out through socialization activities regarding RPP Merdeka Belajar based on characters and 21st century skills, then Training on Preparation for the Merdeka Belajar’s RPP based on the Character and Skill of 21st Century for Teachers of SDN 01 Cinyosog by offline and online. This P2M activity was attended by 14 teachers at SDN Cinyosog 01 Cileungsi. This training provided the concept of Merdeka Belajar based on characters and 21st century skills, then compiled RPP. This RPP is linked to the 2013 SD Curriculum that was applicable during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the Merdeka Belajar’s RPP with simplification of KI-KD in the curriculum structure, as well as simplifying the components in the RPP. The lesson plan includes three components, namely learning objectives, learning steps, and evaluation of the learning presented based on the characters and skills of the 21st century. The product of this training activity is a collection of lesson plans compiled by the teachers of SDN Cinyosog 01 Cileungsi and videos of the training activities for the Merdeka Belajar’s RPP based on the Characters and Skills of the 21st Century which was uploaded on the Youtube channel of the PBSI FBS UNJ Study Program.
