The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Rewards System, on the Performance of Hotel Employees in Batam City with Organizational Commitment as Intervening Variables. Respondents used in this study were employees of four-star hotels in Batam City with a total of 205 respondents. The method used in this research is observation, field, data collection by distributing questionnaires to employees of four-star hotels in Batam city. Data analysis uses multiple linear data analysis using SEM Amos program. Validi test results for organizational culture variables with seven indicators are valid. Results Test the validity of the reward system with six indicators declared valid. The results of the validity of organizational commitment test with three indicators are declared valid. The results of the employee performance validity test with five indicators are declared valid, declared valid because the results of the data processing are above 0.60. The results of the study conclude that (1). Organizational culture influences employee performance, the better the organizational culture turns out to be able to have a large impact on improving employee performance. (2). Organizational culture influences organizational commitment, the better the organizational culture, the stronger the organizational commitment of employees. (3) The reward system influences organizational commitment, the better the Rewards System, the stronger the organizational commitment of employees. (4). Rewards system influences employee performance. The Success and agency performance can be seen from the performance achieved by its  employees, therefore, the agency demanded that the employee is able to display optimal  performance. Increasing the performance of the employees needs to be done in order to be  optimized to work out where the performance is determined by the organizational culture,  leadership, motivation and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine how much  influence organizational culture, leadership, motivation and organizational commitment on  organizational commitment. To determine the influence of organizational commitment to  employee performance.  Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded. There is a positive and significant  influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment. There is a positive and  significant impact of leadership on organizational commitment. There is a positive and  significant effect of motivation on organizational commitment. There is a positive and significant  influence of organizational culture, leadership and motivation together on organizational  commitment. There is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment to employee  performance, coefficient of determination amounted to 0,645, which means a variation change  organizational commitment influenced the culture of the organization, leadership and motivation  of 64.5%, while the rest 35.5% influenced by other factors outside the research.

The research objective is to analyse the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (Path) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The results found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Interestingly, it indicates an insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction both show a significant positive effect on employee performance. For testing the indirect effect is found empirical facts that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by organizational commitment. The organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture through organization commitmen and its impact on employee performance to the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 67 employees of the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Data analysis method used is path analysis and processed with the help of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The result of the research shows that there is influence of competence and organizational culture to organization commitmen, and there is also influence of competence and organizational commitment toward employee performance, however organization culture is not influuence of employee performan PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Furthermore, the results of the study found that organization commitmen variables mediate the absolute (full mediation) relationship of competence to the employee performance at the PT. This paper intends to ascertain whether the influence of organizational culture and internal control on employee performance. An organization can be said to be successful if it is supported by good employee performance. Organizational culture that has long been built in the organization can certainly have an influence on the behavior of employees in it. Likewise with internal control, the better the internal control function in an organization, the employee's performance will also increase in a better and maximum direction. The data used are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to collect data. The research sample was ASN in the Environmental Service of North Sulawesi Province. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a significance value = 0.000 <? = 0.05, so it can be concluded that organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. Furthermore, for the test results on the Internal Control variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) has a significance value = 0.028 <? = 0.05, which means that Internal Control also affects employee performance. Organizational culture that is not conducive will cause employee performance to decline. However, if the organization, in this case the public sector, is able to build a good organizational culture, it will be able to improve employee performance. Likewise with internal control, the better internal control within an organization, the better the employee's performance in the organization. So that when control and supervision have been carried out properly and have been implemented by employees, the employee's performance will automatically increase.

Competence is the ability of an individual to carry out a job correctly and has an advantage based on matters relating to knowledge, expertise, and attitude.This study aims to determine the effect of competencies, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. The approach in this study is a quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C. amounting to 48 people. The method of data collection is done using observations and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research was conducted at Kendari Southeast Sulawesi Bank. This study uses a whole population of 50 respondents in the Fund Section and the data used in the form of a questionnaire. The technique of data analysis uses double linear regression analysis. Based on the test results obtained the results of servant leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the beta coefficient of (?) 0.342 with a significant value of 0.004. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the beta coefficient of (?) 0.651 with a significant value of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.836 or 83.6 percent of the performance of Southeast Sulawesi Bank employees is influenced by servant leadership and organizational commitment, while the remaining 16.4 percent is influenced by other variables. The Effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performance.This study examines the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performance at Batang Hari Regency Development Planning Regency. The performance of employees is among the key issues are constantly faced by the organization management. Therefore, among the tasks of the manager is a very important move employees to contribute to the success of the organization.The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performance tested either directly or indirectly.To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees Batang Hari Regency Development Planning Regency. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed qualitatively and verification. Data analysis tool made by using Path Analysis.The results of this study indicate that the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performanc have influence for employee performance, both directly and indirectly.
