This study aims to know and analyze the influence of Promotion and Position Mutation on Job Performance Employees in the District Court Sigli. Where the independent variables of Promotion, Job Mutation and Job Performance (Y) as dependen. The Population variable in this research is all employees of the District Court Sigli 45 employees . The entire population in the study were sampled in the study of 45 employees. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, both qualitative data and quantitative data and through questionnaires filled by respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis . This analysis includes Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heterokedasticity Test of Classic Assumption, Hypothesis Testing through F Test and T Test, and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²). Based on the result of research, we get regression equation: Y = 1,171 + 0,358 X1 + 0,388 X2. The result of the above analysis can be concluded based on t test known that Positive Promotion Variables positively and significantly influence on employee performance at Sigli District Court. This is seen from the significant value (0,000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of thitung4.032> ttabel 1.682. Position Mutation variables positively and significantly influence on Employee Performance at Sigli District Court. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of tcount4.584> ttable1,682. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating that the Adjusted R2 or the determinant of 0.715 means that 71.5% of Employee Performance factors can be explained by Position Promotion (X1) and Position Mutation (X2), while the remaining 28.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Promotion, Job Mutation, Job Performance

Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

The purpose of this study was to examine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline on Employee Performance Of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Regency Of Mentawai Islands. This research is the census. The data used are primary data by taking a sample of 79 (seventy-nine) respondents. This study uses analysis tools such as validity, reliability test, test multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). Validity and reliability testing done by using one-shot methods to get the result that all the item declared valid and reliable. T test results showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline and significant impact on the performance communication while having a positive effect but no significant effect on performance. F test showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline simultaneously affect performance, the result showed that the coefficient of determination of 0,646 or 64,6 percent, which means that the variability of performance variable that can be explained by the variability of the variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline 64,6 percent while the remaining 35,4 percent is explained by other variables not included for example, a variable in the regression model of leadership, education and training, work environment and other. The most dominant variable is a organizational culture on the performance of work which can be proved by the greatest regression coefficient is 0,689 compared to other variables

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of state-owned banks and provide empirical evidence of the effect of LDR, CAR, and NPL on ROA. This analysis uses an independent variable of liquidity and solvency. The independent variable is focused on CAR, LDR, NPL, while the dependent variable is profitability focused on ROA. The data used are secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of BNI, BRI, BTN, Bank Mandiri listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008 to 2015. The method of testing data uses, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2 ), by testing the hypothesis t test and F test. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.145 + 0.023 X1 + 0.004 X2 - 0.281 X3. Partial test (t test) shows that the LDR ratio of government-owned banks has a positive and significant effect on ROA with a t count of 3.108 > t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.0046 or 0.46%. CAR ratio has a positive effect and is not significant for ROA with a t count of 0.126 < t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.9004 or 90.4%. The NPL ratio has a negative and not significant effect on ROA with a tcount of -4.594 < t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.0001 or 0.01%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows the ratio of LDR, CAR, and NPL has a positive and significant effect on ROA with a calculated F value of 26.414 > t table 2.93 with a significant level of 0.000 or 0.0%. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables LDR, CAR, and NPL can explain the effect on the dependent variable ROA, which is equal to 0.863 or 86.3% while 13.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of organizational culture and locus of control on the performance of PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang. The research method used is descriptive causative. The sampling technique used is the total sampling so that the population is taken as many as 39 respondents. Data analysis technique used is test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, organizational culture variable and locus of control on the performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang obtained Y = 13,260 + 0,896 X1 + 0,428 X2 + 0,05. From the result of t test, it is found that organizational culture variables have significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0.000 < 0,05, so Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, while locus of control variable has no significant effect to PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Tarandam Padang because significant value 0,037 < 0.05, so Ho accepted and H2 rejected. From result of F test proved that organizational culture variable and locus of control simultaneously have significant influence to PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang performance with significant value 0,000 < 0,05. While Adjusted R Square result is 0,368, it means free variable influence to variable 36,8% the rest 63,2% is explained by other variable not used in this research.
