This study aims to know and analyze the influence of Promotion and Position Mutation on Job Performance Employees in the District Court Sigli. Where the independent variables of Promotion, Job Mutation and Job Performance (Y) as dependen. The Population variable in this research is all employees of the District Court Sigli 45 employees . The entire population in the study were sampled in the study of 45 employees. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, both qualitative data and quantitative data and through questionnaires filled by respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis . This analysis includes Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heterokedasticity Test of Classic Assumption, Hypothesis Testing through F Test and T Test, and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²). Based on the result of research, we get regression equation: Y = 1,171 + 0,358 X1 + 0,388 X2. The result of the above analysis can be concluded based on t test known that Positive Promotion Variables positively and significantly influence on employee performance at Sigli District Court. This is seen from the significant value (0,000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of thitung4.032> ttabel 1.682. Position Mutation variables positively and significantly influence on Employee Performance at Sigli District Court. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of tcount4.584> ttable1,682. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating that the Adjusted R2 or the determinant of 0.715 means that 71.5% of Employee Performance factors can be explained by Position Promotion (X1) and Position Mutation (X2), while the remaining 28.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. ABSTRACT  EFFECT OF RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PD. SINARMAS PEMATANGSIANTAR  The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the recruitment and selection process on employee performance in PD. Sinarmas Pematangsiantar. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. While secondary data obtained from data sources obtained by reading, studying and understanding through other media sourced from literature and books. The results of this study indicate that recruitment and selection in the partial hypothesis test (t test) that the recruitment variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where tcount > ttable and significant 0.001 < 0.05, as well as the selection variable (X2 ) significantly influence employee performance (Y) where tcount > ttable and significant 0.025 < 0.05. Furthermore, with the joint test (F test) that the recruitment variable (X1) and selection (X2) together had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with Fcount> Ftable or significant 0,000 < 0.05. In the determination test (R2) states that the recruitment and selection variables affect employee performance variables by 71.4%. Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of IT benefits on employee performance. The specific objective of this study was to determine the effect of moderation in IT-task suitability, satisfaction, and effectiveness of AIS on the effect of IT usefulness on employee performance. The study population and using a purposive sampling method to determine the research sample. Furthermore, primary data was collected using a modified questionnaire from previous researchers and tested the validity and reliability of the instrument. Then, the collected data is tabulated and analyzed using MRA analysis techniques, through the following stages: 1) classical assumption test for compliance with the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE) requirements which include: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, 2) model feasibility test (F test), 3) analysis of the coefficient of determination (Adj. R2), and 4) hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the usefulness of IT had a significant positive effect on employee performance. IT-task suitability, AIS satisfaction, and AIS effectiveness reinforce the positive influence of AIS benefits on employee performance.

This research is the census. The data used are primary data by taking a sample of 79 (seventy-nine) respondents. This study uses analysis tools such as validity, reliability test, test multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). Validity and reliability testing done by using one-shot methods to get the result that all the item declared valid and reliable. T test results showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline and significant impact on the performance communication while having a positive effect but no significant effect on performance. F test showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline simultaneously affect performance, the result showed that the coefficient of determination of 0,646 or 64,6 percent, which means that the variability of performance variable that can be explained by the variability of the variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline 64,6 percent while the remaining 35,4 percent is explained by other variables not included for example, a variable in the regression model of leadership, education and training, work environment and other. The most dominant variable is a organizational culture on the performance of work which can be proved by the greatest regression coefficient is 0,689 compared to other variables
