The world of education today live in a media world, where learning activities have been moved towards the reduction of the delivery system with the lecture method of teaching material and replaced with the use of instructional media. More on learning activities that emphasize the competencies associated with process skills , then takes the role of instructional media. Good learning and creatively designed to take advantage of multimedia, within certain limits will be able to increase the likelihood of students to learn more imbibe what they learn, the better, and improve performance (performance) in order to improve student achievement of competencies. Media as an integral part of learning, these components need to get the attention of the teacher. The importance of the media in facilitating learners (learners), presentation tailored to the learning objectives set. The presence ofmedia in the learning process greatly help learners better understand the lessons. AbstrakDunia pendidikan dewasa ini hidup dalam dunia media, dimana kegiatan pembelajaran telah bergerak menuju dikuranginya sistem penyampaian bahan pengajaran dengan metode ceramah dan diganti dengan digunakannya media pembelajaran. Lebih-lebih pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada kompetensi-kompetensi yang terkait dengan keterampilan proses, maka dibutuhkan peranan media pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang dirancang secara baik dan kreatif dengan memanfaatkan multimedia, dalam batas-batas tertentu akan dapat memperbesar kemungkinan siswa untuk belajar lebih banyak mencamkan apa yang dipelajarinya, lebih baik, dan meningkatkan penampilan (performance) siswa dalam rangka meningkatkan ketercapaian kompetensi. Media sebagai bagian integral pembelajaran, komponen ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian para guru. The lecture method is one of the methods that are often used by teachers in teaching and learning activities. This method is a method that is easy to implement and also cheap, because without the media and infrastructure it can be done. Some people underestimate this method and some even argue that it is outdated and left behind. According to the author's observations, this method remains relevant in any situation and condition, especially if a teacher is someone who is proficient in communicating and understanding the psychological condition and level of ability of the students he or she faces. The point is khootibunnaasa 'alaa qodri uqulihim (speak to humans according to their level of knowledge). The writing of this article uses the library research method, namely by digging and reviewing the literature that is related to the theme of writing this article. The results of the study and the author's study related to this lecture learning method are still very relevant and effective, especially during this covid-19 pandemic. By taking into account the following points; first, a teacher understands the science of communication well, second, understands the psychological condition of the audience/students, third, is able to touch students' emotions, fourth, includes elements of humor and is good at telling stories, fifth, is able to use social media and technology well.

This research aims to determine the role of the head of Madrasah in improving the quality of education in MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo, and to help improve the competency of teachers in the learning activities with a real, measurable, controlled, directional program to achieve learning objectives. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) supervision of the head of the district of the state of the principal of the school 4 Kulon Progo includes education, managerial, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator; 2) The role of quality improvement is done by increasing the professionalism of teachers by giving opportunities to teachers; 3) Factors affecting the implementation of the head of the Madrasah include: the planning, implementation and follow-up that is carried out continuously to the teachers and education personnel.

Learning media evaluation aims to find out whether the effectiveness and efficiency of the media used in conveying learning content. Weaknesses and strengths of a media will be known by this program, whether the media needs to be improved or not. This article discusses the use of instructional media in PAI subjects at MTs Daruttaqwa with descriptive deductive and inductive analysis. Sources of data derived from literature, observation, and interviews were analyzed qualitatively. The purpose of this article is a) to find out the learning media used in MTS Daruttaqwa b) to find out the use of learning media in MTs Daruttaqwa c) to analyze the evaluation of learning media in MTs Daruttaqwa. The conclusions of this article are a) The media used in PAI learning at MTs Daruttaqwa in the form of technology-based media such as language labs, computer labs, projectors and manual-based media such as props for example paper that contains a collection of pieces of verses of the Koran in Qur'an Hadith and other subjects b) Media used in PAI learning in MTs Daruttaqwa in the form of technology-based media and manual-based media c) PAI learning media in MTs Daruttaqwa is only limited to teaching aids for teachers and not as something that needs and much needed in learning activities

The purpose of this study was to describe the perception of teachers towards the preparation of the implementation of an integrated thematic learning curriculum in 2013 and the perception of teachers towards the implementation of integrated thematic curriculum in 2013 in SD Muhammadiyah Surakarta 24. The research is a qualitative research study design used is phenomenological. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. For the validity of the source data using triangulation and triangulation techniques.It can be concluded that the perception of teachers towards the preparation of the implementation of an integrated thematic learning curriculum in 2013 is to prepare and understand the student book and teacher books before doing the learning. RPP to make some adjustments tailored to the needs of learners. Providing tools and learning media to be used. The media being used does not have any teachers make instructional media, teachers to sort out which material that is considered difficult requiring the use of instructional media, and perceived easy not to use instructional media. Prepare assessment instruments. Perception of teachers on the implementation of thematic learning integrative curriculum in 2013 that the learning has been interesting, learning students are invited active discussion, ask questions so that learning is not only one way, by learning to use the themes in the study, so that the learning can be achieved many learning objectives, learning teacher led to create lesson plans in advance, so that during the learning process the teacher already knows what needs to be done to facilitate the teacher to make a step in teaching.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that all parents want their children's education to be good, so they pay attention and optimize for his child's education. The existence of this need then humans are encouraged to fulfill it. This impulse is called motivation. In this case, of course the role of motivation is very important. How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do good learning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire and documentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentage of the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value of Tcount> Ttable namely 3.731> 1.9915 and Sig <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect of learning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining 65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.

Teaching challenges today require that teachers be able to present interesting learning media innovations. Likewise, in history learning, it is necessary to use innovative media so that students have an interest and interest in historical material. The Indonesian National History course I am a course that allows the use of teaching materials in the form of sticker album media. Broadly speaking, media can be humans, materials, or events that cause students to be able to acquire knowledge, skills or attitudes. The media complements other media in the form of textbooks as well as a learning environment in the form of a campus environment and its infrastructure and facilities. After analyzing the results of interviews and observations, the presence of learning media in the form of sticker albums is quite effective in facilitating lecture activities in general and facilitating the assessment of student assignments in particular. More than that, its presence can make history learning activities not monotonous in the sense that learning activities are centred on lecturers who use the lecture method while students listen passively.

The lack of use of computer technology as a instructional media is a problem that needs to be addressed in the world of education today because in the current era of globalization, the latest technology-based instructional media must be familiar. The purpose of this study is to see how the level of validity and practicality of instructional media designed using Adobe Flash Professional Creative Suite (CS) 6. This research refers to Research and Development with 4-D model (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination) recommended by Thiagarajan. This research is done until third stage of development in the small-scale test. Data collection techniques used in the form of documentation and questionnaires. The data obtained come from 2 validators (material experts and media experts), 5 chemistry teachers, and 10 students from two high school namely SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru and SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The results showed that the instructional media designed using Adobe Flash Professional Creative Suite 6 software has a validity level by material experts by 90% with very valid criteria and validity level by the media expert of 83% with very valid criteria and the practicality level of teachers by 87% with very practical criteria and 90% practicality of students with very practical criteria.   Kata Kunci: The Design and Test, Instructional Media, Adobe Flash Professional CS6, Fourth Transition Material Elements Period
